Blanche - i'm pretty sure they'll make you wait a week or so. It's also because if she has a reaction to the immunisation it can be masked by her cold symptoms, it can also make her feel worse if her immune system is trying to deal with 2 cases of foreign invasions, iykwim. I think your best bet is to put it off anyway.

how did u go at the dr blanche?
Poor Sophie! hopefully she's come to the worst of it and is on the mend now. have u tried a humidifier with eucalyptus oil or even just putting some oil in the bottom of a hot shower? it really seems to help.
evies getting better, thanks for asking, blanche. i think this cough is going to linger around a bit though especially since the weather is really cooling down

Sorry to hear some of the bubs are not well..

Out of interest, wanted to let you guys know that I was told the ideal "routine" 6 month olds "should" have is 2 hours of up-time and 2 hours sleep during the day...

Tara - when I was in Eurpoe I would always be asked that when I told people I was from Australia, also often got asked if I had pet Kangaroos

LOL Tara.... your posts have had me laughing this evening, Evie should really cut down smoking

Poor Emelia!!! & Sophie... yuck! Matilda had issues with croup and I found it so awful listening to the little one cough & bark & struggle with breathing late at night. I hired a humidifier from a chemist first and then bought one.

Jovie - her little thighs have big 50c sized raised red welts where her needles went Poor thing, I kept trying to feed her earlier today & she kept screaming even though she wanted food & then I realised that I was putting pressure on one of her injection sites... no wonder

LOL yeah people are crazy and yes Blanche i was seriously asked that! someone also asked if i was from hawaii, apparently i have an accent (nevermind the fact i am tan-free).
Glad i could make you laugh christy, occassionally i have a gem or two.
We have a wallaby the lives across the road but i am more afraid of the noisy rooting koalas and the screaming foxes...they really sound vicious...amorous...but vicious!

Tara - that's too funny! the rooting Koalas make such a racket! I've been camping and they are so noisy they keep you up at night.

This cold weather is playing havoc on our bubs eh? Ella had a little cough last night so i'm keeping her rugged up (almost a bit too much) but as long as she's not complaining.

Christy - Poor Jovie! fifty cent welts sound painful. Ella had little puncture marks which didnt hurt her but then she has little Sumo thighs.

Hi ladies - hugs to all those little sick bambinos... the change of weather is always a bugger isn't it!

my inlaws left today - so while its nice to have the house back, and time, its sad too...we have had such a wonderful time.

Thnaks for the tip Christy re: the pears. I will give that a go. I haven't given him any food for a few days, and he has done one poo in three days now. I will give the pear a go and see what happens.

Tara - the airwrap from Big W was 39.95. I'm glad we got it, definately stops the feet going through the bars, and losing the dummy out the cot!

I've got so much to catch up on its not funny. but i'm so tired today, that I think it will just have to wait til tomorrow....

Have a well deserved rest Vicky - those dishes arent going anywhere and the floors sure as hell wont vacuum themselves! just kidding dont think about all that today! i'm glad you had a good time with the inlaws especially since you were worrying about it before!

Christy how's Jovie's injection sites today? evie's 4 month needles came up like that too and it was like a month before they fully went away. not looking forward to those 6-ers (by that i mean 6 month needles...i like to shorten things in my own way)

Hope Ella's cough is getting better, coughs are always worse morning and evening hey?

i've just looked down at my shirt and noticed dried baby booger all over it...i thought she was giving me cuddles! i'm a human tissue!
