don't know what to tell you chrissy... i have no idea. hope that you get a definate answer soon though, for your own sanity... hugs to you.
caddie - would love to see you. anna and i are meeting at her place on tues 20th but that's at her place, so might be a bit far for you to travel. i'm pretty flexible really.... so let me know what suits you. we usually do swimming on a wed morning, but am happy to miss a week to see you! i don't like to make plans when DH is home from the mine though, so he gets home tmw and is home for a week, then gone for two. does that make sense???
nelle - yay on getting up early... i had a shocking night too, could not get to sleep.
merrie - good to hear from you. hope harriet enjoyed swimming... ainsleigh loves it. we are off to swimming this morning (once i get off the puter and get organised!)
right, best go and wash those bottles... left them soaking in the sink hoping they would wash themselves!!
Oh Chrissy, I don't know what to think. I always thought when you got a positive that its a definate positive but you can get false negatives. Like Jodi said, maybe get a blood test to make sure.
caddie- Yay on Ruby rolling!
merrie- Great to hear from you, glad to hear all is going well with you and Harriet. pop in more often.
Jodi- Its the opposite, she'll go to sleep okay at night but does wake 2-3 times in the 12 hours she's down for, more often its 3. But in the day I spend my time battling getting her to sleep then shes grizzly in the evenings cause she has hardly slept.
I did the dream feed at 10:30 but she still woke up at 11:45pm so as you said Jodi its more like a habit thing waking at that time cause I knew she couldn't be hungry having just eaten an hour earlier. I gave her comfort feed anyway cause too tired not too but may try sometime soon settling her without the breast at that time so she can get at least 4 hours from the dreamfeed. (more would be nice).
Jodi you could try it before 6 months if its not upsetting for her. I know I could settle Ash by cuddling her then rocking the cot for a bit its just that it takes longer than chucking her on the boob for a few mins. But other times I've done this she has woken half hour to an hour later still looking for boob so who knows, i might give it a go but i know I need to try and be consistent even if tired.
:hugs: Chrissy
forgot to mention no tmy month for a :bfp: the beats is here, off to see RE if I can get a appoint fo rthis month  he is still happy to give me clomid again
Caddie - You would be more than welcome to come up to my place to meet up on Tues the 20th if you wish! Be great to catch up. I know it is a huge drive for you tho.
bbl - on msn and can't keep up!
Oh Chrissy.. how annoying! Oh you poor pet.. hmm i know its hard but maybe you have to give it a day or 2 and test again?
Belle.. yeh that will be good for us too as i can feed Jess before we leave also.. so either time whichever is easiest. Did you want to do next Monday or the one after?
Caddie.. oh Jesse does that all the time in bed! Im glad he at least yells out, but wish he would remember how to roll back!
Merrie.. hi! Nice to see you!
Ok been playing that damn Second Life online game all morning that Caitlin mensioned in another thread.. starting to feel like DH with his Warcraft game! But gotta go do something away from the computer now i think!
shell - I'm the same, as much as I'd love to try and re-settle her without a feed, it's so much easier to just feed and go back to bed.
Although I was very proud of myself and when she woke at 5.30 this morning, i re-settled her without a feed and she went back to sleep!!!
It's just the other times she wakes that I'd love to do that. I think I'll have to do it when Heath's home the next day, in case I don't get much sleep.
chrissy - maybe do it first thing in the morning?
Ohh i forgot to tell you all.. i had the most bizarrest dream last night! This man had kidnapped this boy and we saw him strangle the boy to death and i was with my mum and dad and wanted to call 911 and tell them where he was and also give his number plate number to them but mum was telling me not to get involved or he'll come after me.. that went on for a while but hmm was quite spooky!
kel, that's a weird dream!
I had a disturbing dream on Saturday night and couldn't stop thinking about it all day Sunday.
oh Nessa, hun, big hugs for you. I had no idea. I don't really have any advice to give, but want you to know I'm here whenever you need someone to talk to. I'm always logged in but never far away from the computer. Do you think you've got the energy to get out of the house today and go for a walk in the park or something? How about getting hubby home to give you a bit of a break?
Owww Ness, hope you can get in touch with someone. Til then, what usually cheers you up? Can you and Adam go for a walk? Can you put on your favourite music? Go get a slurpee? (guaranteed awesome experience)
Hope your day gets better!
nessa- you know where i am if you want to come round i dont care if you feel or look like $hit look at me yesterday lol.
nelle - have you had a frozen coke at macca's yet simon had a frozen fanta looked nice lol.
Nessa.. BIG HUGS Sweety :hugs:
Jodi.. i know.. i have those type of morbid dreams every now and then, very creepy.
Oh those frozen cokes from Maccas are great! Our Maccas only has the cola and strawberry but theyre sooo gooooood.
Well Jess gulped down his Rice Cereal today!! Ate the whole lot! So Happy.
thanks girls for all your hugs, im a bit off the air at the moment i went to the gym to try and get my mind on other things, it sort of worked.....i am so tired at the moment..not sure if thats worry stress, or just pregnancy?
well my other tests came today, so i will do one first thing, and see th doc on wenesday as i was seeing him either for a preg test or contraception so hopefully by thursday i should know if i am pregant...so weird is there such a thing as a false positive?
thanks again girls:)
chrissy - I don't know if you can get a false positive. Hopefully the week won't drag out for you, having to wait till Thursday to find out for sure.
Whoever mentioned slurpees at maccas ... YUM!!!!!!!!!! I love them!
Chrissy hoping all goes well at the docs and its a positive for you.

My brother fell off his new motorcycle today poor bugga. He has torn his muscle in his ac joint in shoulder and abit of gravel rash to hands. The thing is he got the bike last week and not insured. He will be insured for his injuries through work.Im so glad thats all that happened. But i kinda feel sorry for his bike as it was so fab!!! He has been riding bikes along time too but silly boy locked the front brakes and over he went....If he had died i think it would just about break my parents hearts. And mine too.
Caddie - As a bike rider myself, send my regards to your brother... I know how much road rash hurts. Hope he recovers quickly and is back on the bike again soon.
Nessa - Sending hugs hon. We're all here for you if you want to talk or just vent.
Chrissy - Was nice chatting to you this morning. I hope the test you tried this morning was just a dud one (or not sensitive enough)... and that tomorrow brings more positive things for you.
Kell - Yucko dreamo. I get freaky ones too and I hate them.
caddie - that's awful about your brother. Glad he's ok though, bummer about the bike though! Heath had a major bike accident about 10 years but his injuries were pretty severe and has problem even today with them.
Caddie.. i hope youre brother is ok.. do you think this will stop him riding?
Well nothing new to report.. Nessa hope youre feeling a little better now chicken.
Having home made chuncky lamb potato pies for dinner.. aaghhhhllll so cant wait.
those pies sound yummo kell.
sorry to hear about your bro caddie. my good friend was in a motorbike accident at the end of last year. scary stuff, she is still recovering and she was wearing full protective gear.
nessa - hope you found someone to talk to and are feeling a bit better this afternoon.
chrissy - i did not think you could get a false +ve, but i could be wrong. good luck with testing tmw.
we've been swimming today and the princess has been asleep since we got back (three hours) so i better go and wake her if i expect her to sleep at all tonight!!!)

Later chickens

Hi all,
Went to visit a friend from work today who has a 12 day old little boy. Now were our bubs ever that small? I can't believe how tiny he is. Ashleigh looks huge next to him!
Then she fell asleep in the car on way home which was after 6 so her bedtime is gonna be out of whack and I know she won't settle well. She's already grizzling.
If labour memories weren't so vivid still I'd be wanting another after seeing little Liam, god he was so cute and tiny. They just grow so quick without even realising it!
My brother is a kung Fu Instructer.I think that because he is so fit and knows how to roll he didnt do much damage to himself.Lucky as he had only his instructer gear on and its only light weight silk!!! He remembers going over the bars and tumbling in the air and his bike doing the same.I hope its not a right off.He has got his arm in a sling to stabilise the pulled joint in shoulder.
Nessa,i hope all goes well at the drs.Having someone who is willing to listen and help is a godsend.
Maz,teacup came today whilst out.I went to aust post to get it but not their till tommorow so i was peeved. And then the little einstein dvd i got millana wont work!!!!! I got off ebay and only someone with multi region dvd can play it!! So double grrrr.
Belle!! Hello matey, you okay? From maz's post you are not okay? Hugs to you and julia.
Okay,off to bed.Imtired.
Hi guys, wow you ladies can talk. It's late so I dont have a lot of time for personals.
Chrissy-I hope you get some news either way real soon.
Caddie-wow your brother sounds lucky, I hope he gets better soon.
Neesa-HUge hugs, glad to hear that you have gotten into a dr, I hope it all goes well.
Anna-Way to go Xander, way to go whoo whoo. Yay on Xander rolling over.
Belle-I hope you are doing ok.
Eithan still isnt rolling or sitting up and he is practically the oldest in this thread, bar Xander. I take him to the physio tommorrow, hopefully she will be able to see some progress. I know that boys can lag a little, but I still worry. I know that nothing is wrong and he will get it eventually, but, oh I dont know. Do you know what I mean Anna**?
Oh well better go to bed.
Love
well no more babies for me.........
got af this morning , when i saw my temp dip i knew there was no way i was pregnant, so i am assuming it was a chemical preganancy, at least i know now.
I wish i never tested so bloody early as i would have been none the wiser, word of advice....dont test before af is due........oh well not to worry......now i can get on with losing my fat ars, in readiness for the bike.YEH!!
sorry im so self absorbed at the moment but these last couple of days have been so stressful, and its such a relief now, i will still get my bloods done at the docs tomorrow, so i know i was pregnant, as i really did feel like i was.................anyway best be off and tackle a new day
and i also got a bfp last night.......go figure???
belle and kell, anyday from wenes-sat is fine with me, just give me warning as im 2 hours from castle hill
chrissy
BELLE AND KELL sorry just read your posts so are you meeting up on monday?
thats ok, just let me know what monday......ok
Chrissy.. aw im sorry chick.. hmm very strange with the tests.. no idea why theyre so jumpy.
Helen.. aww try not to stress though i know thats easier said than done... as you know every bubs is difference.. for instance, Jess is a big porker compared to the others.. he doesnt look over weight but he's alot heavier than others.
Belle/Chrissy.. may have to make our meet up not next week the one after. Was suppose to go meet a friend today but Jess had a terrible night, just wouldnt sleep come 8pm.. didnt get him to bed until after midnight and he was up at 5am. So had to pospone my friend until next week so looks like im booked all next week.
Nessa.. how you feeling today chick? Did you get a bit more sleep last night?
Well gals im so buggered after last night with Jess. Have no idea why he wouldnt sleep. He just lay in my arms looking around as if he was wide awake.. didnt complain much, until i gave him to DH as he's use to me putting him to sleep. So gonna go get a coffee and some breaky and hopefully will be able to wake up a little more.
Just looked over and Jess is asleep.. he doesnt usually sleep until about 10.30am in the mornings.. poor lil guy must be as buggered as i feel!
Ciao ciao
xx
Caddie – hope that your brother recovers well and he is not in too much pain. Being nosy I checked out your scraps as well and they are great!
AnnaT - hello and I hope that Xander slept better for you last night . Little man should be wearing himself out with all the rolling!
Kell – hope you enjoyed your pies last night! Wish you could send some my way !
Nessa – hope that today brings you some sunshine, big hugs for you . I hope that your DRs appt this arvo brings you some relief
Rikki – its great that Ains loves swimming so much! It obviously exhausts her !
Belle – hello hope that princess Julia is giving you lots of smiles and all is ok.
Helen – hope all goes well with physio today
Chrissy – sorry mate, you had so many BFP tests, so a little angle us left us, big hugs to you.
Hi to everyone else.
Alexander has been rolling everywhere, little monkey and he puts his feet on the side of the cot and laughs and kicks it, its like he is rattling to cage trying to get out! Had a better night with him also. He is having farex thrice a day and started banana yesterday, he loved it, gagged a little but got it in the end! He also had a formula dream feed top up and 10pm and slept until 5.30am LONGEST EVER!!! Whoop hooo !!! Finally looked like he will be sleeping a bit better,
Olivia starts her new school today.. i hope that she enjoys it! i am so nervous for her.. she told me she wants to go back to her old school.. doesnt understand that thats in SYdney and we are on the gold coast!
HelenP - I know exactly what you mean about being a little worried. Try not too, as the physio exercises really helped Xander get strong enough to roll.
LittlePrincess- Woohoooooooo on the big sleep! Must've been the formula? IF Xander keeps continuing to wake at night I am considering trying a formula feed as his last feed. Does it seem to be affecting your supply?
Chrissy - Awwwwwwwwwwwww that really sucks. I was really hoping to wake up to some good news from you. It does sound like a chemical pregnancy to me. Damn. :hugs:
Maz - I've ridden both, but prefer the Jap race bikes. I hate boat anchors (ie Harleys and the like :p ) my last bike was a '01 Suzuki GSXR-750. Gawd I miss it sooooo much.
Shell - Lucky day seeing such a teeny bubba. It's amazing how fast they grow! Only five/six months ago ours were that tiny.
Rikki - Hope your little princess slept last night after such a long nap.
Jodi - How is El Nina? Has this latest growth spurt started yet?
Big hellos to everyone else!:D
ETA: Nessa - That's good that the doctor took you seriously, what did he put you on? Zoloft?
Morning all,
Nessa- Glad you had a good night, your doctor sounds quite supportive. I hope the meds kick in and you start feeling alot better soon.
little*princess- Alexander sounds like he's doing fantastically. Hope Olivia settles well into school. In a week or so she'll prolly forget all about her old school.
Kellxx- Hmmm Jesse sounds like hes a bit cheeky for his mummy. Its weird how he wouldn't sleep but not being upset. Must've just wanted his mummy. Try and rest while he sleeps today.
chrissy- Sorry to hear the news. I hope you start feeling better, get into the gym and get those endorphins pumping.
Helen.p- Try not to worry. I'm sure Eithan will roll in his own time. He just might not feel like it! Lol. Let us know what the physio says. As long as he is making progress thats the main thing.
We had the same old night. I just really want to get rid of the 11:30-12:00 feed. It drives me bonkers having to get up after being asleep only an hour or so. Got mother's group later this arvo. And matt's dad is going in at lunchtime to get his laproscopy so we'll know this arvo if the cancer has spread and if there is anything they can do for him.
Nessa- A chemical preg is a m/c that happens quite early and sometimes woman may not even know its happening cause it can be mistaken for a heavier period.
LP.. The pies were delish! If anyone wants the receipe let me know. Hmm maybe i could make up a whole batch and ship them across the country! Haha @ Alexander and his cage! Jess puts his feet on the side of his cot and uses it to swivel himself around in circles. I went in yesterday and he was asleep sideways with his legs sticking out the bars.. was so cute.
Nessa.. glad your trip to the doc went well.. hopefully things all pick up from now on.. and youre not a crap mum at all, EVER! Like i said yesterday, you have 2 gorgeous girls who always look to be having a ball in their photos, so you must be doing something right ;)
Shellbell.. hope everything goes well with the FIL, as well as it can anyways. With Ash, is she having any formula at all? Have you tried giving her that of a night to maybe help her last a little longer? Yeh dont know what was up with him.. was like he had a caffeine hit or something. Maybe yeh hes just at the clingy stage of teething but he didnt seem to have any discomfort, was just wide awake.. quite strange. Hope we dont repeat this episode tonight though. Am def gonna have to have a nap during his long day sleep today or when hubby gets home.
Is anyone doing anything for Valentines Day? Gonna have to run out this arvy and get Gray some chockies.. i buy him a box of Roses every year. Gotta think of an excuse to go to the shops when he gets home though.. maybe i need some more scrapbooking glue?
anna** - yep, I reckon the growth spurt has kicked in! She was a little rat-bag last night. Went to sleep no problems at 6, but then from 9.30 woke up unsettled, didn't get her back to sleep till 10.30, then woke at 12.30 & 3.30 for feeds. She's also screaming while still asleep, I think she's having nightmares. I'm so tired today Heath is staying home to help. Even though I only got up to her 3 times, every time she'd scream in her sleep I'd wake up and have to then get back to sleep. This happened about 5 times.
Also with giving formula at night, when I did it a couple of months ago it never affected my supply. Think of it like this: if he slept through the night you wouldn't be feeding, so your body thinks that's what's happening. The first couple of nights you will be full, but it'll get better.
nessa - congrats on taking that first step and getting medication. You'll be on the mend before you know it.
hi girls,
nessa - good on you for making the dr understand how you are feeling. hope the meds work for you.
kell - those pies sure sounded yumm... i've never attempted home made pies.
anna - no, she did not sleep well after her sleep grrrr. i finally got her down at nearly 10pm .... and she was awake at 6.15 this morning! She is lying playing with her toys at the moment.
helen - ainsleigh is not rolling yet either... and she was the first sept bub... so don't worry too much. i am going to physio today about her foot, so if i get any tips for encouraging rolling i'll let you know. problem is she is not motivated to try and get a toy... although she has tried to roll over to get to the dog before
shell - thinking of you and your family as FIL goes through these tests
LP - hope Olivia has a good first day at her new school. won't be long til she does not even remember the other school.
well girls, best dash. DH home today woohoo so best go and clean up a tad and make our bed at least. off to see a friend who is 8 months pg this morning, then physio for the princess.
have a good day everyone
rikki- Enjoy your time with DH, I don't know how you do it all those times alone. Do you think Dh will change jobs and do something so he can stay at home? It's nice that you'll get to spend V.day together.
Jodi- Thats odd bout the screaming. You prolly wake with such a fright! I always wonder what babies have nightmares about? Maybe its a nightmare of a booby with no milk!
Kellxx- Hopefully jesse won't have a repeat tonight. Been trying Ash with formula in the evenings but cause she still hasn't quite got hang of drinking from a bottle or cup I don't get much into her, prolly only get in 20mls, thats an improvement from the nothing we used to get in.
I am having such a slack day, just been sitting on this computer, can't be bothered doing any housework, just trying to ignore the mess.
OH no Rikki... cheeky little bubba staying up late and then waking early! Hope the physio goes well today.
Nessa - I haven't heard of that one, but I do agree with the Dr that it was very irresponsible for the other Doc to dismiss you like that. A chem pregnancy is when the sperm and egg meet and start to divide etc; but never implant into the uterine wall.
Jodi - I might see how Xander goes these next few nights and if I'm getting too run down I might start doing a formula top up at night. I hope you manage to get some rest with Heath being home today - I know I felt a million bucks after Scott did that last week for me.
Kellxx - I'd forgotten about V day too... I'll do my man a roast, that'll make him happy.
Shell - Have you thought about making Ash's bedtime earlier? I really wish I knew of something to suggest that might help you get some sleep!
I'm of to get my little monkey weighed this morning - I still don't think he has hit 8kgs yet and I though he would've been there weeks ago! It's like he has just decided he has had enough of growing and really slowed down.
Hello...good thanks...
Hi Maz!
Anna - I have to thank you for that soaker pattern you emailed me ages ago. Started it last night and it looks yummy. Cant wait to see how much weight Xander has put on. AND im glad to hear your feeling better.
Nesse - thank god you got a second opinion. OH Big W have baby sleeping bags on slae, their the bonds brand ones.
Rikki - have a wonderful time with DH home. OH your going to have the best Valentines day.
Jodie - we've hit a growth as well. Vy woke twice last night but I made Jed get up to her. heheheh
Chrissy - I hope that your bleed is just ant implantation bleed. Big skloppy hugs for ya honey.
Shell - hope your better today matie.
Hello everyone else, sorry for being a slack tart but Vy's down and the boys are at school. Have to do the house work and feel like doing it like a hole in the head.
BBL
