Ness hugs to you hun - I don't think anyone knows how to feels on days like these, it is such a huge mix of emotions, just be kind to yourself, let yourself grieve and be sad if you are feeling that way, and enjoy your beautiful girls who are the best thing ever to come out of all of this

Take it easy maz, you've had a rough year. Lets hope 09 is abetter year for you guys.

Went shopping today, and bought Emily a little seat thingy for the pool. She's gonna love it. Also caved in and bought Nina a Elmo live thingy for christmas, and a dvd, which I'll give to her today. She's obsessed with Elmo ATM.

Maz- Try and get some time to yourself just so you can get your body rested and recouperated. Think you need nice massage or something nice.

Ness- Hope you spent up big on lots nice things for yourself. It will be a day of mixed emotions. Try focus on the positive.
Hope the house sells quickly, how are they selling in your area? Where I am things have slowed so much.

Marni- Maybe try the smoothie idea on Tiana, Ash loves them too, great way to sneak in fruit. I also bought Ash some of those Vilish soups to sneak in the vegies.

Bought Ash her big girl bed today, hopefully will come before xmas but could be up to mid January. Next to get matress and doona.

No wins on Melb cup for me, of all the horses I had over the day I didn't get a single win or place!

Way cool Ness - You would have had a great day shopping! I juswt paid some money on lay-bys and lay-byed a set of red sheets from Target today! How is it that shopping makes us feel so much better?

Thanks for the idea Shell - but she doesn't drink smoothies. All she will drink is milk and water. I'm really not that worried though - she seems to be growing.

Maz - That could explain it, but I dont think you have to worry about Mat - look at how gorgeous he is!

Caddie - Congrats on becoming an Aunty!!

Congrats on becoming an Aunty to little miss Luca Chloe!! What a beautiful name.

Good on you for doing some shopping ness.

It's weird isn't it Marni, shopping makes me feel soooo good! Pity I don't have the bank balance of the Beckham's though

Waiting for Heath to come home, then I might jump in the pool. It was so hot here today. Sticky and yucky. Gotta pick Nina up from kindy before my swim though.
We're off to Brissy this weekend, so I've got lots of cleaning to do tomorrow. How boring.

Ness- I am going pretty well actually, still have my anxieties, but trying to work through being more positive and focusing on the good and not the bad. I hope today was alright for you. Good news that you can have a bit of help with moving in with your parents. I don't know how you manage with 3 young children on your own.

Caddie - I hope that you are all on the mend. After having 3 lots of gastro through this house in the last 4 months I know how you feel.

Maz - Maybe if you can it might be worth talking to someone professionally about your experience with Mat, as there may be some unresolved feelings there. Look after yourself xxxx

I hope you ahve a nice swim Jodi.

I am not sure that I mentioned, but while I was in NZ, I had a small bleed. Anyway ended up at the 24 hour clinic, and it turns out I had severe thrush. Never been so pleased the have thrush before!!! Also as I had just got over gastro AGAIN they aid that it could have also been a factor in the thrush being so bad. Anyway all good now.

Not much else to report here. Worked today. Oh- and DH won $460 on the cup, so that's good. Melb girls - Is anyone going into the City on the weekend to see Santa's arrival?? I think I might, as they are doing a Madagascar show and J is Loving Lions at the moment, and i have a few things that I needed to do in town anyway.

belle, hope your ok hun, have to catch up soon, my car has **** itself, so i cant go anywhere atm, i can always train it down to hornsby and meet for a cuppa.

ness way to go on your shopping, i have just bought some new nappies for liam( i know i shouldnt of, as i have heeps but gee it made me feel good )

laurin, not long now..good luck for the upcoming birth.

helen, hope your bubbies are doing well.

shell, i never had a bet, luckily as i think my horses are still running lol

    jodi, have fun at brissy.

meg,wow that must of been pretty scary for you.

maz, now girl take it easy, i wasnt joking when i mention to come away with me...i need a freind to come, and i dont think i will take mr craigs best mate (#uckhead)..my shout..if you can organise a week with out the kids..i will take you away, you have been there for me in the last 3 months and helped me in so many ways, its the least i can do.

    hi to everyone i missed.

as for me, well the doctor has uped my medication, and it has made such a differnce, im starting to feel alive again, and coming out of my dark hole i was in, and looking forward to life as a single mum, and also looking forward to meeting new men down the track.its amazing when things like this happen, that you really get to know who your REAL freinds are, as the first month there was so many calls, 2nd month a few calls, now the odd call, but its from the people that where craigs freinds from years prior, that had not seen much of him or me, that have kept in contact, the best freind does not ring anymore( after he tried it on) which suits me fine, but the guy craig only knew for the last 6 months of his life, he has been there for me ( dont worry he is married with kids) he helped me with fixing craigs bike up all in his own time, he has been great, and one guy that will indeed be my freind for a long time.
it looks like i will be recieving craigs insurance in the next 4 weeks ( thats if his ex accept the offer) i get 75% and his 2 kids two her get 25%, which would see them get around the 28000 mark each, but they have put her as the trustee??? go figure!!! as craig always said $5 burns a hole in her pocket, i can imagine that she will blow the money for them, but what can i do, i will just make sure that i keep all the paper work to show them when they are older that dad left you something ( if indeed she does blow it).
i have been looking at cars to buy i was going to buy a toyota klugar ( or something like that) i need at least 7 seats, but i went looking yeterday and they are all so small inside ( to fit my tribe in) even the landruisers, and taragos, are so small and you would struggle to put a pram in the back with all the seats, i looked at a kia grand carnival, and it s*it on them all for room, so at this stage it looks like that could be it.
caity and liam started family day care on tueday they go twice a week, and the cost is half the price as there old day care and the carer is so nice, and my mum looks after them on wenesdays for half a day, so i have 2.5 days off. caitlyn absoultly love going the other day.
i have also been talking to family support and they are coming everweek to help out, with whateve i need..even if its come for a coffee and a chat..so i am getting the help i need.......now all i need is a new car and a holiday.

Oh chrissy im so glad things are looking up for you mate! You so deserve it! A new car will make it so much easier for you and your family to get out and do things. Im sure maz would love to go on a holiday with you! Maz is always supportive to anyone who needs help and seems to put her needs on the back burner. Usually at the detriment to herself because she ends up being exhausted! So yes its a great idea
ok its raining cats and dogs! and ive got to finish a couple of projects!!!
