Firstly...I miss my 'moods' and it looks like I might be tired for quite some time. lol Not to matter, Kelly does such a good job with this site!
Jodi - wel done on getting the job and I am sure everyone will get used to you working.
Nelle - I hadthe same thing yesterday...I did mine sneezing though and it felt like my chest blew apart. Forhrs afterwards, if I moved a certain way or picked Noah up, it felt like my sternum (sp) was going to split apart. Bit scary so yer, I know about the is it a heartattack thoughts! Hope you are better now.
Shell - to hear about your FIL, would be terribly hard to make a decision on what to do but it sounds like they have made a good one though. Onward and upward....
Maz - I have a question for you.....with your c-sections, what was your recovery like after your third and final ones? I have had two (not sure if anyone knewthat! lol) and am thinking about bubs number three....have been told because ofthe difficulties I have had already, another birth would be a c-section...which I am totally fine with...was very surprised at how fast the recovery was after Noah but wondered if it was like that for each one or just depended oneverything else at the time iykwim. Hope you an shed some light on it for me!
Hope Wils situation improves for you...you are an amazing lady...hope you know that!

Vix - my 3rd c/s was my best out of all 4. I had no pain nothing...the nurses couldnt believe it BUT my 4th was my worst. I had alot of internal pain and weeping from my scar for about 3 months after wards. Silly thing was..the doc's said that I could have had another as my body bounced back well but we said no more so had my tubes removed when I had Mateauz. I now have no feeling in my lower tummy and this disgusting flab that is lop sided hanging. I almost need to roll it up and stuff it into pants not a pretty look ona big chick
Hope everyone in Vic is going to keep cool today...43 degree's YIKES!!!!!!
I'm starting to get verrrryyyy excoited about this girls weekend. It will be nice to see all the other BB'ers too, but I am really looking forward to just hanging with you girls! And meeting you in real life!! Wheeeeeeeeee!!
Vix, I see you're playing Russian roulette mate! Is that similar to 'pull and pray'?
We are coping okay in the heat so far, although it gets most hot here later in the day. Very very nervous about living at the base of the Dandenongs...
Maz - thanks for that! yer, I have an overhang....not pretty on a five ft nothing gal! Maybe if I have another c0section, my OBGYN an do a tummy tuck and some lipo afterwards!!!!
Vic - i jokenly asked about having a tummy tuck with Vy and was told that they vertially do a mini one as they have to cut away teh old scare tissue to sew you up
I am so clucky.. you girls are so lucky being pg I would love anotehr baby right now or even just to be pg again...you never realise how much you miss some thing until after you know it will never happen again

Yeah I'm ok - just hot. And J is bored but every room is hot except the fam room, as evap not workin g too well due to the high winds. (Keeps bolowing hot air back in.)
I had a preggy belly photo session with ChrissT today. She is So nice. Anyway if anyone wants to take a look at her work and the shots she took of me, go to her web page and look in her blog. (there is a link in her siggy)
So how did we all survive the heat? I sat plonked directly in front of the a/c so wasn't too bad but omg nearly died of shock when we actually got some rain! Not alot but it was something.
Can't wait for our big June meet up!
FIL has his Op tomor now, we were lucky to be there today when surgeon came in so got to ask our questions and get explained exactly what going on. He seems pretty positive op will go well, will buy him more time, we want him to be around to meet and spend time with his new grandchild and I think he really wants that too.
I hope everything goes well tomorrow Shell. Please let us know how he goes.
Rain, we have some to spare It's raining so hard ATM that I can't even hear myself think! We had food on the shelves for a whole day yesterday, now there's hardly anything left. Roads will hopefully be open this week.
meg - those photos are gorgeous!! Are you happy with them?
ETA:
vix - didn't see your sig before. Good luck with the 'russian roulette'!!!
Jodi - Yep they turned out really well, and Chrissy was just awesome.
DH had a shocker of a night at work. A lot of the ambos had to go home as their homes were under threat. Spent a lot of time treating people with smoke related injuries. Our house is filled with the smell of smoke and the sky is still a terrible colour. We had a good bit of rain though.
Jodi- Just wanted to say good luck starting back at work tomor, how many days will you be doing? The extra money will be very nice and helpful.
FIL op went well, just a matter now of waiting and seeing how tummy reacts, apparently can take the tummy 1-6 weeks to start contracting to push food thru so we'll see how it all goes but so far so good.
So weird to think all those floods up north and here all the terrible bush fires, send all that water down here to put them all out, very tragic all the lives and houses lost. Good friend of Dfs hasn't heard from her uncle and its not looking good, he lived in a town right near Kinglake so not best place to be.
I heard there is arsonists trying to relight the fires, should be shot.
DH is bracing for another difficult night at work tonight.
My very good friend who is on this forum and 12 weeks pregnant is in Beechworth. She is fine at the moment, but I am worried that she will push herself too far.
We were meant to be goingto Bright tomorrow to mow etc, (the holiday house) but we won't be going until we know it is safe.
Have been trying all morning to get on the Red Cross site and by phone to make a donation...can't get through on either. That is good news though, hope the cash donations take a little weight off the mind of those poor, poor fire victims. I cannot even comprehend what hell must be like.
My Dad is in South Gippsland but is fine. He knows what he is doing, my sister isn't working due to Jonee PS being closed. Mum is a nurse and work partime with the ambos so I dare say she has been working around the clock.
Well, I have two sick little boys today and I think I have their bug also. It is 22 degrees here and I am all clamy (sp) and soooooo very tired! Was just getting into bed at 11pm last night when the phone rang (my heart STOPPED thinking it was bad news0 and it was a friend from the UK calling about the fires. He has been watching it on Sky News and was horrified. Understandable>
hope everyone has a better day with the cool change, all the pregnant mummies and the CFA, RFS etc I ams o tired I don't think I am making sesne. Hope the kids fall asleep soon, I need some myself.
