Congrats Trish, you are very lucky to be pregnant again and see the nice and reassuring heartbeat at your scan.
Kim - I hope that you are close to having that little boy of yours ... fingers crossed for you x
Mo - have you seen Twilight? I went with a friend, wasnt sure it was my cup of tea but I loved it. Like you now I am really keen to read all of the books. Luckily the same friend has the whole set and is going to lend them to me! Happy reading!
Hi everyone else!
Had a good weekend here ... househunting yesterday, 35th last night and my dh and I went to the movies with the girls this morning and see Marley and Me. They were so well behaved, the cinema was pretty empty so I recommend the 11am session on a Sunday morning. Great movie, really recommend it.
We just had a friend over, he had a bunch of christmas present for us all. Arent we lucky? I didnt get any 'surprise' present from 'santa' so it was really nice to get something. I dont think you are ever 2 old to get a present from santa!
Nickers - I know what you mean about having your hands full with two! Sometimes I wonder how we will cope if and when we are lucky enough to fall pregnant again. I guess this time, there will be a bit more of a gap, because even if we fall pregnant again soon there will be two years at least between Tay and No 3. I am seeing people with 3 kids everywhere ... its like a sign or something!
Did I tell you my sister is pregnant again? 8 weeks. If I hadnt of miscarried we would have been two weeks apart ... again! For those of you that dont know, Tay and my niece are two weeks apart. We seem to be in sync with this conceiving babies thing. Its a little bitter sweet now, I am sure I will think about it a bit when her baby is born in August.
Anyway .... hope everyone is well and that you have had a great weekend!
-
Trish i was so tired during the 1st Tri, I remember sleeping when-ever Maddi would, Must be a lot harder with 2 kids.
Yay for K as-well, no more resting for you.
Kaz i haven't seen the movie yet, looks like I'll have to wait till it's on DVD :(
Congrats to your sister & it wont be long before you have an announcement :)
-
Kaz-its great for your sister but it would be pretty hard for you, and too when she has bub it will be more on your mind, i hope you guys can fall pregnant again soon. Our kids are about the same ages, and my sister and i had our kids (her 2nd and my 1st) just 4 days apart! Then my 2nd came along 4days before her 1st's 3rd birthday!! we are in sync i think too LOL. and hey i laughed when u said u keep seeing 3 children everywhere like a sign, just in the last day or two i kept seeing families of 3 children and thought the same thing!
a girl i sell tupperware with his 3 under 5 she had 18m gap and then a 2yr gap and all 3 kids are adorable, u couldnt imagine the 3rd not being there and i know thats how we would feel too, its more of convincing dh though i think he needs a bit of arm twisting if we were to ttc again.i want us to both be 100% sure because i know there will be tough times too and i dont want either one of us to resent those times because we both wernt 100% happy with having another... having said that if i magically fell pregnant accidently im sure baby would be welcomed by both of us!
-
Morning everyone!
Not much exciting going on here, just trying to get motivated to put away the clean washing LOL! Oh and I've gotta cut K's fringe, it is in his eyes. I hate trying to cut a moving target's hair!!
Nic - I feel the same way as you about wanting both of you to want a new bub at the same time, I didn't want to start trying for K until both DH & I felt 100%. It took me a long time to feel 100% I can tell you! DH was ready way before me. This time around our decision was much faster because we really want to get the baby phase out of the way and move on to other things. We also didn't want too big of any age gap between Joel and the new bub.
Mo - I CAN'T believe you only have 10 weeks to go! I hope my pregnancy flies like yours has!!
Kaz - Where are you looking to move to? It must be hard having your sister being due around the time you would have been . I had a m/c in January of last year and fell pg immediately after with K so it's very possible you won't be that far behind your sister. My sister and I had our bubs two weeks apart when I had K and it was nice to compare with each other.
Kim - Unless you're already in labour or have already had your bub, I hope you're hanging in there!
Hope you all have a great day!
-
Trish yay for an offical due date.
I can't belive it either & if she comes early like her sister she could be here in 8wks :o
Hope everyone & their bubs are well.
-
Mo - Almost single digits!! Wow where has the time gone already.
-
Trish - I know what you mean about getting through the baby phase. That is probably my biggest incentive to ttc again soon, as the older they get, the easier SOME things get and it makes it hard thinking about going back to the baby phase again!
Nic - it is weird isnt it how in sync you get. I know when I shared with girls, we always seem to align our cycles. We will see what happens this time, I am thinking I want a NOvember early December baby which means late Feb/March conception. If only you could plan it like that. As yet we are not really back on the bike. I am a little aprehensive. One great this is that I have my dh's unwavering support!
Kim - I really hope you are in hospital!
Mo - 10 weeks, omg ... that time will fly for us at least. 2nd pregnancies are so fast when you have a littley already.
So girls - who is actually pregnant with No 3?
-
Amber are you still able to get Eclipse & Breaking Dawn in book shops up there?
It's sold out every-where here, i can't even order them online as it's sold out lol.
Amelia i know can't believe come Friday my ticker will say 9 weeks & 6 days!
Kaz they do go a lot faster & it's not always a great thing, i still have a fair bit i need do.
As far i know it's only Kim & Trish who are expecting their 3rd.
-
Nopes..im still here....on to day 5 over now!
This lil man just does not want to budge!
Mo your pregnancy has flown.....your Friday ticker will look better then my current one (on my blogs) that Bumblebee 5 days overdue!
-
Kim - Not long.... ;)
Trish - Oh how exciting!!! Are you hoping for a girl or do you not care?
Mo - Wow!!! 10 weeks! You must be so excited! Have you got a short list of names yet? And yeah my sister got Eclipse and Breaking Dawn this morning from A&R!!
Hi all! Have been sooo busy lately. Its Liams 3 birthday on Friday so I have been getting busy organising his party that he is having on Thursday... He is so excited!!
Hi everyone else! Will pop back in later on!
-
Well that is so unfair, why can't i get them down here!
Becky no short list really, but she will have a name before i leave the hospital :)
lol Kim by Friday you'll have a baby ticker ;)
We had our 4D scan today because Phil got the day off, Cookie was most uncooperative.
Apart from her being so far down it was almost impossible to get a shot of her face, she wouldn't move her hands from her face so he could try.
From what we could see she has mine & Maddi's nose & a very chubby face like Maddi.
She was not impressed with the scan always yawning & turning her head so we couldn't see.
We did confirm she was still a girl so that made up for the lack of pics.
ETA- Added some pics to FB :)

Hi everyone. Just popping in to share the news that I am 11 1/2 weeks pregnant with bubba number 2! Figure I am nearly at the safe stage so all should be well. Have my first scan next Friday and due 1st August. We are very excited, and am in the same belly buddies group as Trish and Nerida again which is great! :-)
Mo - I LOVE the name Aurora and Rory for short. I think that is just gorgeous. Must have been so exciting to see the little Cookie today.
Mateo is doing really well, he is a very happy, placid little man and is a real chatterbox. He just talks and talks all day.
Hope everyone and their little bubs are well.
:-)
-
STAR - CONGRATS darl...... are u guys going to find out the sex??
xx
-
Star - How exciting! Congrats!!!!
*walks away left out!*
-
Congrats Terri, so that makes 9 now.
Who would of thought there would be so many 09 babies.
I have a sick little girl, she's had this congested nose since Saturday & yesterday it started to turn into a cough. We were up pretty much all night cause every time she coughed her throat would hurt then she'd cry making it worse. She was a little oven last night i swear you could of fried an egg on her guess the heat over night wasn't helping either.
-
hi everyone
Trish - love the new ticker pic of the boys
Mo - saw Cookies new pics of FB... very cute! Hope Maddi is feeling better soon
Star - congrats!
Julia - don't feel left out... I'll stay with you!
Not much new with us, Tahlia is sick too. Took her to the docs and she has a virus... her temp got up to 39.2 last night, the poor little thing. She is asleep again now, so hopefully she is sleeping the virus off.
Anyway better go, hi to everyone else and belly rubs to all the pregnant mummas!
-
JULIA & KELLIE - I am only TTCing so i am still with you guys!!
-
Morning!
It is SO hot here in Melbourne today! K is down for a nap with the fan on him atm and Joel and I are lounging around with the AC on. DH inflated the pool the boys got for Christmas last night and they have had a lot of fun in it! I've never seen K have so much fun, it's hilarious! This morning I noticed K had gone off somewhere and was being very quiet so I thought I'd better check on him. He was lying on his back on his bedroom floorboards cuddling his blankie, awww! It was so cute! He can walk holding onto one of my fingers with one of his hands so I don't think he's far off walking by himself now. He's just not in a hurry that boy.
Amelia - How exciting, good luck TTC!
Kellie - Poor Tahlia, I hope she gets better soon. She's had such a rough trot!
Mo - Poor Maddi too! It's awful when they are feeling so sick. I'll have to check out those FB pics!
Star - It's so nice to be Belly Buddies with you again :D
Becky - Wow, I can't believe Liam is turning 3 already! Have fun organising his party :)
Kim - How are things going today? Both my boys have been late, they love staying snug in their mummy!
Karen - As much as I enjoy the baby phase (most of it!) I look forward to all our kids being older and easier! Joel was such a breeze by the time he turned 3, I look forward to getting to that stage finally.
Hi to everyone else, hope you're having a great day!
-
We took Maddi to the Dr's as she wasn't getting better, she is flat out refusing to drink anything which isn't good with this heat.
Dr said she has a bad throat infection & put her Anti-B's. When ever she cries her throat sounds so sore it's horrible.
Kellie hope T gets over the virus quickly.
Trish how cute & I'm sure the boys love their pool. It was so hot last night so it was the perfect night to use it.
-

Hi ladies,
I just wanted to come in and let everyone know (well the people that aren't on facebook) that Kimbaz has had bumblebee!!! I'm not too sure of details as yet but I know his name is Zachery Liam and he's really cute. :)
I hope everyone is doing really well. A quick update on us... Tiera climbing on everything!!! She pushes our dinning chairs over to the kitchen bench to grab what ever she can, she climbs on top of her sand box so she can throw her toy over the bacony to give to my dogs and has even attempted to climb a screen door to get to the handle as we had close it so shouldn't play with it any more!!! AHHHHH!!! lol I can no longer go to the toilet with leaving the door open cuz I'm parranoid she's gonna really hurt herself.
As for Josh and I we have decided to start TTC months earlier than we had originally planned. I really had my heart set on a winter baby but I just can't wait that long. So next month we will start trying... We're going to stop in Mar and April (as we are caravan park owners, Dec/ Jan is way too busy for us and I wouldn't have Josh around very much at that time so that just wouldn't be fair on either of us!) and continue TTC from May onwards. I have more of an idea of my cycle these days so I don't think it will take us as long this time as what it did with Tiera (which was only 3 months), but you just never know... I still might end up with a winter bub! :D
Take care all

There is now another post!
'Zachery Liam born 424 am, 3445 grams, 52 cm long, 35.5 cm head. Fast and awesome labour'
Direct quote from Kimmy!
-
Yay for Kim ... she deserved a fast and quick labor considering she went over in the delightful (not so much without airconditioning) heat!
Pish - nice to hear from you! Good luck with the trying for a new bub!
Boomba - period maybe late and tired? Hmmm .........!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haha
Mo - Tay had tonsilitis last week, my neice also has it so yay ... looks like there is another bug going around. Only silver lining in our story is that Tay is really good taking antibiotics. Nothing like her sister, who spits everything out.
Trish - we got a little pool for christmas as well, not sure if anyone has seen them but they are the pooh pools from kmart. They are great, they have two sections, balls and little ring thingies. Tay is funny in there, and such a daredevil going between both sections. She is definately more game than Mia ever was! Not sure if its a good thing! I am also kind of looking forward to being out of the baby stage, but in saying that, I love the new baby stage! Confusing arent I?
Hi to everyone else! Hope that you are all enjoying the cooler weather like me!
