Over here there is no discussions at all bout contraception, were still not having sex! its worked out well cause Df never had much of a sex drive, I used to but can't be ****ed these days. We joke we're only ever gonna have sex once to make the next baby, won't be for a while yet.

jodi_lee- Maybe you could just leave her a list of things such as nina's routine, ways to settle her etc. And if you do go out make sure you enjoy yourself don't sit there stressing! Although I know its much easier said then doen, I'd prolly be exactly the same!
