    Hi all,

I am pretty excited. Logan has started sleeping with only one feed during the night. It makes life so much easier. Last night it was sleep at 9, then feed at 2 and 6 Not much to report here - what are you guys buying your bubs for christmas? For those of you having your first are you going to get presents from Santa? I don't plan on getting much stuff just a couple of things that he needs such as a little sunsuit for the beach and a mobile for his cot.

Hope everyone is out enjoying this lovely day.

Ok, I've decided it's way too hard to catch up after few days!!!

Go Starry on your 6kg bub! I finally went to this Beyond Birth class on Monday (for 0-4 weeks, Liam was 7 1/2 weeks ) and the LC i saw the previous week was running it. She weighed him at the end and tried to guilt trip me coz he'd just reached 5kg (woohoo!), as though I'm overfeeding him with the bottle on top of BF (he doesn't have much and he's used to it now. Besides, I'm happy with it).

HJ, I was in Big W today and looked around for those suits, no luck here either. I'd seen them a little while before you mentioned them in here originally and there was HEAPS then, but i hadn't been back since. They didn't even have the boy ones which i would have liked for Liam. Ended up getting a Christmas Pooh Bear suit with santa hat.

Liam is learning to put himself to sleep!!!!!!! This since the Beyond Birth class which covered those tired signs too, and ways to promote self settling. Basically it's just recognising the tired signs, putting bub to bed then, making them feel safe and secure (wrapping, patting etc), and then just leave them to drift to sleep themselves.

BTW, what is a tummy separation and why does it feel like I should have heard of it already? I've only heard some of you mention it in here.
Also, if Liam has good head control, can i sit him up in his pram? It still reclines a bit.

I'd love to do more personals, but i'm exhausted and have to go buy pizza.

Wow isn't this time of year just crazy????? I haven't had a moment to even think about venturing in to BB how are we all getting on? all set for christmas?
I have actually finished all of my christmas shopping and everything except my christmas eve layby is wrapped and under the tree, cards are all sent and all I have to do is help Paige make her presents for the family and then we can sit back and enjoy...it is the first christmas in.....well.....ever!!!! that I can say I've been organised.

I have got the cutest first christmas tree ornaments off ebay for DD and DS one is blue with 'pooh and tigger' on it and the other is pink and has 'lumpy and roo' and each has room for a photo of my babies on their first christmas...looks soo cute on the tree.
I hope everybody has a wonderful christmas with their new additions...DD is sooooo excited this year for the first time it makes it sooo much more fun.

ps, could I get put back on the bubba list I seem to have fallen off, (Angus Ezra, born 29/10/08 at 9:48pm, 9lbs 2ozs)
    love to all
