Ness- I know! I thought I can wait til this bub is born then update.

    MrsT- how is WW going?

Helen- Its good they are decent size now so if they do decide to make an early appearance they've got all that extra on them to help them.

Meg- How is everything going with you pregnancy wise? Hope all is well and your coping ok with all the family stuff happening, how is your cousin coping?

Laurin- getting anymore sleep? Hope Rylee is doing the right thing!

Are these "terrible 2's" driving everyone else nuts? Ash really likes to test me these days, you know when they look right at you when they do something wrong just to see your reaction, she decided she doesn't like eating, waking more at night for god knows what reasons, 'NO' is her fav word along with 'I want' and 'Give me'. Ahh very tiring!

Shell - I am so with you on the terrible 2's - some days just seem like a struggle and I can't wait to get to bedtime......what can you do though, life with a toddler I guess.

All well here. We have just been out to breakfast with some friends and Rylee is now asleep prob for another 10 mins but at least she is getting a sleep so she won't be grouchy this arvo.

Hope everyone is having a great day and those in Melb are enjoying the sunshine, sposed to be 28 deg tomorrow, woo hoo.

    Laurin xxx

They certainly test you, don't they shell. Nina started doing this about 6 months ago, and it peaked when Emily was a newborn. God that was hard, having a toddler going through terrible 2's, and having a newborn again. She's a lot calmer now though. But she has endless amounts of energy. Some days I wish she would just stop, so I can have a break!
We've just been in the pool, it was mid 30's today. Hopefully Nina will have a sleep soon, a swim in the pool usually does the trick. Emily is sleeping, so I'd love a lie down. We took the girls down to Nina's kindy as they were having their first birthday party. She had so much fun playing with all her friends today. It's cute seeing a dozen 2 year olds running around squealing with each other. I don't think they even know what they're squealing at half the time, lol.

Spotlight have a sale.Im trying to stay away from it.lol
I will most likely do a gazzillion loads of washing today and maybe sew up a giraffe. A boy one for a change! and finish off some funky girl photo canvas's. But of course thats in the time the girls will let me.lol

    Hi all,
I hope everyone is well. We have been taking it very easy in the past few weeks. My little bubs is kicking away happily. he/she seems nice and comfy.
A question for all, in the last few weeks James has been kicking the wall while in bed. He thinks it is really funny.Does anyone else have kiddies that do this, and what do you do to stop it? Soon I think we will have a hole in the wall! One day he will kick to hard, and that will be it.

Meg- Hmm thats a tricky one, cause do you find when you tell them not to do something they want to do it even more? Could you rearrange his room a bit or just move the bed enough so he can't reach the wall?
So are you going to find out what flavour this bub is?

caddie- Oh you are making me jealous! I want a wii! I do have tho $200 worth vouchers I got for my birthday in August, might end up putting the towards one!

Jodi- Oh I so know aht you mean bout the toddlers endless energy, I always am wishing I had it, I'll be exhausted ready to collapse and Ash will still be on the go!

Lots housework for me today, god I get ****ed at Df, I hate working sundays for the simple reason that getting up mon morn to trashed house is not much fun! He uses the side sliding door to go in and out which means the floor gets so disgusting that I have to vacuum then mop, he can't seem to scrap or rinse dishes, wipe down the high chair, tidy the toys/ lounge, I have to wonder what the hell he actually does! Ok vent over, better get back to cleaning!

fak so will reply properly later, but YES Meg, Riv gets out of bed and BANGS his door, the wall, giggles, squeals...nothing I can do really, cept go in if he's sooo loud I think he'll wake Si. He only does it when we're up though, think he wants to hang out. Night time banging is rare.

Jett used to do it too even at night Meg. The more we acknowledged it the more he did it. Like Nelle the only time I went off my nut about it was if it could wake Ripley but their rooms arent near each other so it was rare. Eventually he stopped doing it cause we didnt appear to care. If we did go in there to stop him we didnt speak just pulled him away from the wall and walked out.

Oh no I killed our thread

just a ? for those TT - when you say training pants, do you mean pull ups or actual padded terry cloth training pants? Jett has undies but I stopped buying pull ups cause its exxy when he isnt actually TT but he seems interested now and HATES the nappies.
