I bought Vy a Fisher Price look and learn play house thingo yesterday..its the one that is $160 but i got it in the local paper for only $50..she loves it to death and has left my kitchen cupbaords alone. i can now make tea in peace. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a child that loves opening the cupboard doors and 'posting' stuff

oh my i had my first poo everywhere incident, was outside had car right in front of front door anyway jack was at door happy then got whingy i was like just let me get the last of stuff out of car (cleaning patrol for channge over tomorrow) anyway i put some stuff on stairs and went ewww 2 secs bub i could smell him, well i walked in door and was like sultanas where did you get these then :doh:poo on the wall screen, floor and him thanfully none on his face, he exploded for sure out the back of pants ewwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!1 so grab him throw him in shower fully clothes stripped him off in there stripped myself off gave him shower while he screamed :( left him sitting in bath (no water) while i grabbed mop and disenfecant and cleaned it all up thanks god for timber floors.............but ewwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!

I had to giggle Rach. It is a very funny story.
Well my old employer rang me today and have offered me 19 hours a week to work flexibly from the 17th December for about 10 weeks. It would be around $32 p/h so I have to seriously think about it. It means I could work 3 days a week 10 - 4 and they said they would be flexible on the days. So this means we could work around Tim's roster. Hmmm..... What to do ?!?!

Meg- When were the new place looking at getting you started there? Could you do your old job for the 10 weeks then move onto the new place? Sounds like great money and great how flexible they are being too.

Might take Ash to gymbaroo today. i only go every so often just cause each 45 min class is $18, bit expensive. But we've got nothing else on and haven't done much this week.

Ohhh dear. I ran a cooler than usual bath for River, since it's such a hot day, Rans is bathing him, and it doesn't sound like he's a fan...:p Wailing quite a bit...Should try a pool one day and see if that's any better...hmmm.

Maz.. we bought the premium tickets which were $199. My gf and i were such big fans in high school and DH said i could being it will be the first night i have gone our since Jesse was born! Yeh it woulda been an idea but supposibly Ticketek is onto them and black listing their credit cards so not a good idea to resell tickers for higher than face value. Oh wow, is it like a little kitchen thing?

Well Nina has vomiting & diareah (sp?) which is going around. So as you can imagine we've had some very rough nights the past couple of nights with her up all night throwing up and really unsettled. aaahhhh, the joys of parenthood. Hopefully it'll be gone by the weekend.
Heath and my dad are helping my BIL today with extending his patio. Their pouring the cement today and it's raining galore here, so hopefully they can get the job done in between showers.
maz - what's that thing you got Vy, can you send me a pic so I know, Nina LOVES our cupboards and drawers, well pretty much anything in the kitchen. Cause I'm in their a fair amount of time during the day (yes I eat way too much) she likes 'helping' me.

Jodi- If you look up on fisher price website they should have the thing maz bought. There is a few on e-bay but I think they were somewhere in nsw.
Poor Nina, hope she gets better quickly. Is she keeping some fluids in?
Kell- Gymbaroo is fun, just sometimes I wonder if its actually worth it thats why I only go every so often. First part class they climb on things and into things and all over things then second part is usually music, singing playing with certain things and singing a song with it.
Nelle- It is quite hot here isn't it. I'm not coping with it. Ash doesn't seem to mind cold water too much cause she did go wading at the beach with mil.
I feel slack today, sat is my sleep in day and once I get up I'm just tired and lazy all day. Its like my body can't cope with a sleep in! But its all good cause great Df has vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen and cleaned toilets/ bathrooms. :)

Yeah I figure she isn't going to waste away if she doesn't eat for a while. She has plenty of fat stored. If I was to ask Heath to clean up, he'd look around and say, 'clean what, it's already done'. He has no idea about cleaning the house!

Shell - I hate the hot weather. IT is really muggy here at the moment.
well MIL decided that she actually wants to see her grandson, and has decided that they want to visit today at 5pm. What a silly time to visit, considering that 5:30 is dinner for James, and then we eat not that long after that (maybe 6:30) I told Tim to tell them that I am not cooking them dinner and that they can go home and cook their own. (Can you tell I am still $hitty with them???!!!!) They are the wost visitors. FIL expects we to wait on him and bring him cups of tea and biscuits. He has diabetes and is not meant to eat all the crap that he does. So I have hidden the biscuits and I will tell him there are none left. It is not unusual for him to eat the whole packet.
And I know that I am now just having a B*tch, but what does he always have to come here, then go off and spend about half hour in the bathroom, and do a huge poo here!! That is something that I would never do at anyone else's house.....

Ness- Wow that sounds like a very productive day! At least once its all sorted you will feel alot better. I know when we moved and threw all this stuff out I realised that getting rid of clutter made me feel less cluttered in my head iykwim.
Meg- God I had to laugh at the poo part! And I agree with caddie, I'd be too embarrassed.
We didn't do much today, went down local cricket as we do most sats. Few of Df mates play. I rarely watch it just chat to everyone else thats down there and watch Ash running around, think I only ever see like 10 secs of the actual game.
ETA: Nelle, I just saw your xmas tree, it is like in Myers I was so impressed, mine never turns out that good (think I drown it in too much tinsel!) How does River go with it? Does he pull stuff off?

Caddie.. yep, anitbitoics work against the pill so theres a chance like youre not taking it at all that youll get pg. Or well in my case with Jesse, i didnt even need the antibiotics.. i fell pregnant just on the pill itself!

My drama for the weekend - went back to inlaws and fell down their stairs from the first floor and fell straight on my big butt. Have been having braxtons all day and having major swelling of my feet and hands (something that I dont get in my pg's at all) so trying to take it a bit easy. What does it mean whe you wake up through the night with pins and needles in your hands and fingers and they also feel like their 10 times bigger then they are???? some one please educate a stupid woman!!!!

Well I was just in car accident. Just been crappy day, busy at work, I'm getting sick, got a sore throat then driving home some guy mustn't have looked in his blind spot and just hit my car. the front is banged up abit and whn I got home I realised the radiator is leaking. Then he tried to tell me its partly my fault cause he indicated! wtf, he was right next to me so how would I see him indicate, secondly he thought I'd come out from another street so obviously he had no idea what was going on around him. I'm all shaky and upset. Hopefully he will pay up and not stuff us around. I am taking no blame what so ever.

AnnaT - What's the update on your Sydney stuff?
Shell - Maye give a call to the police and make a police report, as it sounds like he is going to be a bugger. I have had an accident where someone tried to change the story, and then I ended up being found 1/2 fault even though it was clearly her fault. So my advice is to make a police report asap, so that you have something in writing.

AnnaT - That sux, you think that they would be more family orientated. I was always under the impression that they were. I know if that was the situation with Tim as a paramedic, they go all out to accomodate families. When I had PND they told Tim to take as much time off as he wanted to stay with me, and they kept paying him. He spent a month off with me, then broke his neck and had another 3 months off!! Again they were awesome. They offered peer support to me as well as driving me and Tim to appointments etc.

Its not the whole Army thats the problem, just the idiots down here. They go on and on about wanting the best for their soldiers blah blah blah but dont actually want to do anything. Either way Ive resigned myself to just having to tough it out. Once Ripley is born it will get a whole lot better because I'll be feeling back to my normal self physically and the worry of whether he's ok or not will be gone. Im just hoping I cope ok with the two boys and the depression doesnt turn into PND. My biggest issue is feeling guilty, about Jett and my hubby having to deal with all this and with my not-so-nice self right now. All par for the motherhood course though I guess.
Kell, yeah its actually 6 weeks and 3 days to go now if I make it til my induction :o Feels like forever but it isnt. Im still sooking about missing Bon Jovi lol BUT I jokingly told Ry the other night that we might have to give Ripley 'Jon' as one of his mn's to forever remind him of what I sacrificed to bring him into the world and he actually said if I wanted to I could :cryinglaugh: ;) So I think we might go with Ripley Jon something as his name. How nerdy am I hahahaha
Ugh its soooooooo hot but Im trying to be good and not use the a/c too much (we have ducted and its blissful!) but Im swelling really badly lately, so much that Ive had to remove all jewellery and forgoe wearing shoes and socks unless I absolutely have to. Will be curious to see if my BP is still ok at my appt on Friday.

Thanks for the thoughts girls. Df rang him today and he is going to call his insurance company sometime in next few days. I thought he should be doing it today but anyways Df said he was being co-operative and agreed with version of events so hopefully we won't have trouble. If we do i do have comprehensive insurance so i can go thru my own.
AnnaT- Wow your bump has popped right out, can't belive you and Maz are due so soon! And Ambz too, she was due in jan too wasn't she? Sorry to hear the army is giving you trouble, hopefully you'll start to feel better and things will settle down.
