FIL's report said that the cancer had increased. There is a new really good type of treatment on the market, but if youre a long term smoker you cant have it, he hasnt smoked in over 20 years but theyre sending him for tests to see if he is able to use that treatment. So i guess thats the next step.. but at least there is one! Thanks for your support guys.

Shell.. hun i understand where youre coming from.. it would be scarey going back to work as now you have another little one to think of. Ive worked in childcare before and it does effect some it doesnt others but they do get use to it. Have you tried leaving her with someone other than you or DH? like the IL's or your parents? Just so she'll get use to not being with you or your DH? But just do whatever makes you feel more comfortable.
