hi just quick hi from me this morning... Alexander threw up at the creche at the gym this morning.. poor little man... have given him a pedyltie bottle and just rocked him to sleep.. I am going to go and sterilse milton his toys and put them out in the sun...Olivia is eating a healty lunch of potato chips and easter eggs on the lounge as she watches a DVD...

I am here girls, just not doing so well at the moment. My psycologist forgot to tell me that my exposure to my fears this week would result in me getting worse for a while before getting much better. I called her in despair this morning asking what was going on...so please think of me girls, I just want to get better. I enjoy reading how you all are and will post when I feel a little better.

Maz, I'm another one who's having a good chuckle at the baby travel stories! River rocks back and forth wiggling his butt, but hasn't quite got the whole idea of 'one leg at a time'. So he more like commando crawls, pulling himself with his arms, while yelling at the toy he's headed for, yelling when he can't quite reach it, and then yelling when he decides it's time to move on to the next toy.
No-one believes me when I say how noisy he is at home! :p He's so quiet when we're out, but man alive he can make a racket and a half!
belle - hugs to you sweetie. I would have stayed online yesterday if I had known. Next time I see you online I'll stay and chat. Like nelle said, you are doing great and we're all hear for support. I hope Julia is behaving herself for you, which I bet she is, she's such a good little girl.
well Nina is just a loud baby I think. Doesn't matter where she is, or who she's with, she'll squeal with excitement. When I go shopping and she spots herself in a mirror, she squeals the shop down, it's so hillarious.
annie - I hope Alexander gets better soon. I never thought of sterlizing nina's toys after she's been sick, must do that this weekend.

thanks for your thoughts and prayers girls, and for keeping everyone updated anna. we are home safe and sound... she still sounds like she has a freight train in her chest but is well on the mend (before she sounded like she had two trains in there, and they were going uphill!!!). i just lay her down on my bed and she has snuggled straight in and gone to sleep... which is where i should be too.

I cant get her to shut up in it, and its at the top of her lungs to. Maybe she's heard me going off at other drivers to much and things its the norm.

thanks girls... after a four hour nap this afternoon (i managed to get in two hours myself) i thought i'd have a hard time getting her down tonight... but straight to sleep. think she's happy to be home :D i'm so lucky to have so much support while sam is away. my neighbour cooked me dinner tonight, and loaned me a steam humidifier for her room.... and my online friends have been wonderful too! :) will try and get on tmw and won't be so much about me!

Shell – I buy the food and nappies from Aldi as well. (Well at least until I go Cloth 100%) I find that our Aldi has little choice as well, maybe only 4 choices in the jars and tins... I always grab the oatmeal and muesli jars (Alexander loves them... and I can’t be bothered making that stuff myself!!)
Jodi – YEAh for Nina crawling! It’s such an exciting time watching them go from being so frustrated to actually getting around... hope that you enjoy your quiet night while Nina is asleep!

Jacks eyes are perfect he could see what CHN and dr meant but beleives after doing further test is due to shape of eyes and still having that flat baby nose bridge, if I am still concerned at 12 mths to come on in he is happy to see me, also Jack has no signs of being far sighted his optical nerves and retinas are nice and healthy:dance:
and I back to bed, OMG Jase and I ares so silly we gothome from darts at 11.40pm very late night, Jack was in a great mood and wanted to play *LOL* anyway at 12.30am I offered him a bottle and he went to sleep, so we went to bed well at 2.30am TMI we *DTD* and OMG we are both so tired, Jase has taken a sickie, I'm only up cause had to pee LOL, Jack is still out to it I hope for a bit longer anyway ya all needed to know that hey LOL
also I finally did it got hair cut, she wouldn't cut it short she took about 4 inches off, just sits below shoulders and she put a littlelayer thru it, and all I need to do is scrunch with a bit of product and it looks like I have had a spiral perm thru it 6 months ago, so pretty I actually wore it out last night something I never do is alwasy pulled back in a bun, funny thing when I got home from hairdressers jack was in his bounce bounce and jase was in shower jack gave me 3 weird looks before he would acknowledge it was me LOL

Hiya belle!! remember 2 steps forward,one step back but eventually you will win this battle.My friend had heaps of personal issues from the past and when she had her first was very similar to you.She also had a problem in that she thought she was dying and anything she found wrong with herslef shed be off to the drs.And that was hard as she dont drive! Anyway,with meds and therepy she improved and with her 2nd bub she didnt get the postnatal and other issues.So im sure you will get well and thinking of you.
MMM,well really bored.Might take the girls to the shops but we will see.Yesterday was funstation and had a really good time.Millana was jumping ton the jumpy castle and dancing to "ice,ice baby" at the same time.It was really funny.

OMG caddie, how can you be bored at 7am! I am still so tired... Ainsleigh is still asleep (thank goodness, she was exhausted and woke up for three hours between 8 - 11 last night, most unlike her) I think the humidifier might have helped, as she does not sound as wheezy this morning.

Hmm I think a tooth is trying to get thru here. Poor Ashleigh was just beside herself this morn. I put her down for her nap she started crying then screaming and nothing helped, gave her bonjella, panadol, she even refused booby which she never does unless there is a prob, finally she fell asleep in my arms from exhaustion.
We been out to DFO to buy Df birthday presents, new runners, jeans and trakky pants. I tell you he is like a chick he tried on all these different ones and I had to see how they looked etc but I know if it was other way around he'd be telling me to get the first thing I try on!
Kell- i cut my hair short too couple months back, I always had long hair but so much easier with a baby to get shorter (esp when they're pulling it).

Have to say Ashleigh is doing well with her solids today, she still having only 2.5 tablespoons (don't know if that amount is normal or smaller than others) but she is spreading her BF's out longer to 3.5 hours! Thats great for her, most days its 2.5-3 hourly.

Well I have some fantastic news ... I have FINALLY lost some weight, and can fit into my favourite jeans! I haven't been able to fit into them for 2 years now, so very proud of myself.

shell - ainsleigh is doing much better thanks. still wheezing, but has had another big sleep today. she is eating about a cup of food a meal now, which combined with being sick is leading to a big afternoon nap. i just did a big cook up of anna's lentil recipe and polenta fingers (i had to ring anna from woolies to find the polenta, she could not help so went to the help desk... it's in the health food aisle if anyone else is looking!!!)
jodi - yay on fitting in to your favourite jeans. hmmm, i should be on the treadmill, but i have a ripper headache. guess the stress of the last few days is catching up with me.

firstly little miss savanna has decided that the remotes are so much more interesting than her own toys i find them scattered around everywhere. she holds onto the furniture and pulls herself up. i have even seen her take a step or two standing up. too clever!!
i got introuble from hubby when he saw the vid and pics of savanna ripping the news paper apart. "why did you let her play with the newspaper...she could cut herself...the ink is poisonous..blah blah blah" OOPS MY BAD but it was too cute to take it off her :)
daddy is so protective of his little princess.
i had some trouble puttting her to bed tonight. normally i wrap her put her dummy in her mouth. put her musical mobile on, kiss her goodnight and walk out the room and she is asleep within 5 mins. but tonight she was trying to fall asleep but would wake up every couple seconds screaming and crying. this went on for over an hour and i had to keep going in to tap her and eventually she must have tired herself out. i even got a bottle ready to feed her but went back in and she was too sleepy to wake up. poor darling, i wonder what was bothering her :cry:

chrissy- i dont use contraception.. i really cant be bothered at all. we just use the withdraw method haha it worked for us for years before we had savanna .. i guess hubby times it really well lolllll funny that the first time we try we actually fall pregnant.
my cousin and his wife are really strong catholics and do not believe in contraception which would explain why she is already two months pregnant (her bub is only 7 months old) heheh
well hubbys is really hoping that we start trying soon. remember i said that he put a reminder in his phone for when i said we would start.. well that day is coming up very soon.. im getting so nervous cause while i miss being pregnant and want to have another baby, im also so scared about how im going to manage and how much of my life is going to change. two kids under two is going to be hectic im sure!! hehe

When Riv's unsettled/overtired, I wrap him, not his arms, but the rest of him just to give him that extra snug and secure feel. Seems to work.
Oh yeah, Ambz, could it have been Savanna's teeth that were bothering her and that's why she didn't settle? Perhaps next time try some Bonjela or something and see if that doesn't settle her more quickly.
Helen, did you lanolise your wool cover yet, or did it come lanolised? Where did you get it from?
Riv's still got a gap in the top of his head, that's how I can tell if he's ever dehydrated.
Polenta is a grain, kinda like fine rice, cooks a similar way. Really nice, but I haven't been able to cook it to save myself. Next time I might read the instructions.

well as for the contraception thing girls..........that was my first contraceptive since i was 18years old and im just about to turn 38..............F&*K.......no wonder i have ended up with 6 kids, 7 m/c........but hey nelle...not buying a shoe anytime soon. that was 20years....mmm......but 5 of those i had my tubes clamped...........so thats 15 years, so i will take caity out of the picture and my recent m/c,
11 pregnancys in 15 years.........so thats averaging out at around a preganncy every 15 months.........**** thats pretty scarey isnt it.

DH wants more now too but ive said i want to wait at least until the end of the year to start trying but even then im wondering how ill go with 2 kids.
