we are putting a budget on the gifts too - makes it easier to not get swept up in the "not bought enough gifts" panic. We are also lucky this year that we are getting a stack of house stuff and a couple of toys ,eg a mini tramp and I got a red kitchen aid mixer, kettle, toaster..., from a "showcase" tupperware had this year. Basically like flybuys - the more you did the more points you got and we got quite a few points.

V maybe next week.... I know this week am at meeting that I forgot about oops

Nah Jols not confirmed DH is just calling this one Molly... the one before Jake was Monty and Jake was Charlie lol ... I think it might be a girl but would prefer a boy only becuase I know what to do with their bits - girls have too many crevices!!!! Either way I would be happy tho!

easy you just hold their little penis up and a few quick wipes all is good... girls scare me not sure where to wipe, how far do you search the crevices for poo, remember front to back ... all too daunting!

when girls are older the poo doesnt really get into the crevices, just wipe the slit! ohh that sounds bad

its funny nelly - because I felt that way when I nathan - what the heck do I do with that??? then again the whole cleaning thing with laura made me feel rather uncomfortable too... when she was a small babe her minor labia started to fuse together, and i had to seperate it with a cotton bub every time I changed her nappy. It was horrible. I hated it. apparently its rare, but thankfully my gp had experienced it with her own daughter. i'm shuddering just remembering it ...

god I shouldn't tell you horror stories like that should i?? sorry.

Matilda had a fused labia as well! They told me to just keep an eye on it & it would eventually work itself out... it did a month later. Its strange that there are so many different ways of treating it depending on the doctor.
