Meg - sorry to hear you have to stay on the meds. I have post natal depression/anxiety too. What meds are you taking? always here if you want to talk. I dont usually post much though when i am having bad days.

Helen - im ok honey had some bad days comign out of them at the moment. Hows Eithan today?

Girls I had my review at my GP yesterday too and it was good, they did a test to see how my depression is going and when I first had to take meds I was 24 points and now im down to 17.. still anxious though.. cant drive at the moment.
