Hi everyone! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted in here :redface:. I've been a bit lazy the past week. All is going good with us. K is having awesome sleeps atm which is wonderful, he has been sleeping in until after 8am some mornings, bliss...I think he's cutting a tooth atm, hopefully it explains the crankiness, drooling and finger constantly in the mouth! I took him to a baby market yesterday morning and they had a baby animal farm, K loved it :). He kept pointing at each animal asking "what's that?", it was very cute!
It's our 7 year wedding anniversary today. DH is taking me out for dinner tonight, he won't tell me where though! It's kind of nice to be surprised :). My mum is going to look after the boys, I'm looking forward to some kid-free time!
Dragonbub - Wow, you sure have lots going on atm! How exciting building a house!!
Mo - How are you holding out atm? I hope you're feeling a bit better this week.
Nic - Congrats on Nixon being TT'd! And how gorgeous that Tyron has been trying too :)
Kellie - How is Tahlia going with the CP? Hopefully it is clearing up for her the poor thing.
Saffi - I can't believe you're 19 weeks today!!!
Julia - Sorry AF arrived, I hope her visit has ended already. All the best this month!
Celtic - We are definitely stopping at #3! Hopefully the Clomid works for you and you don't have to use IVF.

wow - its has been quiet in here
Not much happening with us, stuck at home cause of Tahlias chicken pox. She is coping pretty well with it, I dont think its bothering her too much. Some of the spots are starting to scab over now, so hopefully she wont be contagious for too much longer
Trish - Happy anniversary! Its our anniversary on Friday, only 5 years for us. We are going out kid free too on Sat night to the Conservatory - I can't wait! How long till your scan?
DB - good luck with the house
Nic - that is quite strange, I thought once you had it once you were fine! My blood test results came back, and I have immunity so I didnt need to get the vac
Anyway, gotta go and do some housework while Miss T is asleep

:hug: You poor thing Mo. I'm sending a truckload of labour vibes your way. I went 8 days over with J and it SUCKED! K was 5 days over, but I was prepared for going late again so it was easier to deal with. It must be hard going further than you did with Maddi and being so unwell too. More hugs :hug:.
Kellie - That's great Tahlia seems to be over the worst of it. And yay for going out on Saturday night!

Labour Vibes Mo! I was 9 days over with Max and by that stage I would sit in the spa and try and cook him out....it didn't work!! GOOD LUCK!!

Well my OB goes on holidays April 1st so hoping he agrees to get things going if she isn't here at my 40wk appt.
Think I'm more disappointed because i honestly thought she would of been here by now considering all the crap I've been through since 35wks.

Morning!
Had a great night out with DH last night, he took me to a really nice Italian restaurant. The food was sooooo nice! I haven't had good food like that for ages. The boys had a great time being looked after by my mum. She is awesome with kids and they all just love her. She and Joel had made all kinds of crafty things by the time we got home which he proudly showed off to us. K was a good boy and went straight to sleep when she put him down :)
Mo - Eek, those molars are awful when they come through! Hopefully Maddi settles down a bit now they're through. Here's hoping Cookie makes her appearance before your OB goes away.
Julia - How awesome that Max's sleep is going so well! It must be an age thing because K's sleeping is just getting better and better too atm. Yay for having some time for you and having fun!
Nic - Thanks for the congrats! It's hard to believe it's been 7 years already!!
Dragonbub - LOL we haven't had that itch yet! I think having kids and having another on the way has kept that itch away!! DH & I are both determined to make our 7th year our best year yet :D

Hey Trish - glad your night went well. You are lucky to have a mum thats' great with kids. Both the mothers, MIL and my mum are pretty hands-off when it comes to Caden :(
Mo - at least there is an end in sight, even if it is slightly further than what you hope. I guess the thought of going 42 weeks would just be too much. Still, any time really from here on in would be nice huh?
Minimax - thats great about Max's sleeping. I hang out for Caden's sleep times just to get stuff done. As it is, the house is such a mess at present because of uni stuff. It seems there is not enough time to do everything, so eventually it takes its toll. Big clean up this weekend I think.
Hi everyone else. How are all the pregnant ladies? And everyone else of course!
We are doing much better. Caden seems over his bug now and is very happy, he has just learned how to kiss and it is so cute, he comes up to you, puts his little lips out, and waits. His understanding is going ahead in leaps and bounds, and he is getting pretty good at the potty too.
Well, better go, the munchkin is trying to climb into my lap - and he has no nappy on!

Sorry I have been MIA but I have been busy packing our lives back up to move back to Brisbane cause DH's boss has cut him back on hours and we have had a pay cut of like $300 a week so yeah!! Haven't been in the best of moods about it but everything has been organised to move back on the 16th-18th of next month. We are doing it ourselves this time instead of removalist cause we found a truck we can rent for $165 per day cause they are getting work done on it in Brisbane so we are kinda doing them a favour at the same time. So it will only be like $800 to move back instead of like $2500 we paid to get up here!!
TRISH - When is your next scan?? Can't remember if you are finding out the sex or not?? What are you hoping for?? What ws the BPM at your last scan?? HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TOO!!
AMBER - Are you having a dating scan or you just waiting till the 13 week mark??

AFM, I have been feeling very good since finding out I am PG....just been real tired but can't sleep at night's so go figure that one out!! Once we get back to Brisbane I will go buy another body pillow. Hopefully that will help.

Just quickly saw my OB today, he did an exam for me & said i'm 3-4cms dialated & we are going to break my waters Sat morning. So i can offically say Cookie will be here Sat night yay!
I'm so happy & i finally get to meet her :)
So Trish & Amber you can expect a txt with a picture sometime Saturday ;)

Monkey - congrats on the BFP - I can't remember if I had done this already! Everyone is getting BFP but me :( we should be TTC in August sometime, so not long anyway, but everyone will have had their bubs by then! LOL.

Not much going on. Heading down south to visit sis today so had better go. Funny - DS did a big poo this morning and DH cleaned it up. Then he disappeared upstairs to do stuff on the computer, then when he came down he realised he had a big blob of poo on his hand :lol: so funny!

Tahlia is much better today, took her back to the doctors cause I was worried about some runny nappies and she was also pulling her ear a lot which made me worry that she had an ear infection, but it seems they are both teething symptoms. And she is no longer contagious so I can leave the house tomorrow! Yay!

Well still feeling yuck! But getting better thank goodness! I never had this with Myles so its taking its toll! We have a new TV woohoo so I can lie on the couch and have a remote! As the other one dissapeared thanks to Myles!

hi girls, sorry i have been mia for a while .. so much going on and i guess i havent felt like being on here for a while now. but i thought i would see what everyone is up to and fill you in on what is going on. firstly i have been diagnised with polycystic ovary syndrome, secondly i have to have more tests, but we will start fertility treatment towards the end of april. since the m/c i have had no period, i am not ovulating and basically we cannot have any more kids unless we go on fertilty meds. bit of a shock more than anything and its made us do lots of soul searching, but the one thing we both agree on is that we would regret it if we didnt give having another baby a red hot go. my dh has to have tests as well before we start treatment.
saffi - good luck with your scan tomorrow, i hope that your baby turns out to be healthy and i am sure you will be happy with a boy or girl. probably after two boys you are thinking what would you do with a girl anyway? haha
mo - good luck with your impending arrival. very exciting times ahead for you and your family.

Nickers - I am due the 25th of September...a day after DH's birthday!! And rhys doesn't turn 2 till the 18th of Oct so I will have 2under 2 for a couple of weeks. We were thinking today that if we were too go early 09/09/09 would be a cool date for a birthday!! Lol.....

when i was pg with Nixon i was due 02/06/06 so dh wanted him to be born 06/06/06! however having a mind of his own instead of being born on the devils birthday he was born on EASTER MONDAY 17/04/06! (stuffed that plan up lol)
kaz- so sorry to hear u have PCOS, its releiving that now you have some answers and can work towards having another bub, i hope you guys dont have to go through any more heartache to get that sticky little bub.

Kaz - I'm so sorry about your PCOS :hug:. My friend has PCO and fell pregnant very quickly with her DS with clomid, hopefully you can get the right treatment for you.
Amelia - I was thinking it would be cool if this bub came early and had the birthday 07/08/09, but my history of having bubs go overdue isn't making me very optimistic LOL!
Nic - That would have been such a cool birthday for Nixon! How easy would that be when filling out forms?
Amber - All day sickness sucks :hug:. I had all day sickness with K, but luckily it only lasted between weeks 7 - 9, with Joel I had plain 'ol m/s, I always felt better by lunch time. This time no m/s, but I had nasty indigestion and hearburn instead. Lucky us hey? I hope you feel all better soon :hug:.
Kellie - I'm glad Tahlia is getting better, it must be nice to be able to go out again :). K gets diahrrea when he teeths, it's horrible!
Mo - It would be my pleasure to post your BA! Good luck tomorrow, I'll be thinking of you all day! What time are you booked in? I hope I hear my phone when you text!
Saffi - Where are you??? Did you find out the flavour of your bub today??? I'm DYING to know!
AFM - I'm feeling pretty good these days, I have much more energy than I did in the first tri. I'm tired today though because I had an upset tummy that kept waking me up all night. I think I shouldn't have had that big slice of chocolate cake just before I went to bed LOL! K is good, teething his canines atm so we're having a fair bit of crying and carrying on during the day, but it's managable.

Here I am!
I had the scan and the baby is very healthy and doing all the things that babies do. For those of you that thought PINK, you were......... RIGHT!
WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still can't believe it. I was so sure we were having another boy. We had practically settled on a boy's name. Now have to go back to the drawing board and choose a girl's name.
We got some great face photos of our little princess so I will upload some.
Went out at lunchtime and bought 2 little pink dresses. There is no way that I am going to recycle L's hand-me-downs on her.
Anyway, DH and I have a L free night so we are going out to celebrate.
I'll be back for personals tomorrow.

Trish - Max gets the worst bum when teething too.....he just cut a molar (I was surprised actually coz he hasn't been that bad) but his bum got RED RAW, he would be in so much pain and crying when I'd change him...poor monkey!
Kaz - Sorry to hear about your PCOS....that sux big time. At least you know now though and you can get on to making more babies! Albeit with some help. You are lucky at least you have two gorgeous girls already.
Amber - Found your remote yet!!? x
AFM - Still no word on Singapore. The longer it takes them though the longer it will take to get there. I'm just worried about having to rush around, but hopefully the HR people at DH's work will sort out most of it. I'll have to live with my Mum prior to going but have to wait for my sister to move out (who has just finished building a house so not long now) before I can go there. Mum is having Charlie too so Andrea (sis) has to take her 3 dogs with her first!!!! (we are dog lovers...clearly :))
Max is going well...walking / running at full speed with a few tumbles still. I'm loving it. His energy is being burned FAST! He is much more fun too....apart from around 6pm when he wants DH to come home so we can have dinner together. He loves his Daddy at the moment. Bit sad coz DH is going to Hong Kong next week so we are definitely going to miss him a lot this time. Max hasn't really cared much in the past.
Well I think I've gabbed on enough for now. Love and hugs to everyone, preggo or not! Can't wait to see Mo's BA tomoz!

Yay Mo!!!!! Well done on the drug free birth. Look forward to hearing all the details.
Kaz - at least you have a diagnosis to work with now. L was a Clomid baby so it's certainly possible to have a baby on fertility drugs and PCOS.
Amber - I had to laugh about the remote. L hid one of ours and DH and I looked everywhere (under couches, in other rooms etc - all the usual places), only to find it in the basket of his trike.
Pass to to Terri my congratulations on her little girl. I know they were hoping it would be a girl.
Sorry you're feeling bleurgh!. On consolation is that it usually does pass and is a sign that everything is healthy.
