    hi everyone
just popping in to say hi... been so busy haven't had time to post in here!

Kaz - quite a few people have warned me about the squirt when you are changing boys nappies! will be interesting! BTW - your photos with Sam are just gorgeous!

AFM - got 9 weeks to go as of today! Starting to get a bit nervous about labour and also how I will cope with 2! Also how Tahlia will cope with sharing me! I can't wait though, I am feeling so uncomfortable at the moment, cant believe I still have over 2 months to go! Been seeing a physio for my back and sciatica pain which has helped, so thats a positive.
Went on a tour of the hospital I'm delivering at during the week, as they have moved premises from Tahlias birth... was a bit scary and brought back lots of memories! Especially the fridge in the maternity suites which held ice packs for you know where!
Tahlia is going great with the toilet training, is pretty much out of nappies all the time now, apart for overnight, but even the nappy 1st thing is now pretty dry, I'm so proud of her! Hopefully she doesnt regress when the new bub comes, a few people have warned me that it often happens

    Hope everyone else is well!

Hey all ... sorry for being awol. So much going on and just wanted to get all my health stuff sorted before I posted. Last night I actually read everything that has been going on, so I am up to date! I won't do pm's though, as I have 3 threads to post on and it would take me forever. But just know I am up to date again and hopefully will be on here more regularly now!

As for my health woes, everything seems to be ok. I am not sure if I mentioned I found a lump on my shoulder that is about 3cms? Well it turns out it is a lypoma (fatty lump) and if it continues to grow I will need to get it removed. Along with that I had the red lower belly, hot, itchy ... a doctor sent me for an ultrasound because she said my uterus felt really enlarged. The girls that did the ultrasound completely freaked me out by telling me I had leftovers in my uterus. So I spent the weekend dreading my results, thinking I would need to go back to the doctors for a clean out. I went to see her yesterday and got the all clear, so I have not idea what the radiographer was on about? However if I do continue to lose clots I will need to go see a gynie, as apparently an ultrasound will not always pick up if there is an issue going on in your uterus. Confused? Me too! I do feel heaps better though. Which is good news! The other issue I had was burning sensations in my lower leg, apparently it is nerve damage which I believe, as I still have two quite numb toes on the same foot! So health wise that is about it, on the mend, feeling better and tests have given me the all clear.

As for Luka, he is beautiful and doing well. He has had a really mucusy nose, but he is getting better and is eating normally again. He is so alert and watches his sisters and looks for them as soon as he hears their voices. I am enjoying my little baby time, but he seems so huge already and it has me sad already that my little baby is growing fast! The girls have adjusted so well to him and are very cute with him. Very good big sisters who kiss him and continuously tell him he is gorgeous!

Looking forward to catching up more often now I am back into the swing of things!

kaz - sorry to hear that you are still suffering. I had hoped that once Luka was out that you would have a clear bill of health. Is the nerve damage from the epi from the C-Section? They grow up so quickly don't they.
kellie - hope those 9 weeks will go really quickly. Are you still working? Yay for Tahlia and the TT.

AFU - enjoyed catching up with some of the Brissy mums yesterday. Unfortunately L was at daycare so couldn't play with Myles and Mateo but M enjoyed playing with Mia's hair and staring at the gorgeous Harri and Flynn. She's got a crush already!

Saffi - yeah I think so. I have had lots of trouble with headaches since the spinal, the two middle twos are pretty numb and now this odd burning sensation in my lower leg. Headaches have eased up a fraction, so that is good news. The red patch on my stomach they thought was a staf infection, then another doctor thought some issue with my uterus that is why the ultrasound. But I am feeling so much better, just not being pregnant (so not a fan). Happy my baby birthing days are over. Not sure I could go through it again!

How is this for a funny one? When I was helping T on the potty she said to me that boys have willies and girls have wedgies... No idea where that came from!

And the other day she told me that I make her happy... How sweet!

Hope everyone had a great easter & the little ones didn't eat too much choccie.

Everyone is doing well here, K had a little bit of choc yesterday & broke out in a rash later that night.
Not sure if it was Choc or a delayed reaction to her 12 month needles tho.
Maddi is doing really well, she has become a parrot & now we have to watch everything we say.
She's caught us out a few times but luckily she hasn't repeated it.

The girls did well for Easter, I hid all the choc last night & M has forgotten all about it today, so more choc for me Kodi got clothes & money and M got Clothes, Money, a DVD & Chocolate.

Kellie are you going in for an induction or you going to let nature do it's thing?

Jules we do you head back to perth?

Mo - still havent decided.... I dont know what to do! I'm worried about having the induction and then having a horrid time, but I'm also worried about not making it to the hospital in time if I have a spontaneous labour! Also the organised person in me likes the thought of induction as it means I can organise Tahlia and all the other stuff a lot better

As Mo said, hope everyone had a great easter & the little ones (and the mummies) didn't eat too much chocolate!

Kellie i know hard the decision is, but i know you'll make the right one
If we ever have a 3rd i'll most likely be doing an induction as i can't afford not to be in hospital when i give birth.
If you go the induction route, ask if you have to be hooked up to the synto drip etc..

Mo - my ob seems to think that as T's labour was quick, all I need is for my waters to be broken, she'll then send me for a walk, and within a few hours contractions will start. She said I may need some gel as well, depending how favourable I am.

I asked about the drip and she said that she couldnt rule it out completely, but was pretty confident I wouldnt need it, but having to have it is what worries me!

Hi everyone! Its been quiet in here again!

Mo - thanks for the PM, added you into my phone!

Saffi - how is work going?

Julia - how is it going with your 'helper'?

special hi to trish, tiff, amber and anyone else I've missed... come back and tell us how you are doing!

had my ob appt this morning. Bubs is nowhere near engaged so dont think anything is happening any time soon. Discussed the induction idea again and we have booked it in for about 1.5 weeks away (keeping the date a secret!), as long as I am favourable. She is going to do an internal (yuk) to see how I am next Thursday, so fingers crossed all these braxton hicks are doing something.

anyway, i'm off to watch SYTYCD... hope Phillipe makes it into the top 4... droooooool....

    Happy (belated) Easter everyone.

Had a good long weekend - my last before I go back to work. On Friday we went to the zoo, on Saturday the museum and L and M had their first train trips, and today we went to the beach. So a busy weekend here.

Easter sunday was good. The "Easter Bunny" visited at 4.15am and laid an egg trail around the house leading to L's presents. At about 6.30am L was woken up by M's crying, saw me and of course got up. Anyway, he followed the egg trail and was so excited. The little boy next door also had an egg hunt and it was so cute to see and hear them both.

Kellie - IKWYM about wanting to be organised. As my waters broke late at night with M we had to call DH's parents for them to come and look after L. They live about 45mins away. But both my labours have been really long - so long that my Mum was able to fly from interstate and get here before either of them were born.

Anyway, tried to get us organised for the morning. Wish me luck for tomorrow.

Saffi - good luck for tomorrow!
I am quite lucky in that my parents are only 5 mins away, as long as mum is home when the time comes, she should be able to get to my place quickly. Its if she isnt home that worries me!

Julia- u described how I'm feeling Bout the induction thing perfectly! Guess I'll learn more after my next appointment on Thursday. Sorry, got no idea what could be wrong with max but it doesn't sound too nice!

Mo - I've got a Buddy in my belly buddies thread that will announce it within the thread but I don't think she'll do an official BA. Any takers? Lol

I definitely think Max has Hand, Foot & Mouth.....he has more spots on his feet today. Stupid crapola doctors!

Kellie It's a shame you can't see into the future. Good luck at your appointment, I hope you get out of that sticky spot and that everything just WORKS xx
