It's a me post, promise to read back reply after-wards

lol Julia, I was going to post last night but go side tracked
I had an iron infusion yesterday getting my body ready for the birth within the next 5wks, anyways around 5pm i start getting slight back pain but by 8pm it's really bad & i can do anything without it hurting.
Call the hospital to see if they think it might be the infusion just messing with my body & they assure me it's go nothing to do with the infusion and that i should come down to get looked at.
They kept me in last night & wanted me to stay for another day & night but i convinced my OB to let me go home & rest with the promise i would go straight back if the pain got worse or if it becomes more regular again.
Guess long story short they think it's pre labour pains, They're not going to stop me from going into labour but because I'm 35wks IF it does turn into labour they want me at the hospital to keep on eye on Cookie & me. Knowing my luck she'll decide to be overdue & all this pain would of been for nothing.
They also think Cookie is a little porka already weighing around 6p lol

ETA- OK MJ is in bed so i can reply now.
Trish M dropped to 1 day sleep around 12months & at 14-15months she had a few weeks were didn't even have a day nap, I was so glad when she starting having day naps again i never realized how much i treasured that 2hrs of me time.
Not long till your 20wk scan i can't wait to find out what your having.

    Kaz yay for T walking.

Julia you must be so excited & nervous. Look forward to hearing about your journey etc..

Saffi hope the 1st tri symptoms ease up for you.

Amber still got my fingers crossed for you & thank-you for the lovely txt

Tiff also sry to hear of your bfn, fingers crossed for next time

hi everyone, we are back in Melbourne and it is so cold! We had a great time away, I think Tahlia is wondering what ride she is going to go on or what animal she is going to pat today! I think her fave thing was patting the koalas at Australia Zoo, and also the rides at Dreamworld. And meeting Amber and Myles of course! I'll post some pics on fb later for those of you who are interested

Trish - so glad to hear the scan and OB appt went well... it will be the 1st of April before you know it! Are you going to share the gender with us too?

Amber - bummer on the BFN. It was great meeting up with you in QLD.. thanks again for taking the drive to see us

Pish - it was great meeting you too, that sure was a hot day. In regards to the cloth decision, when the time comes, the ladies in the cloth nappies threads are wealths of knowledge... any questions you have, someone will be able to answer! Bummer about the BFN

Kaz - you poor thing, dont really have any advice but just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you. Congrats on Tays walking!

Julia - how exciting moving to Singapore!

    Mo - not long now!

Anyway I better go, have a tonne of washing to do from our holiday.. talk to you later and HI to everyone I have missed!

Welcome back Kellie! It sounds like you had a great time . I will definitely be sharing the gender of the baby, there is no way I'd be able to keep it a secret LOL!

Mo - Wow, sounds like Cookie might come early too! I hope you are taking it nice and easy atm.

Amber - I hope AF is still hiding from you .

Rebecca - I haven't found K's night sleep has been affected by his drop in day sleeps. But last night it was harder to get him down, it didn't help that MIL dropped in not long after he went to bed and he wanted to come out and be social. She always turns up just after we've put the boys to bed and then of course they want to come out and see her and then we have to go through the whole bedtime routine again .

Saffi - I hope L pops those teeth out quickly so you can have a break from the drool and clinginess!

AFM - I am soooo sick atm. I've come down with bronchitis again (second time in 10 weeks) and am sick as a dog. I had to go to the GP twice yesterday. The first time I got AB's and I had to go again in the evening because I was having trouble breathing (lots of wheezing), and I got given Ventolin which really helped and I could sleep fairly well. Today I'm not coughing as much but I feel like I've been run over by a truck, I have zero energy. Luckily it's the weekend so DH can help!

K's day naps are becoming tricky since he's dropped a nap. The problem is that I can't give him a nap at the same time every day because of Joel's kinder drop offs of pick ups (it's different every time). So if I try to put him down when I think he should go to bed, he flat out refuses and screams the house down. He used to go down without a peep so this is really hard. In the end when he's tired enough he goes and finds his blankie and dummy and falls asleep on the floor in the loungeroom LOL! I then pop him into bed and he sleeps for 2 or more hours. I just need some predictablitly atm!

Anyway, sorry for my whinge, I'm feeling a bit blah so everything else seems worse IYKWIM!

    Have a great weekend everyone!

Trish i sure hope she decides to come early, I'm really over it.
The dull aches in my tummy, the bad back pain, the always needing to pee & never being able to rest is really starting to wear me out. Can't even remember the last i slept through the night.
So sorry to hear your sick again, nothing worse than being while pregnant.

Kellie glad you had a good time & the pics on FB are great.
I think I'll take the girls & go for a holiday in QLD after Cookie arrives. Phil wont fly & i don't fancy driving all that way with a baby & a toddler so he can miss out!

Maddi has this new thing where if she's in her room & you walk past it she'll get up and shut the door so you can't see what she is upto in there, She really is a teenager trapped in a toddler body.
