Hollye - your story was gorgeous, thanks for sharing. The other day I was reading my journal about when my waters broke and I went into labour, it feels like i've been a mum forever but it wasn't that long ago.
csab - glad everything is well with V, hopefully no more tests! These things seem to take forever with the specialists and the ultrasounds, must be quite stressful.
Olive has been in her cot since 8wks but I just initially started off with day sleeps and slowly moved to nights. Her room is right next to mine though and I hear her the first peep she makes.
1stbub - Sorry to hear about Liam's accident but as Kim said it could happen to any of us. Don't be to hard on yourself, i'm sure you are a wonderful mummy.
KimB - I think it's ultimatly you and DH's decision about #6 but at the same time the older kids should also get a say IMO. What a tough situation. Can you put it off for a couple of years and see what the rest of the family thinks then?
Hi to everyone else and their bubs.
Well Olive is back on Nilstat as she has thrush again but other then that is good. We are getting into more of a routine with day sleeps now and is such a good girl. We went and met Olive's new family day carer today and she is lovely. I'm so glad a spot came up with her and that it's only 1 day per week as that is stressful enough. I miss Olive already! DH keeps buying Lucky Lotteries so I can always dream... I'm a bit sentimental about it all today. Olive has also been self settling alot more so am happy about that to.
It will only be a couple of weeks until I can turn the car seat around (8kgs I think) so it will be nice to be able to see Olive and talk to her when i'm the passenger.
I have to go to a urologist in late March as I need to have a flexible uteroscope to retrieve a kidney stone. I have hereditary stones and was on the waiting list for the operation for 6mths then finally got a date but couldn't have it done cause I got pregnant. I want to have it done now before we start TTC#2 next year. I've had this stone for like 4 years and already had lithrotrispy (which didn't work properly) and just want to be rid of it.
I'm also buying a double electric pump on the weekend which i'm very excited about. Should cut down the time heaps!
