rach,when ruby had bad poos i was told soy or lactose free 1/2 the amount of scoops the are currently having for 1 week and then continue with soy or lactose free for a month. Ruby has been on lactose free since 5 months because i didnt change it back and breast milk doesnt contain lactose anyway.

:dance: I survived my nite away from Jack mind you I drove 2 blocks and hd to stop for a little cry :cryinglaugh: but was very informative ended up being 11 mums a gran and a aunty there + 4 little babies was gone a little over 2 1/2 hrs and I really missed him, when it was over I couldn't stay and chat I had to get home he had fallen asleep 10min earlier but Jase was still nursing him so I could put him to bed:heartbeat:
so I think I will go ok tomorrow nite wont be making a habit of it but I felt ok after my few tears LOL
ok I am tired my back is still hurting it actually hurts to sneeze or cough

We had chicken & mushroom risotto for tea tonight - I think risotto might be my favourite thing to make, even though it seems gluggy to me, because it always tastes so good! And it's easy.
I'm a bit confused about this bad doctor - carnation milk thing. Does it work? Even if it's old fashioned? I mean, obviously some old fashioned remedies have been replaced with better things, but if it works...I might be totally off my nutter though.
Gee we have a lot of birthdays early in the year! Mine's November 25th. Are you gonna give us a copy of the birthdays Ness? Or are we supposed to be taking notes as we go too?

AnnaT - just read you post, bummer of a day!!! Really hope your inlaws stayed at home and looked after Jett so you and hubby could go out to dinner!!
Shell - that is so spooky - that has kinda happened to me before too and I felt pretty shaky for about a week after.
Rach - next time it will be easier to out without Jack. I know I moan about Rylee and needing a break - but then when I am away from her for more than 10 mins I miss her like crazy.
