Well, just had my first shower alone without Riv screaming! Hurrah! He slept through last night (ohhh man my boobs were so owies!!) and then was just reeeally grotty through his nappy change, just wanted to be held, so afterwards I held him and he fell asleep again! And I dashed to the shower like a kid dashing for the bus.
Jodi I do that with our tree too, comes from working at Myer I guess. I used to looove the messy tree, I had tinsel and stuff everywhere, but last year Randall said 'NO TINSEL' :P and to be honest...it does look good without it. Can't wait til the kids are old enough to decorate the tree though, my childhood trees always had so much character!!
Anyway, better go eat something before River wakes properly. Ciao babies! xo

happy three month birthday to ainsleigh today! i know what you girls are talking about re the tv show. someone told me she was on oprah, so i watched a synopsis on the net. she also said that bubs change their language after three months so was too late for us... interesting though if it's true
shell - same here with foxtel. i unplugged the power and have the blue screens back, but before that could not change channel or anything and constantly engaged. i actually turned on the computer to see if they had an announcement on their webpage... they don't, and then i got distracted by bb :)

I live in a NO TINSEL household LOL, it is banned from my tree. I decorate in different colours every year... last year was lime green/soft gold/brown paper. This year I'm thinking of burnt orange and lime green, but not sure yet.

Well we've just got back from watching Dh on parade, 4 guys went down during it, it was hard not to laugh poor things. Jett didnt even flinch at the tanks and guns going off, he's a little soldier already!
As for the formula-farex issue, he did NOT sleep through but he is more settled today, absolutely no crying. Atm he is jabbering away in his swing! If thats the only difference it makes I will probably still give him a farex bottle before bed. He's only had two feeds since 7am too!
We dont even own a chrissy tree as we've never had it at our house before. We are buying one this year though seeing as the kiddo is here, he loves lights so he should have a ball watching chrissy tree ones. All my chrissy shopping for Jett is done, now I just need to do everyone else.

I have tinsel on my tree...can I still play with you guys...lol. I can be crafty and make little things but I sure as hell cant decorate a tree. Ah to much for my little braain to take in. Have loaded some new pics on Vy's web site, of it and the little gromit.

HAve sent of my chrissy cards..well half of them. Ive gotta make another 25 tonight. Might be lazy and just pop pics of the kids in some ready made ones but I love making them.
Am going to try and make it to the post office today to post my KK pressy and get more stamps. Im also going to send my parcel registered mail so my kk person will defently get it, I'll be pi$$ed if they dont.

Ashleigh is being cheeky today. Went out for coffee, she was all good first half of it then got tired, had booby went to sleep for 5 mins only the would cry unless she was being held. So i cuddled her thinking she'll sleep on the walk home, no she screamed all the way home, had more booby, fell asleep as soon as i put her down she's yelling again. I calmed her and left the room and i can hear her grizzling away in there. She is just fighting sleep and I know the longer she stays awake the worse she gonna get!

well I managed to get zilcho shopping done... Xander threw a spacko and just played up big time, so I gave up and went home. At least I know what I want to get everyone which is a good start. He is going through this shocking phase (it better be a phase!) where I just cannot put him down or else he will full belt wail... can't put him on the floor, bouncer, playmat or pram. argghhhhhhhh, my back is killing me.

Thanks girls... I've got both a baby bjorn carrier and a mesh ring sling. He wont go in the meshie as he wants to be upright. But he kicks around in the baby bjorn, and to be honest he is already getting too heavy to carry in it so I get back pain.
He has been like this for nearly a week, but I just hate whinging to you girls - tho today I am tearing my hair out and just needed to vent.
Does anyone here have one of those Ergo carriers that everyone raves about?

I finaly had Alexanders 8 weeks shots today, ok i know that they are 3 weeks late! . He was on the breast as the injections went in and did this silly snuffle cry but he wasnt giving up his booby for anything! ,,

Wow girls, you've been chatty today!
Rans is currently settling River, he's having his pre-poo grumps. I'm starting to notice that when he's due for an explosion he grizzles and wiggles and grots quite a bit. Although Rans has been in there for quite awhile. Betcha he's fallen asleep rocking Riv in the chair :P
I haven't got my SS pressie yet, but I've got all of mine I think! So will send that next week I guess.
Went shopping tonight with Rans and BIL. Didn't actually buy anything til after 8:30, when I raced around like a chook with it's head cut off!

:neutral: TMI territory. Most of you know my birth story from the baby shower, but I did let you know that I was having troubles with my anus tearing again a while back. Well I finally succumbed to the pain and went to the dr :oops: . She doesnt know how I am managing to do anything at all as I am loosing so much blood, and breastfeeding and being kept awake at night. TMI everytime I have to do a no.2 the toilet bowl gets filled with blood. I now have to have full iron blood tests and I have to go and see a butt surgeon as something is not right. She says that I have a large fissure and she suspects that I have some heamorroids too and because of dad's and nan's bowel cancer history I have to go see the surgeon. I am sooo not looking forward to it. Of all things someone shoving something up your arse or shining a spotlight on it is soooooo soooooo sooooo embarassing.
Eithan is doing well, but due to a lot of issues, I will be slowly moving onto formula. Plus the dr told me I have to eat a steak every day as she is worried that my body is having trouble replacing the blood let alone the iron.

We decided to put the outside chrissy lights up last night. All 3 kids helped, Vy included. She was our foreman. Had her last feed at 7pm and went to sleep at 9pm. Didn't wake until 7.30am. I still feel like I haven't slept cause I woke at 2 and 4 and checked on her. But my god, Yay.:D ....and she's 3 months today:frown: I caught her trying to pull her self up to reach for a toy on her toy bar. I quickly pushed her back down. I dont want her to grow up yet. Cr@p im getting emotional...
going to get some thing fattening out of the freezer for lunch now!

Mix together oatmeal and glitter. Put some of the mixture in a small plastic bag.
On a heavy piece of construction paper cut to about 2 x 4 1/2, print the following instructions.

will guide Rudolph to Your House!
After you've finished writing the instructions, fold the paper rectangle in half and staple to the top of the plastic bag.
This makes a perfect Christmas gift for kids to give out to their school-mates before being let out for Christmas holidays.

Shyte hit the fan with Dh last night, its a long story so I wont bore you with it but Im <...> close to leaving. He needs a serious attitude check. Plus Im suddenly bleeding again a week after my period for no bloody reason and Im on the pill. Im getting so sick of this.
BUT after giving bub Farex in his last two bottles before bedtime, he slept through from 11pm til 6:30am! Unfortunately because of Dh drama's I didnt get to bed til 2am sooooooooooooo hopefully he will do it again tonight and I can get some decent shut eye.
I think I'll take myself out to lunch, check back in later!

The facial was wonderful. Felt so relaxed. Would have ben nice to make a day of it and have a day off from nappies and feeding and crying babies!
We have just tried to do the plaster things of Ash's hands and feet, bit of disater. First lot wouldn't mix properly so set before we could get hand near, managed to get it in second time making a huge mess. next we will try a foot. I'll prolly end up with just one hand and one foot rather than the 2. Think maybe i should just have paid the money to get them done professionally!
AnnaT- I hope you are Dh can sort things out. I hope its nothing too serious. Good on jett for having a big sleep.
Helen.p- God helen that sounds awful. Things are always embarrasing when they have to do with that end but its best to get it all sorted and the Drs won't be embar cause they've seen hundreds of butts!
adele- I hope you are getting a nap in. Tell Simon to take the kids so you can.

well girls, i went and did some shopping with simon money lol while he took the kids and when i got home the house was finished and my lunch was made yay after lunch i went and had a lay down. feel heaps better for it now. :)
annat - hope you can both sort it out.

caddie - thats a smart move with putting the cheep decos on since millana was doing it. with the reindeer foor i also do a santa runway with her we get those candle that are in the glasses and line them up 3 each side and light them up while she is doing the food. after about 2hrs of her being in bed i go out and blow them out.

Shell - it took me 3 goes to get one of Vy's hand and her foot one looks retarted. I got a plaster cast of all 3 kids in the end. Have to email you what ive done with them.
Caddie - I bet Millana had a ball doing the tree. We've done the same, all cheap deco's so they dont get wreaked, bar the beautiful ones you sent me, which hang high, high up.
We wrapped pressy for other family members yesterday and we had to explain to Wilhelm that they weren't for him as this is the first year he's really twiged on to whats going on. He kept at us until we said, no not for Wilhelm, none there for Wilhelm, there for other people we love. Well smarty bum went to his room and got Elmo, sat in front of the tree with him and said ' Elmo wants his present please'. SOme times I really wonder if he is autistic. lol I wish.
Better check my vegies - early tea tonight.
