Rach.. Jesse is the same as Jack.. at home he biatches and squeels and whines, when we're out he hardly makes a sound! I hope Jack goes well with his eye appointment today.

Nessa.. whats the vicks vapour plug? do you hang it in the room or something? Thats really good she's clearing up! I think i got into the Bon Jovi thing from my sister when i was young. I told Grahame the action figures were coming out and he said, youre going to get them arent you, i said yep, he said youre a dork!

No real news here.. does anyone know how to get rid of a slobber rash? Jess has one on his chin which has been there for about a week.. and dont think its going anywhere soon.

Just an update from Rikki.. Ainsleigh has been off the oxygen overnight and her blood levels are still good... so hopefully she gets to come home today!

Anna can you send me polenta recipe? I have polenta but only used it once! You look good evn though you may feel crapola!!I dig your hair! So groovy.

Xander LOVES these, so thought I’d share…Polenta Fingers

1 Cup of Milk (Formula, Breast Milk or Full Cream Cow’s Milk if up to that)
1/3 Cup Polenta
¼ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch Cinnamon

Heat milk and vanilla in small saucepan till nearly boiling, reduce heat and slowly add polenta whilst stirring. Continue stirring until thickened… once like mashed spud, remove from heat. Press mixture firmly into a small container, sprinkle with cinnamon and put in fridge. Once cold and set, cut into fingers.

Easy peasy. I guess you could always add softened (slightly reconstituted) dried apricots, apples or sultanas as well for something different.

Went to Aldi yesterday stocked up on cheap nappies and some baby food, only dissapointment, not much variety, is that like at your Aldi Kell?

Rikki- Glad to hear Ainsleigh is on the mend, hopefully she'll be discharged today, how scary.

Sharleen- Ooh I love the Pumpkin Patch online store, much cheaper stuff then in shops, I'm an addict. And you'd better be careful, you might end up with #4!

I think Ash has another toothy coming thru, very upset this morn and I'm sure I can see it trying to break thru.

Off to my aunt's today for lunch, mum and my sister and nephew coming too. Gotta go get them from station in a tick then drive them there, pity I only just got Ash to sleep 25mins ago!

Caddie.. oh i knowhe is rather on the cubby side lately. Thyer releasing another album in June or something i hears... think they just wanna get like Kiss and have the dolls..

Shell.. yeh the Aldi i went to was only a small one so i thought it was only their range.. im yet to go to my local.. but they only had custards and fruit Jellies. Which i got a few of each as Jesse has both but yeh im hoping my local, which is a big store has a bit more in the way of dinners.

Just a quick one from me ... guess who is starting to crawl :dance: so far she has found the verticle blinds in the lounge and attacked them and also found Heath's electric guitar in the lounge room, which is a big no-no! She worked out how to open the tv cabinet last night, and everytime she did it she'd giggle. Very cute.

kel - I have a eucalyptus vapour plug which you plug into the room. You buy separate cartridges which you need to replace. Only costs a couple of $$ and works a treat.

hi just quick hi from me this morning... Alexander threw up at the creche at the gym this morning.. poor little man... have given him a pedyltie bottle and just rocked him to sleep.. I am going to go and sterilse milton his toys and put them out in the sun...Olivia is eating a healty lunch of potato chips and easter eggs on the lounge as she watches a DVD...

Hope Ains is feeling better....

ewww Maz - re the cat food... did Vy eat it?

I am here girls, just not doing so well at the moment. My psycologist forgot to tell me that my exposure to my fears this week would result in me getting worse for a while before getting much better. I called her in despair this morning asking what was going on...so please think of me girls, I just want to get better. I enjoy reading how you all are and will post when I feel a little better.

Maz, I'm another one who's having a good chuckle at the baby travel stories! River rocks back and forth wiggling his butt, but hasn't quite got the whole idea of 'one leg at a time'. So he more like commando crawls, pulling himself with his arms, while yelling at the toy he's headed for, yelling when he can't quite reach it, and then yelling when he decides it's time to move on to the next toy.
No-one believes me when I say how noisy he is at home! :p He's so quiet when we're out, but man alive he can make a racket and a half!

belle - hugs to you sweetie. I would have stayed online yesterday if I had known. Next time I see you online I'll stay and chat. Like nelle said, you are doing great and we're all hear for support. I hope Julia is behaving herself for you, which I bet she is, she's such a good little girl.

well Nina is just a loud baby I think. Doesn't matter where she is, or who she's with, she'll squeal with excitement. When I go shopping and she spots herself in a mirror, she squeals the shop down, it's so hillarious.

annie - I hope Alexander gets better soon. I never thought of sterlizing nina's toys after she's been sick, must do that this weekend.

ambz - savanna's a clever little chicken isn't she!

maz - did vy get to taste the cat food? oh I hope Nina doesn't get into the dog biscuits ... eeeewwwwww !!

thanks for your thoughts and prayers girls, and for keeping everyone updated anna. we are home safe and sound... she still sounds like she has a freight train in her chest but is well on the mend (before she sounded like she had two trains in there, and they were going uphill!!!). i just lay her down on my bed and she has snuggled straight in and gone to sleep... which is where i should be too.

Jodie - oh how cute that NIna gets excited at her self...cant tell she's a girl. HAHAHAHA. Vy just smiles at everyone and gets that excited when someone talks to her that it looks like she's gonna launch out of the trolley. She LOVES the car. I cant get her to shut up in it, and its at the top of her lungs to. Maybe she's heard me going off at other drivers to much and things its the norm.
Rikki - im so glad you guys are alright. Hope your having some mummy and daughter time cuddling together for a sleep.
