katones - yep catholic, we had Riley baptised in Ballarat and did course work here in Canberra, but have chatted with the ppl in Ballarat and cos Paul's family part of that parish we don't have to do course thing, just letter from our parish here.

I think I am lucky in that Zander has never gone more than a day without a big poo, haven't even had one up the back yet - those Aldi nappies are good too ....

Amy - maybe try putting some water bottles around the house - like one in the bathroom so when you have a shower/wash hands/do hair - that stuff - you will see it - another one near the kitchen sink so if you put dishes near the sink you will see it - maybe one near Bethany's cot or whereever she sleeps so when you put her down a few times a day you will see it - worth a try??

Tanya - Zander has been waking too the last few days - and tonight he actually went to bed at 7pm like normal but was wide awake again at 8 - so I got him up though to feed cos it is so stinky hot here I figure another drink would be good for him.

PP - yep our baptism will be family only - DH has 4 brothers/sisters, so by the time you get their partners/kids and my sister and her family, and my dad and his wife - there is 30 right there. But at least I won't have to cater for afters hehehe, we are just going out for lunch later - easy way out sounds great!

Spooked me on the tv the reporter saying cos of the heat (with no relief overnight at the moment which is unusual) for b/f babies to have extra feeds - I mean, I knew that - but it reminded me to keep offering to him during the day - tomorrow is supposed to be 36 and it is still 24 at the moment and house is 26ish so it won't get much cooler inside the house either.

i dont know what to do no more...im on the verge of givin up, maybe its better that i expect nothing of him so that i wont get disappointed with DP. He already broken his NY resolution twice & im not impressed...has taken 2 steps back yet again *sigh*

oh teruteru - NY was only a week ago too!

Well, Zander had dark green poop today - I am thinking foremilk cos of extra feeds in the heat, can't think of anything else - no formula so not iron - and he doesn't have pains like wind - Dr Sam will run with that one for now.

But, as you can see from time, he wanted an overnight feed again ......

Teru- so sorry to hear that DP is not living up to his resolutions. I amnot sure what to say so just wanted to tell you we are here to listen!

SamiH - Instead of swapping boobs - feed twice from one side. that will ensure bub is getting some of the fatty milk on the second feed

We have started DD on soy now to see if it will make her poos a little less toxic on her poor little bits.

DS slept well last night 10pm-7am but DD was awake until 10pm, then up at 1, 2, 6 omg!!! just proves you cant get used to routine! lol

Ethan refuses the dummy when he does an early one like that KAt lol... cheeky thing. but yep he has been doing a 5am alarm call lately too (if he goes to bed at 8) but then will go back down for a couple of hours.

Well I have put some pics up of E on his tummy. He is getting so strong pushing right up on his elbows!!

ALso if any one is interested. I jsut recieve my imse vimse flushable liners in the post. They are from new age nappies, and i think Cassandra has another pack listed on ebay (1oo toddler size). For $7.50 + $2.50 post which is very cheap!

im still here.. but by the time i read all your posts Mia usually calls so i dont get a chance to reply.

    btw - wheres belfie?

Everything is good here.. Mia's bottom teeth are sitting just below the gum and she has taken to not just chewing on her fist but her arms... yep both of them... at the same time. It does look very interesting! lol

she still not feeding great. She went 9 hours without a feed overnight and woke up and only had 60mls! oh man.. shes such a worry. Tho im not too fussed on her having low amounts but its the fact she spews most of it up before the next feed. so im in abit of a pickle of what to do......... hrmmmm

Hollye - seems mia has been talking to E as you well know lol
I have decided that as long as he is putting on weight and developing normally (milestones) then he will sort his feeds out (even if i end up wearing half of it everytime!)

If worried though talk to your dr. Did you end up changing your formula the last week or 2?
