HI Girlie girls...I have been so flat out the last three days, with no end in sight til Wednesday...but its been great. I picked up my mum on Saturday morning, and DH took the big kids fishing, to meet up with us later that day at the resort she is staying at. It was lovely, as I was able to spend some time with mum, and she could fuss over her newest grandchild. Had a great day though, and then yesterday celebrated my mums 60th birthday. Aston had his first swim in the pool...I was so excited, lol, and he loved it. We dashed down to Big W to get him a swimsuit, little swimmer nappies, and a swim ring...lol. Today we went on a party pontoon up the river, and tomorrow we are off to Australia Zoo. Mum is talking about moving up here at the end of the year. which would be lovely.

Thanks girls for sharing your ages with me - I told you I'd be the oldest in here! lol.

Meredith - I hope you get your couple of hours darlin, because yes you definately deserve it! I haven't ventured out again leaving Aston with DH yet. I think it really knocked his self confidence around. But will do it again soon. I think its all a matter of timing. the witching hours is probably not the best time to go. Try for the morning next time...my have better success. Good luck at sleep school - I hope it offers some solutions for you hun.

Ann - I'd be feeling nervous about the needles too...I hate them, and this is the third time round for me, so you would think I'd be used to it by now! I have a sneaking suspicion that DH won't volunteer to hold him this time round though. He is positive that Aston was cranky with him afterwards.lol...

Aston has started dribbling so much! and CHEWING on my nipple! ouch!!! I swear it looks like his top teeth are coming down...but then they can come down, and go back up! He has been very fussy at the breast though, but I think that has more do with my having AF in, apparently the hormonal differences can change the taste. I hope it goes soon.

Hi gigi - hope you doing ok darlin. If you ever feel like talking online, PM via messenger. i pretty sure my details are in my profile, otherwise let me know and I will pass them on.

For that matter, if any of you want to "chat" feel free. I'm a good listener. take care all, and have a good week.

His first swim! aw!!!!! so many firsts to look forward to!

errrm, you are NOT the eldest (looks sidewards) i am, so chill, young 'un

Breasxtfeeding and teething - i really wonder how you are meant to train your bub NOT to bite you etc, i am SOOOO dreading that phase, hoping it won't mean early weaning.

Going to see GP about rota virus avoidance today, have heard so many conflicting reports on tv on what it costs so am finding out direct from gp once and for all. Apparently it's given at two, four and six months so as tiny bilby is three months, i need to find out if she's even allowed to have it a month late. It's alot of money but i feel i should find out more. Must be the over anxious older mother in me, poor tiny bilby is not much of a smiler, maybe i looked too serious, traumatic birth, two months of being immobile and pain, being stuck at home, unable to go out independently until i buy a car (so very limited socialisation or experiencing the world for her). I love her so much and am now healthy enough to enjoy her so she lots of smiles now (comparatively) so i hope to whatever, that she catches up (with the smiling). I didn't mean to be a bad role model for smiling (or lack of).
