Happy month birthdays to Xander and Julia!

Jodi, YAY congrats on selling the house! That was very quick. We're will you live/move too?

    Hi Sharleen!

Went and did our christmas layby for J this arvo at KMart. $195 and a bazillion presents later it is D-O-N-E so I dont have to worry about it at the last min, 39wks preg and in the middle of the christmas rush. He's getting very spoilt, we got him -
    - Fisher Price Animal train + 2 extra carriages
    - FP Learning Keyboard + CDROM (so he doesnt wreck poor Ry's comp)
    - Thomas the Tank Engine PushnGo train
    - FP Musical drum that sings in 2 different languages
    - FP Build-a-blocks Alligator (he has a Build-a-block set from my Aunty as a baptism gift so Im building it up for his birthday and chrissy)

I think thats it. We also bought him a Cars kids fold out lounge because I dont always put him in bed for naps and its a pain when I have to hop up and put him in his cot after he's fallen asleep on the floor/my lap. My poor belly doesnt allow for quick movements anymore

Now we just have to find a nice swingset/jungle gym for his birthday (Ive also layby'd some more Build-a-Blocks and a Thomas TE DVD).

    Im knackered.

Jodi - That's wonderful news about the unit. Enjoy the celebrations! (and the extra cash!)

AnnaT - That's a serious shopping spree... good work chick. I've got Xander's pressie organised for his birthday and an Xmas tree on layby, but that's it!

    Hope everyone is well.

yeah Nessa, it's our investment property. It's a very attractive unit as there is a long term tenant there who is paying top dollar rent. Plus there is no maintenance or reno's that need doing to it. Apparently the new owners are negotiating with the tenant to rellocate her elsewhere as they want to live in it. I don't care either way, it's sold for list price, that's all that matters to me

All this talk about birthday and Xmas presents has got me thinking tonight, we're thinking of getting Nina a swing set from Santa for Xmas. It's not too early for one is it??

JOdi-Swing set, we waited until Bella was 3 but I still dont think that it is too early for Nina. You can sit her in the swings and hold her.

    Well gotta go.

    Love

    Morning.

Well the one great thing to have come from all this sickness is that Jett is now sleeping through with only ONE waking, at around either 2am or 5am depending on when he goes to bed (8pm or 10pm) Last night he was an absolute horror and just sooked for an hour when I put him to bed even though he was rubbing his eyes and yawning. He finally gave in and went to sleep at 9:45, I told him he'd better sleep good so Mummy doesnt feel grumpy in the morning and he did lol
I know we spoilt him rotten with christmas, part of it is its his last christmas on his own (and we can afford it now) and I sort of feel guilty about the new baby coming, esp so close after christmas and s/he will be getting lots of presents.

My sister and her boyfriend are coming today for a few days. Thankgod she can give me a break from whingy boy so I can get some rest in. Theyre keen to go to the snow but Im not so sure I can be bothered, esp with it being -2 here most days (hence why I havent had my morning cup of tea or froot loops, Ry drank the last of the milk and its fricken cold and foggy outside, Im not stepping foot outside til lunchtime!)

Nessa.. hope annika feels better soon.

Maz.. hope you feel better soon.

Meg.. how are you doing? Hows James? Hope youre over your colds.

Anna**.. i was just looking at your cakes yesterday. Done any new ones lately?

    Caddie.. how you feeling?

Jodi.. yay on the unit sale!!!

    Mel ( Funmummy!!!).. Welcome!!

Shell.. bummer about the house. You'll get there one day.. sux its not sooner though.

Hi to everyone else. Hope everyone who is sick are feeling better soon.

Saw FIL yesterday. He cant use that other treatment he sent away to be tested for. He didnt have the cell in him they needed for it to take any action. It wouldve cost $1000 per tablet. He's going for another cat scan on Friday to see where its at. I said to him, what will the increase the chemo if its not any better. He said its already at its hightest atm. So its not looking great. My mum was diagnosed with Grave's Disease the other day. And thats about it from me. Jesse is doing well. Being his sweet little self and keeping me smiling.
