Whereabouts in Melb are you Meg, I've forgotten, but it's FRIZZIN here too, it's still all foggy outside, I shudder to think what the temp was when Rans headed out the door just before 6:30. He bumped the heater up for me a bit though, and that made a difference, took the edge off the chill. A bit.

Caddie, when do you see the specialist? Is there a waiting list?

Big congrats to all those who got big sleeps last night! Hurrah! Riv's been waking up at 4am for a feed and then waking next around 10am...so I'm scared to try and cut out his 4am feed cos I reeeallllly like the sleep-in. I'm such a night owl...

Mmm Kell, a coffee is a GOOD idea. I *think* we have milk...

Any updates from Chrissy? How's it all going there?

Shell, how is the house looking going? We've just revamped our budget so that we can regularly put money into house savings...I didn't realise how poor we are! It's a bit depressing. Although we're paying off my car, so when that's done it'll be better.

How's Ainsleigh doing Rikki? Clearing up at all?

What's the weather like there Laurin? Are you in summer now? *scowls jealously*

How's the store going Maz? Are you getting to slow down a bit now?

Annie, I'm really wanting to hear about your trip...keep in mind I've been accused of ADD though...how about the highlights?

How's it going Anna? Have you been cakemaking? Or too busy bike riding?

Hey Annat, how's that belly coming along? Feeling better lately?

How's the weather there now Belle? And how are you?

Rach, do you go to Agnes so often cos you're building there? (a little slow on the uptake here at times) How do you manage to get up there so often, is Jase's work flexible?

Pop in soon Sharleen, and you too Jodi! Surely between the two of your kiddos, and one of them being El Nina, they could send some warmth down here. Bet it's warm in Queensland.

I would personal to Helen, but I'm going to assume, since Tasmania is colder than Vic, that Helen is somewhere in a block of ice, and will unfreeze in the summer, or maybe the year 2784. Helen, if you can somehow read this, we'll miss you. You were a great chick.

Right, well if I've forgotten anyone, it's Ness's fault. You know, I used to have a knitted doll called Anika. My nan knitted her for me. I think.

    Happy 10 months Alexander!!!
    Worth trying the extra blanket!

Nelle I am from the Western suburbs (altona) But I grew up in the East (Mitcham) Spoke to mum the morning who said Mitcham was equally as cold as here. Still foggy, at the moment

    Morning all,
Ash is in bed whinging away again, has been for half hour now, go to sleep!!! She wasn't a happy bubba last night, don't know why, I always think teeth but who knows, the top 2 just broke thru in last 2 weeks so I thought there'd be a break from teeth.

Nelle- Great post there, I'm getting impressed with these massive posts. We still on the look out for house, we have found another one we like in Moorabbin, auction not til end of the month, we did put in an early offer but they want to wait and see how much interest there is first. Its a bad time to buy right now, house prices are booming, going way over expectations. We should've bought couple years ago.

Anna**- 10 months already, god, cause Xander the oldest every time he is a month older I am in shock how fast the time is going. How many hours does Xander go between wakings now? Ash has an avaerage of about 6 hours now thank god. One night she did 10 straight and I nearly died of shock but hasn't done it again.

Annie- Sounds like those improvements are working, hope he continues giving you good nights sleep.

Chrissy- Any more news on Craig?

And how are all the preggy girls going? All getting bigger? How the m/s?

I am so sick of this cold and Df forgot to put heater on when he left for work this morn so took ages to warm lounge. I just had the hottest of hot showers, my skin bright red.

A shower! That's a great idea! It sounds like Riv's in the bathroom anyway, probably drinking shampoo or something (joking, there'd be silence if he was, I'm comfortable not checking on him cos I can hear yelling and banging). But a shower is pure genius in this weather!

HAPPY MONTH BIRTHDAYS TO XANDER AND JULIA!
Wow time is going quickly, first birthdays are creeping up way to fast!

Im doing ok, m/s is still lurking but Im getting better slowly. The belly is popping out rapidly, Im wearing maternity clothes today (stretch pants and mat. top) and you can still see the belly. Ry thinks its cool and has taken to patting or kissing it goodnight.

Long time in the making but WE FINALLY BOUGHT A NEW CAR! Yes thats right I finally got Ry to agree. I was a good girl - I researched what we wanted, price, finance (so we dont end up worse off) and I found a car that fitted everything we were looking for. We're trading in the Focus so its lowered the amount we will be in debt for. We bought a Ford Falcon BA Futura in a mint green colour, 2003 model (same as Focus so we arent going backwards), fully option with 80000k's on the clock. Its a dream to drive and we got it for a steal at $14990! They gave us $10000 trade in on the focus so we will still only be in debt for 10k which will be paid off in 3 years. I cant wait to get it, its so much more roomier than the Focus, no more cramming in the boot and backseat for us! We pick it up next week sometime. I cant wait to drive it

13 days til the inlaws come to and Jett's baptism. Im so excited, I will be happy to show off Jett to them seeing as they havent seen him since he was 4wks old. Time is going to fly by though which makes me sad but they are going to try and come back after baby #2 is born for a week or two.

Jett had a good night sleep wise too! Ive taken to putting him in a grobag with two blankets on top and putting farex in his formula (which Ive also upped from 200ml to 240ml). He slept 8:30-11pm when I gave him a bottle and then not a peep out of him til 8:30am (even though it stormed here last night and the winds were hurricane strength). I woke up though at 4am because of the winds and then needed to pee

ETA - I am going to call the daycare on Tuesday and see if I can go in and check it out before I decide. If I like it then he'll go from the week after (or after the inlaws leave maybe).

Ambz- No idea how to stop wrapping as Ash has always hated it but with my nephew my sister just wrapped him til he decided himself he didn't want it anymore, that was at about 11 months. So I was just thinking do you have to stop wrapping or would you feel comfortable waiting til she is ready?
