Kristie - how did yoga go?

I have had a really crappy few weeks which has ended with my best friend of 20 years being admitted into maroondah psych ward yesterday, she has had a psychoctic episode amongst other things like her OCD taking over all of a sudden. Soooo I will be spending every spare moment i have in the hospital now so it seems!
