well Jack woke at 8.15pm change and feed, then he has played rolled crawled basically run a muck but then did a smelly #2 *phew* not what I want to be changing at 10pm anyway another feed done, now to convince him its bed time, gotta fix bottles then might take him to bed with me and watch desperate housewives, he might go to sleep
