Dunno what else to suggest Rach - stopping Xander from sleeping after 4pm was our biggest 'thing' when getting him to go to sleep at a reasonable hour. It did take quite a bit of work at first (and putting up with a grumpy tired baby).

Maz - Thanks for asking about my beautiful puss-tah. He is ok now, still a bit sooky when he tries to eat, but otherwise fine. Hopefully the spotting is just your little bubba burying in nice and deep for a 9 month stay. It hasn't gotten any darker has it?
