Wow hope none of you get what I just had - it was terrible and am just starting to feel normal again and not just lie on the bed / couch / any handy surface and die. Unfortunately Jake has now come down with it and spent last night only sleeping 40 mins cycles and then waking cos he couldn't breathe from about midnight.
Took him to the dr this morning (again - should buy shares in his prac) but he has just got my bug and the antibiotics he was put onto on Fri for his chest will help make his ear inflammation we found this morning less severe. Plus when I was at the dr realised one of his top teeth just poking thu - what a bad mother! Not only do I overreact but I don't even notice he is teething! lol! Can't win!
It is good to hear most of the nights are starting to settle for everyone (except the few crappy ones they throw in to keep us on our toes). How is the feeding going too? Jake has picked up his 10am feed and 3am feed again bcos he hasn't been eating and has been refusing all drinking cups of various shapes sizes and styles.I could open my own baby feeding access store!

Christy how is the croup? Keep filling yourself up with vitamins and fruit and plenty of fluids!
Oh Ann - I feel for you leaving her in the morning to go to work. Does it feel weird talking in normal sentences and phrases?
BLanchie - how are the baths going? Jake loves the shower too not sure if you've tried it - but now he's tipping 11kgs he's a bit too heavy to do it everyday!
Kim - was it just a freak night or has she started to be unsettled?
