Caddie - Your hair would look fab cut like that! Xander doesn't even have a feed overnight anymore... I really dunno why he wakes, maybe he is missing me or something?

AnnaT - Sorry to hear about Jett. Has he had gastro recently? I know many bubs are temporarily lactose intolerant after gastro for about a month or so. I think Goats Milk formula is one to try as well.

Maz - Thanks for the comment re my hair. I'm loving it! I tried calling you today, your phone was engaged for bloody ages, so I gave up. Will try again tomorrow.

Oh, big news... I've just about weaned Xander. Didn't really want to end just yet but still no sign of AF so hence why. We're down to one morning feed every second day now... getting all teary even tho it's planned weaning.

Anna**- I hope AF starts showing soon, do you think you could be O'ing even without AF? I think thats what my body is doing, have all the signs of it but only a day of spotting.

Caddie- your hair cut sounds good, I still have to get mine done and foils, want to get it done before I return to work.

AnnaT- Hope the runs stop soon, hopefully he'll accept the new formula and will be all sorted. Did they take a stool spec just to make sure no bugs growing?

Maz- yes we have another house to bid on on sat and after that we are back to square one again, unless we finally get this one. I think too you are having another girl, oh the joys it'll be when they are teenegers together!

Meg- Thats great your mum is so sweet. Must have felt good to be looked after instead of being the one looking after for a change.

Well wishes for all the sick bubs and lots of sleeping vibes to those who are keeping there poor tired mummies up!

I been out to city today, baby free again, had nice lunch and shopping. Great to catch up with friends and not have to worry bout prams, feeding, nappies, whinging etc, you get te drift. we were gonna see 3d at IMAX but being school holidays was already sold out when we got there.
Tomor off to my aunts place, we catch up every school holidays so she'll be amazed at how much Ash has grown and developed since last holidays.

Shell! I was in the city today! Argh, we should have co-ordinated.

This will be a mish mash post, cos I'm posting while watching tv...

Nope Maz, I did some stuff for Leo before she left for overseas so the overlocker's actually at mum and dad's at the moment - it was raining when I left so I left it there. Might pick it up tomorrow. You're right, I have all this hemp and bamboo to do stuff with!

Wow Anna, that's a big thing! Xander eats solids really well though doesn't he - do you think he'll miss the milk?

Caddie, I bet you look HOT! Oh yeah and Rans is off my case about the house, we moved the tv/computer/xbox unit closer to the couches, so it's harder for him to be distracted and see the rest of the room.

Annat, that sucks to the max that your birthday fizzled. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN!! Can you ask for a substitute birthday dinner?

Was your hair darker before Ness?

I asked Rans to dish me up a bit too much Ravioli...I'm almost finished though!

Lactose intolerance my butt. This kid is sick with something else entirely. He hasnt had dairy for 4 days solid food-wise and no normal formula for 24hrs and he is still sick - vomitted all over me and our bed last night out of the blue. He is refusing to drink anything now because he hates the soy formula and he has had a small rash on his hand (looks like bruising) for 4 days now and its spreading up his arm this morning. Shell, they didnt take any stool samples because the stupid Dr was so sure it was LI so no tests were done. I come to find out a simple acid test with his poo would have yay'd or nay'd the lactose idea there and then. He is so whingy and clingy its not funny and he's lost 700g of weight. This isnt my child. But because he isnt miserable with a fever and lethargy they wont take me seriously. Anna, I think he has a gastro bug or something similar but they wont do any tests so I have no idea if thats what it is or not. He writhes like he's in pain esp at night and is inconsolable at times.

Im getting sick of this and Im starting to worry, this isnt normal. Im going to try the other hospital here (the one we went to for the ear infections) and see if they will be fantastic again in their treatment of us both. No point seeing the GP as it will take a week for any test results to come back when I can get them back same day through the hospital.

This is taking its toll on me health wise, I bet my BP is through the roof and Im having cramps all the time now. Maybe I can get them to check me over too while Im there.

Will update when I know more.

Hope he picks up soon AnnaT, can't believe they didn't take a spec just to be certain! Slack Drs. Maybe if you get to ER early you won't have to wait round too long.

AnnaT - iwould refuse to leave the hosp until they took you seriously. Poor little mite - and it is not good for your health either.

All this talk of new haircuts/colours has made me think that I really need to get my hair done. I have had it cut once since having james. I was thinking of growing it a bit longer anyway. James has discovered hair pulling, so I want to be able to fit it back in a pony tail to give him less temptation. I have really curly hair, so I can never get cool styles cut, as it just does what it wants anyway!!!

I am feeling much better today. Tired, but no sore throat anymore.

James has got a rash all over his tummy. Looks like Eczma. If it doesnt get any better, we will be back to the GP. I was a big Eczma sufferer as a child.
I have never been to the GP so much inmy life since having James!!!

To you girls who went into the city - lucky you. I havent been into Melbourne in a good year I think!

Caddie - how long till results?

Maz- my mum is an absolute angel. She is one of these people that would give you the world. Wjen I was preg, she would come over and clean the house, cook me some meals to freeze, and do all my ironing. She is very maternal, and loves to assist people if they need it. She would help out anyone. Ashame you aren't closer, as she would be over in a flash.

Not much happening here today. Might take the dog for a walk, and visit my Grandma. She has just knitted James another little cardy. They look so great on him. She does really modern designs. I love knitted stuff on babies.

AnnaT.. i would just go to the Hospital. With so much going around these days, you cant take a chance, and its better to be safe than sorry. If you go in early this morning, also being he is a baby, i think you should get looked at pretty quickly. From the sounds of it, i dont think you should hesitate one bit.. i wouldve been in there last night.

Caddie.. your ticker doesnt have any writing on it?

Nessa.. wanna see piccies of that hair girl!

Maz.. FIL isnt the best. Currently cant walk. Legs have all swollen up, DH told me what from but i cant remember. Yeh i made it for him for his birthday. He loved it. I cant believe your 12 weeks already!!

Anna**.. well done with the weaning, but aww i feel for you. I wish i was able to BF for longer with Jesse.

Last night woke up to Jesse moaning really loudly. Went in and he was soaked in wee! Like completely! So changed him and tried to rug him up in the next grobag down and blankets as the 2.5 tog was soaked too. He then slept until 8.30am poor baby.

Now have to search for another photo site to host Jesse's photos as Photosite is no longer after September.. a HUGE pain in the butt!

Kell- Really sorry to hear bout your FIL, must be so hard on you all and esp him to be like that. Big hugs to you all.

Meg- I had to laugh at the comment bout being to GP more since James cause I was saying same thing last week! Ash is always breaking out in different sorts of rashes and I can't put it down to anything consistent. She has one on her face at the moment, usually its her legs.

First nap this morning in days that Ash has actually gone down for without needing like an hour to settle, she has been so whingy and clingy lately, think its a combo of tooth coming and getting to that next wonder week.

Ness - Please don't give a dog away on Free Cycle. It is a living creature and you have no way of knowing where he'll wind up - will the new owners house, vaccinate, worm, train, exercise and feed the dog properly? If your DH can't be responsible enough to provide the basic necessities like training and exercising him properly, please, for the dogs' sake, do the right thing and find a good home for him. It wasn't the dogs' choice to have the life he does... he doesn't know any better and he's probably bored from lack of exercise.
Sorry if a bit of a rant... I've done a lot of work with training dogs that people couldn't be bothered training that were dumped so it really hits home with me. It is beyond sad when you see them. I'll PM you a site to go to that encourages responsible re-homing.

Ness, if you freecycled your pup, maybe you could stipulate that you'd like to meet the new owners and kinda interview them? Then people who weren't serious might not bother. That site Anna mentioned sounds great though.

Shell! You didn't go to Max Brenner did you? We did!

Maz, I don't know how I missed your 'That's life' idea, but it sounds great! Worth a shot.

    Hope everything's alright Annat.

Well, I'm on a new page for me, so can't remember what you've all said now. Hope everyone's having a brilliant day though!
Oh, phone for me. Later you sexy mummas! xo

Maz.. thanks hun.. oh he loves his beer! He'd give up the chemo for it! lol. He's not an alcho but he just loves to have a beer. When they told him he had to have chemo, ya know what the best thing about it was that he said.. i still get to have my beer! So least he has that to keep him happy. Oh that sux bout the speeding fine. 50 in a 60.. thats pretty crap on them.. though i got one once for 70 in a 60.. bastards.

Shell.. thanks hun. Yeh it is hard.. He has no immunity atm so last week he had the flu really bad, on top of having lungs full of cancer isnt easy.. now this week he cant walk. Its not going too good. Yay for Ash and her nap.

Apparently there is nothing wrong with Jett. I must be imaginging the yukky diapers, projectile vomitting and constant whinging. He hasnt got a high temp, he is convulsing or severely dehydrated or sick looking so he is ok as far as they are concerned. As for the rash well it isnt annoying him so it doesnt mean anything. Yeah right. I cant even get in to see a GP because theyre all on holidays.

I am sick of this place and I am going to move back to Sydney, I dont give a crap what Ry thinks.
