as does Ainsleigh... great minds think alike, we're all logging on to say thanks to annika and ness!

we had the crappest night last night, and ainsleigh is still asleep and we have to leave for work in fifteen minutes. i don't know how she knows it is tuesday night... but every week since i've started work is the same. the only other thing i can think of is that we do swimming on tuesday... so maybe she does so much there she is waking up hungry... aaaaaah i don't know!

    Cool

Good morning Mummys and Babies and Belly Monsters,

It took us 90 minutes to get bails to sleep last night. aahhhh. Every time I spend the arvo out he mucks up that night. He has his sleep in the pram etc but always seesm superduperovertired. I know he will get used to it but I find I am really tired and can feel myself wanting to explode when he carries on like that. Okay, that is my winge over and done with.

Rikki - Bails is doing really well. he has made being a first time Mum so easy. I really feel like we have finally bonded. He is so funny that he makes me laugh all the time. We still wear out tshirt too!!!! How is Ainsleigh going?

Meg - All the best with everything you are having to deal with atm. My gf has Thyriod, cant remember if its over or under. The doc put her on medication and told her she could not bf which nearly broke her spirit. She checked up at some Chemists and they all said she could bf still. I was so happy for her. I had to give it up as I had PND, was VERY stressed and continually had Mastitis. Bails luckily took to the bottle rather well and so we still sit in our rocking chair by the fishtank and have our morning and bed time bottle. He still looks up at me the same way and reaches out to play with my hair or chain or occaissionally to pull off my bottom lip. I know its hard, but don't be too hard on yourself. You have given James the best start to life. Besides that, your his Mummy and he loves you unconditionally.

Nessa - please call me dumb but what is so special about the phil and teds? I don't think I have ever seen one. I am awlays hearing Mums say they would never do without one or buy any other sort.

Question for anyone that wants to answer it - How early did you know you were utd, even before you did a hpt?

Hi to everyone else, hope everyone is having a great start to the day. Kell - I am now hungry for chicken!

    be good xxx

We're making River wait til his birthday - it's way too early to start thinking about that for us! Thanks Ness!

Vicky, I've got a P&T (sand, cos it's the sexiest colour)! It's easy to use, folds up easy, has a wicked turning circle, good accessory options, and (this is mostly why I got it) the option to have a newborn and a toddler in it at the same time. Many prams have a second seat that clips on the top and bub has no back support, but ahhhh I'm not explaining this very well. If you go to the Phil and Teds website, you should see what I mean. River will be able to sit and sleep supported in this pram while a newborn can lie flat.

Right well I got distracted and now I bet a million people have posted inbetween...I'll be back later to finish properly. xo

Eugh, I feel sick. I want to be rich and have a nanny to play with River while I sleep and eat Potato-in-a-biskits and drink Ginger beer. That's what I want.

Nessa-There's a great website that does great deals on Phil and Teds. you just email them with what you want and they will email you back with a quote which includes delivery. PM me if you would like me to get you the link. When I got a quote I saved about $100 of the total price and ended up with free delivery. Although I am yet to convince Leith that we need to spend that much money.LOL

    Vixstar-mmmmm UTD. Goodluck.

Nessa & Nelle - thanks for that. I will have a look at their www AFTER I am utd and after 12 weeks! Thou shall not be tempted......

    Helen - mmmmm.......

Chrissy - mmmmm........ for us both! Are you doing a journal this time???? I looked but then again!

Trying to get motivated to do Ricks Tax crap, we have an appointment with the accountant on Sat at 8am and we have done nothing. Mines easy, a group cert, and a bit of stationary I think!

Too tired, too lazy, too confused.

Hows this for a joke, my bro has a 7 1/2 month old and he has not bought her a highchair yet. SIL cannot drive atm coz she had a seizure at Easter time so she puts Jocelyn on the floor on a towel to eat rather then wrestling her. What a lazy arse, he is my closest bro but a bit selfish I think. She found one for $70 a few wks ago and I thought they would rush out and get it but she txt me a pic this monirng and theres my baby neice on the floor chomping away on toast.

    Off to update journal. xxx

Ness - I didn't get mine but that's to be expected, cause mail takes forever to arrive up here.

I've still got a killer headache and I'm feeling like crap. I went shopping for a few things in Big W before and I fainted at the checkout. I was so embarrased.

chrissy & vixstar - good luck for this month!

I didnt buy a Phil and ted...I didnt really like them. I dont like the wheel being so easy to get at from the 'toddler' seat at the back. Lady at the store said taht when the baby is big enough, put them in the back and the toddler in the front...hmmm didint like it. BOught a babylove side by side 3 wheeler for $375. OH and I didnt like having to pay extra for boot covers ext with the phil and teds...got everything for the $375 with mine.
I sort of knew i was UTD 7 days after we DTD (I was throwing up and felt like cr@p, HEADACHES....HMM JOD)
2 more weeks girlies.....starting to feel excited about finally seeing Mr/s Squiggle.
BBBL - Vy is in a screaming mood!

Jodi - Hope your head feels better soon. Isn't it hard looking aftter a little one when you feel rotten?

Maz - the countdown is on till you know if you are having a miss or a mister!!

Sharleen - great way of getting some of those jobs done.

Vix - I found James a little squirmer if he is not in his highchair. It must be hard for them feeding.

Nelle - I feel for you with the morning sickness. THat is half of what scare me about getting pregnant again.

Annie - have fun organising the party.

Rikki - hopefully you get a better night tonight.

Helen/Nelle/Vix - Yeah I told mum I am not giving up the feeding yet. I am not ready. Good to know that he will manage if I have to have surgery and be away from me for a bit.

I see the specialist on Friday about the fine needle aspiration. I am not looking forward to having a needle inserted into my neck!!!

Jodi, that's what I was wondering yesterday, if you were pregnant...is there any chance you could be? Hoping you figure out what's going on soon.

Maz, I think you can get wheel guards for the P&T wheels? And I forgot to say, the downside is that there's not a heap of under-pram storage. Not the biggest deal, but it matters to some people.

All this talk is making me want to check out P&T, not that I'm buying but I want to see what the hype is all about!

I spent the day with my mum, had lunch and did bit shopping, actually spent money on myself for a change rather than Ash, I think seeing as I'll be getting my first pay since mat leave I have to spend a large chunk of it on myself.

Meg- Good luck with the test, sound needle doesn't sound nice at all.
