Hi Nikki - Emma has her needles today at 10.45 and I'm nervous too!!! I'll think of you! I have wondered about the car seat too - Emma holds her head up well, and I often have her half sitting up in the pram, but I'm not sure if they need to be able to sit up to be turned around? Good question....
