Kristie- I was on solids from 6 weeks coz mum dried up unfortunately but like you, I too have no allergies etc. I think perhaps its like anything though with babies, you have to do what you think is right.
I'm thinking that I will go for it once i am in melbourne coz I will then be freed up a bit more to work etc, she will be nearly 6 months by then anyway!
