Congrats to the walkers!! James still isn't crawling, although he is up on all fours and rocking.
Chrissy - sometimes it is more about what you lose out of the car. You almost think, take the car, as long as I have my stuff.
Shell - bad luck on the house.
Nelle - I love Warrandyte. Lost of girls from the school I went to were from around there, so I know it quite well. It is cold there though.
Kell - james isnt that keen on tissues of hanky's going near his nose, but he doesnt mind the sucker, so go figure!!!
Not much happening here tonight. James was awake so many times last night that I am exhausted. A nice hot bath is in order once he is down for the night.
Tim went out on a boozer last night, and spent most of the day in bed. He promised me that he wouldnt drink much and would catch the last train home. he rocked in the door at 4:30am reeking of alcohol, and making a heap of noise.
Then this afternoon he has the ordasity to hint that he wants some tonight!!!
-
god you lot can talk  I can just imagine if we were all in a room together :cryinglaugh:
happy belated 9 months Annika :)
we've had a good day went shopping in Bilo (64kms) and spent all day there we bought Jack one of those pop up tents that comes with 100 balls marked down from $60 to $30 so bargain, and my he loves it, spent 1/2 hour when we first put it up and keeps going back in, he just collapsed it though:cryinglaugh:tried to crawl out the solid wall now just to keep track of the balls
anyway better finish the dishes we had yummy roast chicken and all the trimmings *mmmmmmmmmmmmm* yumbo gumbo!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Meg.. hope you enjoyed your bath.. i just had one myself!!! was lovely!
Jess's nose is running like a tap! Gave him a bath with a drop of eucalyptus oil and then Vics baby Balsum on his chest, and Panadol in his gob. Took him a while but hes asleep now. I have a feeling im in for a hell of a night though. Poor baby. Might get an early one actually as im still buggered from last night!
-
Kellxx - Awwww I really hope you don't have too much of a rough night tonight. It's so hard when they have colds... which seems to look like it's gonna be most of winter! Have a glass of wine, snuggle up and have an early night; or at least curl up on the couch and watch dvd's and relax.
Shell - You're just gonna have to shift over to Perth. The houses are ridiculously overpriced, but at least they sell usually for less than the advertised price. The cheapest you can buy over here is about $350k these days which is insane. We got super lucky and our house has doubled in value to what we paid for it two years ago. You are so lucky re your handbag!!!!
Maz - Thanks for the congrats re my weight, I'm just about at my pre-preg skinniness now so really happy. I'm starting to seriously consider clomid even tho I said I wouldn't take it again... just wanna be pg again. Not sure what Scott would think about that (the clomid) tho!
Chrissy - I didn't realise you had a tarago... seriously, who steals one of those? They are family people movers, hardly the typical car thief hoon mobile! B*STARDS!
Are people buying for the KK already? Gee, I better get my butt into gear.
-
Hey Girls
Hello to all the sniffly bubs - those colds are sure doing the rounds!!!
Nessa - bummer about your night out, what did you end up doing???
Shell - househunting is bl**dy hard work and then when you go to the auctions and something like that happens it is really disheartening - your dream house is out there!!
Hi to everyone else....
Well, last night Rylee only woke twice - this is a record for her, it is the best nights sleep she has had in 4 months so I feel great this morning and I notice she is as happy as larry too. We put an oil heater in her room and it seems to have made all the difference just having the temperature a couple of degrees warmer. Went out this morning for brunch with friends of ours who also have a bub - was nice, a bit hectic though. So will just relax this arvo.

What do you mean Ness? Stalked? We're like celebrities in here! :p
Hugs to those with sick babies, River ended up crying himself to sleep, there really was not much I could do for him, I was in the middle of cleaning out his humidifier (I'd stopped using it cos it was dirty) when he cried again and I didn't want to leave it cos I knew it'd help him - he was asleep by the time I snuck it into his room with some eucalyptus and switched it on. Hopefully it'll help him breathe tonight. He's been dripping like a tap today. Hopefully he'll be a little healthier tomorrow at the wedding.
Laurin - congrats on Rylee's sleep! That must feel good for you.
Anna, if the clomid works quickly, it might be worth it? Can you take breaks if you become too feral?
Got the wedding present today, they had a first aid kit on their registry, so I got a small regular one, and added a few extras like strepsils, chocolate body paint and pregnancy tests. :p
-
Nelle - I'm more worried about the risk of twins with Clomid!
-
well morning girls .......i hope july brings me good news like winning lotto, i dont usely buy tickets, but with our run of bad luck, well i just had too.
i would be flying out to queensland tomorrow, if i was going :(
yesterday two of craigs work mates came around.....
#1, he has been our mate for a while, and his family live around near us, when he heard of our plite, he got all the people at craigs work to put money in a hat, and he brought us $540.00 in cash........WOW IT MADE OUR DAY.
#2, mate came not long after, also works with craig, and alot older, he sees craig as his son, upon leaving he handed craig an envelope, full of cash, craig tryed to give it back, but he wouldnt have it, anyway craig gets inside, and there is $1000, OH MY FU**IN GOD......we are speechless.
Then the phone rings and its crigs father, who tells us he will be buying us a new car........and a later model than what we had.....PRAISE THE LORD.
SOMEONE WAS OBVIOUSLY LOOKING DOWN ON US......now what is today going to bring?
sorry to be so self absorbed, but to much sh** has been going on.
have a lovely sunday girls:)
-
Thats really lovely chrissy that people are so kind.I hope july is a turning point for you.
Ness what do you mean? Did someone text you to go home?
No food for me at all today.Clear fluids only.Im sraving already. Im going to make some broth but im just boiling chicken, onion, and herbs then take the juice.Boohoo.
Im sure i will be back on as i need something to keep my mind off food.
-
Jesse slept through the night until 8am!!!!! OMG! I was shocked!! Hes Mr Booger Burger again this morning.. but wow. He mustve needed the sleep. I wonder if the Vicks or the added singlet helped. Very pleased though, for both of us!
Anna**.. id be scared of twins too i think, but youre a super mum i reckon if thats the way it happened then youd do a great job.
Nessa.. ok i confess.. im the Summerbay stalker.. lol no im not really.. though i wish i was.. Whos stalking you??????
Nelle.. i hope it did help River breathe a bit better. I saw an ad on tv for those like amupur things but for kids with colds, they have like eucalyptus and something else in them, and theyre like a steam thing too you just plug it into the power point. Im thinking of looking for one next time im out... see how it goes.
Laurin.. i hope Rylee slept just as well, if not better, last night too!
Chrissy.. oh that is wonderful. Some people are definitely godsends! That is just great.
Caddie.. do you have your tests tomorrow? Oh no food.. oh poor you. Can you have things like barley sugars? Keep your energy up?
Well.. its freeeeezing as per usual in old sydney town. Best get the booger boy his breaky.
-
Ness - no good on the stalker.
Kell - Yay! James is still really bad. I could hear him coughing all night, although he wan't upset by it until 6am. Gave him a quick feed at 6am, and put him back in his cot, and he stayed down till 7:45 so considering he isn't well, thats good.
Chrissy- It just proves that there are people around you who truly care.
Caddie- good luck on the clear liquids. Maybe you should try and go out (maybe retail therapy??) to keep your mind off food. Funny just because you can't have something, it always seems to be more of a temptation!!!!
Nell - hope River is good at the wedding. Good prez. I love the idea of adding preg test!
Laurin - good news with Rylee's sleep. Maybe it is a turning point!! :crossfingers:
Rach - I have been thinking about getting James one of those ball thingy's.
Hi to everyone else. Hope you all have a nice WARM day today!!
I got to have a nice sleep in this morning. After I fed James at 7:45 Tim got up with him, and I stayed in bed. Didnt get up till 10am. God I needed it though.
-
anna re clomid does your RE do cd12 scans mine does so if too many follicles he says no sex for you this month but I never had more than one so was lucky
-
Luckily I haven't really told ppl I come on here that way they can't stalk me.
Chrissy- That story brought tears to my eyes. I love to hear things like that. We hear all these bad things in news and everything so its nice to see that there are still great ppl out there that care and are there when the going gets tough.
Caddie- When do you have the procedure? When do you get to start on that yummy drink?
Anna**- we should move over to WA, from what I've heard from ppl its a very nice place to live. I've never been there, might have to holiday over sometime.
And how are all the sick bubs going? I reakon we will be passing on these colds to each other!
I am bit ****ed off. Firstly Df went out couple hours yesterday in day but promised he'd be home reasonable time cause Sat meant to be family day. So he doesn't get home til half hour before I have to go to my trivia night. I've dealt with Ash grizzling cause she didn't want to sleep. Trying to cook and feed her then I had to rush and eat myself and get ready to go out.
Then I get home, he is ****ed and his friend is over with all her kids. So the lounge is practically trashed, took me 20mins to clean it this morning, couldn't get Ash up til it was done. Was meant to be my morning to sleep in cause I had a night out and of course I had to get up.
So angry in the whole 9.5 months this was like the 3rd evening I have been out baby free, he goes out every week and this one night he couldn't even do the right thing by me. God the language that came out of my mouth last night.
-
Oh Shell.. i woulda been really ****ed off too!!! Men just dont think do they! I hope when he gets up today, if hes not already, he takes Ash for you so you can relax some, have a warm bath even. Stupid MEN!
Meg.. oh poor little James. Im glad Jess hasnt got the cough yet.. it must be aweful for the poor pet. Thats good he went back to sleep.. as much sleep as he can get will do him good. Lucky you for the sleep in!!
I didnt get my sleep in today.. though Jesse didnt wake until 8am so i guess im still happy with that. DH was zonked when i heard Jess at 8, so i just got up. Tiredness is starting to kick in now though.. think i need a coffee! Oh im so addicted to coffee atm! Its gonna be terrible when i fall pregnant again!!! Will have to go decaff!
-
good afternoon ladies!!!
hoping you are all well as with your beautiful children!
sorry i have not been on as much anymore. just trying to rest and get through the nausea each day. im at work at the moment.
my poor sis in law :(
the other week her dumb as dog sh*t sis-inlaw went over to her house. her son was covered in a rash and she just said it was something he ate that made him break out.
the rash was turning into blisters aswell. now i dont know about others but for me if my child is not well or has a suspicious rash i certainly would not be taking her out or anywhere near other children. my sis in law has a five year old and a 13 month old.
anyway this happened last sunday. come wednesday and her 13month old has broken out in the same rash. she called her sis in law and asked her what the hell it is to which her sisterinlaw says oh the doctor said its hand - foot and - mouth - disease!!
what??????????????????????? and she failed to notify her????? i was so mortified when she told me. how can someone be so f*kn dumb and irressponsible to not notify other people whos children then have exposed it to???? so now my poor nephew who has just gotten over chicken pox has now got to deal with hand foot and mouth disease. and now to make it even worse my sis in law has also contracted it too. the worst part about it is that her five year old has a kidney problem and has an operation booked in for this week and if he contracts it he wont be able to have the operation. i just dont understand how some people can be so plain stupid and irresponsible!!!!
it makes me so angry!!!!
on a better note savanna is doing really well. too cheeky!! hehe she imitates her toys and can say quack quack.. its soo adorable!! i bought her a grow bag to stop wrapping her. i tried it a couple of times and she eventually falls asleep in at after about an hour of talking to herself and playing with her hands but then tends to wake up after half an hour or so. ive gone back to wrapping her heheh i dont have the patience as yet lol
chrissy- its nice to hear of peoples kindness and generosity. shows that there are some really lovely people out there :)
better get back to work
take care ladies

Food glorius food, what wouldnt i do for some!
I have to take my laxitives anbd crap at 5pm and 7pm.Then again tommorow at 7am and no food or drink at all.So glad im going to be knocked out. Just so want a hj's burger. Sigh. I think the worst part will be waiting for the procedure.
Shell id be really annoyed too.Not often us girlies get to go out and it sure puts a dampner on things.
Hi ambz! hope that morning sickness ends soon? Did you have it all the way through with savannah?
Kell a sleep in.My days are so long when up at 530am. 8 am sounds great.

sorry to hear of your crap month chrissy, yay for july and for the kindness of those around you. so good to know that those sort of people exist.
hope all those bubbas who have been unwell are on the improve. ainsleigh has been sick for a whole month now, very tiring as the phlegm on her chest has been causing her to wake thru the night. the other night she was up at 2am, and did not go back to bed till about 10am, she just dozed sitting upright on my chest the poor little possum.
rach, i too don't have time to read other posts, so don't know about fibbers.... and i don't think any of my RL friends or family know about BB so don't have any stalkers ness.
did i tell you girls that i became an auntie last saturday... a little boy. very exciting. he and his mum are doing brilliantly.
and happy ten month birthday to my gorgeous girl, and for our gorgeous vy for tomorrow xxxxx

Caddie - let us know how your tests went.

Nessa - well done on your first ebay sale!! :) How is Teleah?
Ambz - that woman is totally irresponsible - when I hear things like that it makes me so mad!!
Well, an ok weekend. Last night a friend of ours offered to babysite Rylee so booked a restaurant for dinner, I was really excited as we havn't been out just the two of us since Rylee was about three months old. So I got ready, tried to settle Rylee, but she just wouldn't calm down then when we were due to leave she was hysterical, so we cancelled the restaurant. I was pretty bummed out as I had been looking forward to eating without any interruptions for once, it took me an hour to settle her and for her to go to sleep. So about 8.30 pm, DH suggested we still go, so we manged to get into the restaurant, had a nice dinner. When we got home, poor Rylee had been awake for about 45 mins crying, poor thing she was so tired....I felt bad for her...
Gotta go, she has woken again third time tonight and it is only 9.30 pm. Hi to all,
Laurin

Happy month birthdays to our lovely babies that have had them recently!
Yay on 11wks to Maz.
I know I know, 12wks on thursday. Where has the time gone? M/s reared its ugly head on the 1.5hr car trip to the snow today but happily it disappeared when I got home. We had a ball, lots of lovely snow and Jett even had a scoot around in it. Got some cute pics that I will share later on. Decided that next year, seeing as I will NOT be pregnant for once over winter/my birthday that we will rent a cabin somewhere down here and go to the snow for a few nights so I can snowboard and ski :) I am getting a little testy though, Im not a share my home with people kind of person so its slowly starting to wear on me having to deal with 2 other people day in, day out - esp when Im having to make plans around them. Usually Im in charge and make the decisions. Will be so glad to have my house back to myself. Even Jett is not himself atm, being grumpy and just out of sorts.
Hopefully have a Mama-Day-Off on wednesday for my birthday (and Im hoping yummy dinner out at my fave italian restaurant and choccy mud cake) then its the loooooooong 6hr drive to Sydney on thursday. Im seriously knackered just thinking about it *sigh* I am not going anywhere for the next year. And Im not having company come stay either lol
Hope everyone is doing well!!!!!
-
That's really cool that the dr comes to your house Ness. Hope it's not chicken pox.
Italian sounds nice Annat! How much longer til your inlaws leave?
Caddie? How'd you go mate?
-
Hi
Not much news this side...I agree AnnaT it is hard work trying to share with other people and compromise, etc, etc, I'm not too good at it myself. Shell - wtg on having hubby do some housework, very nice, Nessa - hows Teleah??? Caddie - how are you??
Hi to all,

Thursday week Nelle. I feel bad for feeling like this but considering Jetts sleeping habits have become 10x worse since they got here (he keeps getting belly aches f
-
Caddie- You'll have to stuff your face silly now! At least your body has had a good clean out.
Nessa- Oh thats no good with the chicken pox, hopefully Annika doesn't catch it.
AnnaT- I'd prolly be feeling the same. I love people over but I also like my space and not have to worry bout entertaining others and all that.
Got mums group on today. And so far the sun is shining so hope it stays that way.
