The Army certainly look after their boys don't they. Who cares about the fact that you're trying to find a home for you and 3 young children.

WOW maz, ME TIME! you won't know what to do with yourself! You'll walk around the house lost for the first couple of times they're away!!
I know Jodes, all I get is taxi money and the removal. Thats it. He gets disturbance allowance which will prolly be about $1500, put up in hotels here and there, then a $300 a fortnight lovely house.
I get to live out of a hotel being broke til someone is dumb enough to rent to a single mum with 3 kids and then I get to try and make a measly amount of $$$ stretch.
Chrissy hun, you are a GODDESS, I dont know how you stay sane being on your own and I only have 3 kids. You deserve a medal or a million bucks or something!
AnnaT- Have you got savings tucked away so you do have something while you look to rent. Are you looking now or wanting to wait til you can see places in the flesh? I guess you could get friends to check out potential places you see on the net for you. Its bloody hard but you gotta remember you doing right thing, no point having kids raised in a household where the parents don't feel they should be together, they'll feel it, kids pick up on everything.
Jodi- so what was the wobbly about?
Maz- I'm with you on needing 'me' time. I've had Ash's name down for awhile at child care and still waiting for place but been thinking of occasional care. If its just me and Em at home at least once she has a nap I can relax for awhile. I should go look them up while I'm thinking of it.
No no savings from when we were together as all the rego's etc just come due but while Im still in the army house Im saving every cent centrelink gives me while his pay still pays the rent and groceries and bills (cause he eats with us). I should have maybe $2000 in my account when I fly out early/mid july. Its been the only way I can get money together. My sister has offered to check out houses for me but it has to 'fit' around her schedule which is a bit impossible as most REs have set viewing times; not to mention trying to get application stuff together so it would be easier for me to be there......................but it a vicious cycle because I need $$$ to survive on while Im waiting for a house lol
Ugh Im tired and cranky and bored. Ryan is out for the night living it up while Ive had to deal with Jett screaming for him for 45mins. You would think he'd want to spend as much time with them as possible while he can before he ends up with only visitation but nope, drinking with his mates if more important.

yes being a single mum is pretty hard work, and the fact is i dont have dad to hand them to on every other weekend.and if it wasnt for sending the little ones to family day care, i would probably had already been admitted to a mental hospital..but the hardest part is sitting alone at night..no one to talk too, it sucks big time.
Jodi - I think Shell was referring to Nina's wobbly she was chucking? Rest up babe, hope the worst is over.

Nina's is chucking a major wobbly in the bath ATM. Heath's in there with her. No idea what's happening, and right now, I don't care. I'm sure I'll here about it in about 2 minutes time
A Million bucks...OMG that sounds like so much money doesnt it but realistically now aday you can buy a house, a car, fill the pantry and furniture and its gone.
Jed is taking our Blue Ray DVD player back AGAIN :angry: Vy has f'curried it with her open/close, put DVD in, take DVD out.....Jed is not happy cause this is the second one to go back in 10 months.....and its a bloody SONY!!!!

i have just put pearl jam on full bore..i hope the neighbours like it..been a mad woamn cleaning, having loud good music playing certainly helps, but we have had rain for weeks, and i just pulled out all mine and craigs leathers, and there growing mould...
maz f!!k babe, i have just put my big balnket box in front of ours, liam is being a terror, getting into all the dvds, the player..and the list goes on, now that i have put the blanky box ther caitlyn is now climbing onto it aand getting into all my candles up high..cant bloody win..

oh gosh, sorry shell :redface: I told you I needed more sleep! Nina ended up getting really sick and ended up in hospital last night. Probably why she was chucking a tanty. She's alright now, but it took 12 hours for her temp of 41 to go down. It's been a long week, one which I'm well and truly over.
So sorry shell.

:hug: We're tired mums all round hey. I've got a sore throat and my achey period, had 17 youth kids crammed into my house last night (though it was fun, I'm just tired now) and have a massive case of the can't be faffed's today, but we have to go out tonight. Bleuuuuuuuugh. :p

Oh Chrissy it's been ages since I've heard Pearl Jam! Both my boys are into everything too, Si's fave trick is flinging clothes out of baskets...I've stopped bothering to fold, he has too much fun.
Ah crud at the bluray player Maz. Can you put it up higher, maybe put a shelf up high or something? Dunno...
Jodi - I really hope you are all ok. You poor things. You must be exhausted!

Belle - Hi! yeah things are so so here. Plodding along. Can't wait for winter to be over so J can spend some time outside. He hates being couped inside.
Shell - I know it is a long drive, but do you want to bring Ash one Friday morning, and we will take them to the free play sessin at the gymnastics centre here? It is awesome. Trampolines, Slides, playmats etc. You can all stay the night before if you want.
Rach - Hows the pregnancy going? Hope you are well.

J has taken to sleeping with the dog on his bed. Not ideal, but he seems to like it. And of course so does the dog!

am 20 weeks 1 day according to OB 19 weeks 6 days according to scan :lol: OB is going by 6th nov so am happy it means 2 closer days
had big scan yesterday was so scared and worried no idea why as bub is moving, booting popping away but ah well everything is perfect measuring spot on for dates etc, and has very long legs apparently as they are 1 week ahead :lol:
we decided not to find out so is still a surprise baby, HR was 141 BPM but both Jack and Katy had the same at their 19-20 week scans :lol:
still suffering some m/s 2-3 times a week which is so much better than 2-3 times a day...other than that all is great
funny thing (I thought I had quite a pg belly going on) I went to babies glaore to get jack another maxi rider yesterday and we were trying out infant carriers the lady goes oh how old is bubs etc, I said umm due in Oct she goes oh 9 mths I'm like no I'm due in Oct :lol: she looks at me and says wow I didn't realise you were pg, so I'm like :( so I'm just fat, he face :redface:was priceless she goes oh god no you just dont have a out there belly :lol: good thing I have a sense of humour
anyway best keep movign am so far behind in housework I still haven't unpacked from last week in Agnes and have 3-4 loads of washign to fold beds to make floors to vac/wash oh the never ending life of a housewife

Nina is alright now. She has a cold, but that's about it. We've been able to keep her temp down today. I'm sick of this household getting sick though. It's just one thing after the other.
thanks Jodi yeah Jack asked for a baby sister end of jan when the last of his mums group friends had their siblings born he kept hassling me :lol: thank god we fell pg that cycle, he talks to my belly all the time, insists its a baby sister god knows how he will cope if its a boy :lol: he is also so careful with me, always askign if I am ok is my belly sore, when I was vomiting real bad he would stand behind me rubbing my back get me a washer and water :love: awwwww........
As for name :rolleyes: yesterday is the first time Jase has really wanted to talk about them maybe the scan eased his worries, we both sought of like the name Wyatt for a boy not sure how we came upon it but it is standing out there :) I would like to use James for middle name as thats my dads middle name and jacks middle name is FIL fist name so I feel like I should use something to do with dad... Jase likes Charly for a girl but I really want to use Kate for middle name and I dont think they flow IYKWIM!!!
