Had a great b'day dinner! Was glad that everyone was gone by about 10pm though! LOL! I had a pretty good nights sleep and then dh let me get an extra 2 hours sleep in this morning which was great!
Louis is doing well with the croup side of things - it doesn't seem to have developed, but he's got a rotten cold! So we will see how the week progresses and hopefully he's better by Thursday to head over to your place, Nikki! He should be right by then I imagine but I won't risk getting your lot sick!
Melissa - Sorry I seem to have missed your post!! Poor little Benjamin - sounds like he's in the wars at the moment! I hope he's better soon!
With the hitting - Louis went through this a while ago - I told him eachtime "we don't hit" or smack or whatever and took him to time out at the back door for about 30sec/1min or thereabouts. So I walked away. If he walks back I just take him back there and it starts again. He did really well with it and most of the time stayed there. Then I go back and make him say sorry and we have a cuddle - then it's all forgotten and we got back to playing happily. This lasted about 1month or so before it seemed to sink in. In the end if he'd hit - i'd say - we don't hit - and he took himself to the back door crying. It was very hard not too laugh. Even now I still do the time out thing but I'm lucky to do it once a week as he just really doesn't do it anymore unless he's really tired and grumpy.
Tracey - Have fun shopping!!! You are not a frump!!! I think your gorgeous! Plus it's winter - it's the time for trackies in my opinion - LOL! I much prefer summer shopping - it's so much more fun! Plus - I like new clothes but I don't really need to get dressed up at the moment - dressed up for me is jeans! hehehe.
Cindy - Dylan only had the one bottle at 7.30 so I was fine. I expressed when I got home but didn't get much out anyway - couldn't seem to get a let down. Yesterday I expressed a bit just to get rid of the excess so now I've got 2 125ml bottles in the fridge. I think from now on I'll have to do 150ml bottles anyway just to be on the safe side! He's such a greedy guts! hehehe. Next weekend Michael will do an early am feed so hopefully I can get a good nights sleep!
Wow what mayhem at your house!! You cope so well looking after all the kids! I'm a bit of a stress head I think. hehe.
The osteopath sounds great - I would like to take Dylan since he's such grumpy bum with his feeds - where abouts did you go?? Do you need a referral?
Nikki - Sounds like you're having a great weekend!
With a bbq on the long weekend - I've got a baby shower on the Sat but could make Sunday arvo (photos at myer in the morning) or Monday....
