I've tested and I'm in the clear, woo hoo!! Seeing the blue pregnancy boobies got me really worried. Its gone now though so its strange. I wont be 100% confident though until I get my period, with Maddie I did a preg test early on and it didnt show up, then a couple of days later I did it again and got a positive. However I think its safe to say I'm in the clear this time.....
-
yay Hayley. I bet AF arrives in the next day or two (if not today). I remember when we were trying and I would test and then get AF, once I peed on the stick then wiped and what do you know there she was lol.
-
Always the way! I'll be nervous until it arrives.
-
Hayley- WooHoo
Katie- OMG that use to happen to me all the time when we were trying b4 the boys.
-
Leanne - Bet you were shocked when you discovered you were having twins!!!
-
hey everyone..
looking into getting some cloth nappies.. they are just so darn cute lol and when i worked out how much i am spending on disposables lol that gives me some incentive.. who was it doing cloth in here?? sorry mummy brain!! so far am looking at getting baby behinds one size fitted nappies a and maybe down the line a few AIOs for convenience what do u think am i crazy??
haley - phew lol come to think of it Af is kinda late for me too or maybe die this wkend lol ifd considering we have only had sex like once this month i am not really worried lol sorry for the tmi
-
Agnes here's some infor for you about reflux. It was the best info I could find all in the one place. Thanks for the article, I'm still not convinced tho LOL!
Wow Haley, I feel sheepish after my bun in the oven joke the other day! BTW it was SupaB from our bellybuddies thread who was on Mcleods (as an extra in a preggy exercise class lol). Yep I've read a couple of Picoult's books, they're always really good but a bit confronting (there's always some social taboo in there somewhere). OK< i'm going to do a counter recommendation - Elizabeth Berg. She's suuuuch a good writer, they don't take a long time to read but really gripping stories, KWIM? BTW Picoult's going to be at the local Dymocks doing a book signing in May!
Pregpan, I'm with Arte, E : eat my thighs not my brain LOL! Glad you're happier with the FDC place, it takes them a while to settle in but he'll be happy as larry there before you know it. Wow at the mother's help, I never knew there was such a thing and now I want one!
Noni, congrats on your loss. I think I read the BB was for up to 9kg?? Anyway she's heavy enough that it's just really uncomfy now. BTW yes I think you're crazy for the cloth nappies LOL - but it's a good thing. I just couldn't do it right now.
BTW the vaccinations-autism link - as far as I can make out - is from a particular component in the MMR that was used for a long time in the US. I quizzed the MACH nurses and it's not in the one that's given here and hasn't been for a long time. I also noticed they've changed the schedule since the MMR used to be given at 18 mths - which is when the first signs of autism often become apparent developmentally. They've now moved it forwards to 12mths and I wonder if that's to separate them out or whether it's because measles is more prevalent now so they have to be done earlier.
Gracie, I haven't used the ergo a lot cos I really need the extension strap (had it on the first day right up around my kidneys oww but it was still comfier than the BB). DH has worn it a number of times and loves it too. At first he was not fussed because it doesn't have the forward facing but he's realised it's better keeping the telescopic arms out of reach anyway LOL. I hear you on understanding books too. I've started reading chick lit which I *never* read before (brain candy LOL).
Katie, definitely start reading again now or you'll just always be too busy and you'll stop reading altogether. After H was born i only ever had time to read for information (ie nonfiction only) and I will never forget the day I finally picked up a novel and devoured it in about 3 sittings - it was Cold Mountain. That was the start of me reading novels again and I'm so glad I did. I will love that book forever!
-
Hi Noni, I am using cloth nappies for Leila. we are using 'bum genius' nappies. they are pretty cool as they grow with the bub and unless its the 'big' one, you only need to wash the insert. they are really easy and dont need soaking or anything. so we just pop them in the wash and away you go. the bubs tend to be a bit grumpy at first cause they arent used to having a wet bot, but you soon get the hang of it and leila hasnt looked back!!
and yeah, i love them cause they are just soo cute, so many colours!
-
hi girls!
i have missed out on so much :(
have most of you had AF yet? I haven't seen hide nor hair of her. lol. (now that i've said that...)
wow have i been busy folks were over at easter and afterwards so made house, then we went to sydney for a conference, bought a handbag and 3 pairs of shoes. whooo!
T is going relly well. She had her 6 mth shots b4 sydney and lost her appetite, seems to be ok now though. She is 9.5kg now and 71cm long. Our babies are no longer newborns that's for sure. She is a real little girl.
Since talking on BB we bought a highchair and still in the toddler nappies. T still can't roll over but can sit up unsupported.
oh - one of the mothers from the mum's group said her boy was in a bumbo seat on top of the vanity next to her and he lunged forward and fell 1 metre into the empty bath with the bumbo still attached to his bum. He knocked himself unconscious and after a scan found he fractured his skull. when she told me i just was so shocked and made me cry. he has a black eye and a red patch in between his eyes. Oh boy, it just doesn't pay to have them on ANY high bench does it? oh the poor thing. I felt terrible for that mum.
On a happier note, i have TAFE holidays!!! whoooo.
p.s mcleods is still not on thanks to underbelly! :(
-
Hey SupaB - good to see you, I was just chatting about you this morning! Do you know what number episode you're in?
Far out about the bumbo. I hope your friends little one is ok in the end (my dh fractured his skull when he was about two and I could say something nasty about it explaining a lot of things  but really he's ok). I know they were recalled in Aust a while back because there was no warning on the packaging about keeping them at ground height...I know lots of mums have them on the kitchen bench while they are doing dinner but that's too scary if you ask me! I'm shopping for a 2nd highchair for kitchen use instead.
-
SupaB, good to see you. I haven't seen any sign of AF yet. I am still BF though, so not sure when she will be coming back.
Sherie, yes he gets into the wipes all the time (they are yummy!), but usually he is happy to flap around and eat the first one so I can save the others.
MD, forgot to say from ages ago that the buzzy bee is a brand name thing, NZer think it is a pure NZ icon but it turns out it was sold in Australia too lol. Like weet-bix, we have the song 'kiwi kids, are weet-bix kids', but then I realised that Aus has the exact ad but with Kiwi changed to Aussie lol
Agnes, have you started solids with W yet? Could it be a new food that is causing him to throw up?
Hayley, congrats on dodging the bullet!
Will had his first fall from standing, he was holding on to my knee and then let go to pick up something and I wasn't quick enough to catch him. Poor baby, his little head landed on toys. He can stand unassisted for a few seconds sometimes now.
-
artechim and marydean - great to speak with you again.
doing some ironing now.....
speak soon :)
-
Afternoon Girls,
Hayley- Not really shocked as we ended up having to do IVF and I had 2 Frozen Embyros put in.
Supa- Hey its great to hear from you... Glad T is good.
Art- Poor little W. I hope he's OK.
Noni- Sorry I have never used cloth nappies.Only use them as spew rags.
-
Supa - great to hear from you and it sounds like T is doing well!!! N is also sitting, he rolls one way (back to front) but not the other. makes for a lot of yelling for mum to turn him back around LOL!!!
Woo hoo on tafe hols - how is that going?
Hayley - glad the test turned out how you wanted... I wonder who will be the first of us to get preg again....
All good here - dropped off a massive load of clothes to the women's shelter this morning, they were really grateful. I think I will do it 2 times per year, and N can get involved as part of his clean up of the room when he is older to give away toys and clothes to kids who need them. I think it is nice way to instil the value of charity in him. I then went shopping (!!!) and got him afew new things as the big wardrobe clear out yest showed me what he needs now - plus i wanted a couple of cute mew outfits for the trip to melb!!! Oh I can be shallow!! we are so busy this weekend with fam stuff but i have arranged a drop in session at our place on sun morning to see friends, so that will be nice. it means N can sleep if he needs to as well whcih is great as usually we run around like mad in melb and it isnt good for the little man.
Noni - dont know much a bout cloth nappies - but sounds like a good plan. let me know if they work better at night. N is weeing thru every night and it is driving me BONKERS. reminds me of when he was a newborn!
MD - i think dial an angel provides mothers helpers. they do basic household duties.. sounds like a plan to me!
ok better go, i think N needs anappy change and then a sleep.
ETA - meant to say I thinkN is teething again on the top - i can see the little splits in his gums and his cheeks are rosy. explains a bit of the clingyness too - i was putting it all down to the needles. poor little things if it isnt one thing it is the other! hope they pop through soon, thought i think we could see splits in bottom gums for a while before the gorgeous teeth appeared!
-
Pregpan - For a minute there I was going to be the first pregnant one!!! Thank god its not me. I dont mean to sound ungrateful and if I did end up pregnant it wouldnt be the end of the world. However I'm just not ready yet, I dont think it'd be fair on Maddie, I want to enjoy her as a baby before having another iykwim. Sounds like his teeth for Noah doesnt it, poor little man hope they come through quickly for him.
Supa - OMG That is terrifying!! The poor boy, I bet that incident gave his mum a terrible fright. Maddie is also sitting but still no rolling. Looks like a lot of the bubs are at this stage atm.
Leanne - Oh ok so you knew what to expect. I'm hoping for twins one day, they are on both sides of the family so we're in with a chance.
Arte - First of many falls hey!? Cant believe he is standing unaided!
Noni - Never used cloth nappies but they look so darn cute. Give it a go what have you got to lose?
Marydean - Lol dont at all feel sheepish about your bun in the oven joke. Thanks for the recommendation of Elizabeth Berk...always looking for new books to read. I've just bought a book on ebay called damaged by Cathy Glass, after a friend highly recommended it. Yes I had seen somewhere that Jodi Picoult was coming to Perth Dymocks so I googled it for more info, but its on a Monday when I'm at work. I would be there otherwise, I LOVE her books and she must be such an amazing person, would love to chat with her.
-
Also is anyone still having problems trying to get their bub to take their normal feeds? Maddie has dropped right down from 4 x 240ml bottles a day to 2/3 120ml bottles. Its 5.15pm, she's only had 2 bottles today and I just tried to give her more but she will not have a bar of it. She wont eat any solids either. Do you think this is a sign of teeth on their way? I'm worried that she isnt getting enough and its been like this for about a week now. Still sleeping through despite only having 3 bottles max per day....? Its strange.
-
oohhh pregpan- are you going to watch the bachelor tonight? i can't wait!!!!
glad you're not utd hayley :)
-
Hayley, yay on you being relief with the results.
Hope Maddie is fine, is she generally feeling okay? I am going for lunch with a friend and her baby but now I think I might cancel it and go to the dr instead. W chucked up a couple of times yesterday and he is off his milk too.
BBL for more personals, haven't read the previous page. Have a nice day ladies!
-
Morning Girls,
Well now Olivia has Temps .... This virus seems to be going though the whole family.
Pregpan- Your Weekend sounds great as well.
Hayley- Well I thought it was a great when I was pg. Because all I wanted was babies but I dont think I really realised how hard it was to actually raise twin babies. I had a lot of help thank god.
-
i got my tots bots fleece covers in the mail this morning.. soooo cute!! idk how everythings gonna fit under her clothes though?? coz i am starting with flat nappies because mcn are a bit steep and i might get a few mcn but cant afford many of them.. kinda defeats the purpose of going with cheap nappies if they arent really very cheap iykwim?? am off shopping this morning with my mum i know she feels cloth nappies are a waste of time so that will be interesting.. maybe i am getting in over my head i mean mcn are one thing mmmm
haley - Asha is the same with her bottles but she is eating solids more.. usually 3 meals a day..
-
Noni - I wish I could get Maddie to eat some solid food, then at least I wouldnt worry about her milk so much. She is not into either atm. :( I hope your mum doesnt give you a hard time about the nappies. My parents are the total opposite, they are major hippies still who think I should have Maddie on soya milk and should be using cloth nappies lol. Thats how I was raised, no wonder I hate soya milk!!!
Leanne - Oh no that virus is a nasty bugger! I hope you guys can get rid of it quickly. One baby is hard work, so I can imagine how hard twins must be...just as well you had help.
Agnes - Hope Will is ok. Let us know how it goes at the doc.
-
hayley - noah is also a bit off his food the last few days - i think maybe it is teething? or his needles? i dont know! i figure as long as it doesnt go on too long it is ok??? he is def not so into feeding in the day but has woken for a couple overnight, which is tiring for me but good for him i guess! how is maddie today?
Leanne - oh no poor O!! you rfam has had a rough time lately. hope they get better soon. my best friend is preg with identical twin boys... i know she is in for a HARD year!
Agnes - hope Will is OK. what did the dr say?
well ladies today is my last official day of mat leave.. even though i have done afew days here and there mon is my forst official day back at work... i cant believe this time is over! but i still get 4/7 days with Noah for a while so i am ok. i was planning to go to my fave cafe for lunch today but N was sleepy - been asleep for an hour now - so i am having leftovers at home like a saddo! we have farewell drinks for a friend who is moving to china this eve though (we will pop in b4 N goes to bed) so that will double up as a celebration for me!
Gracie - i taped the batchelor - well i thought i did - it failed! i am so bummed i had planned to watch it with my lunmch while N slept.. so what happened???
-
Pregpan, happy Passover for tomorrow! Enjoy your weekend and good luck next week if we don't see you again before then!
-
Hi Pregpan! Good luck for next week. It's pretty weird going back to all the pre-baby life stuff...with a baby!!!:) But it is fun and I find that i love nothing better than going and picking little leila up from care and seeing that big gummy smile!
-
thanks girls! am feeling alot better about it all now - i think we will have it sorted out in no time. the main thing i am stressed about is that DH is away all week next week so it will be a long week. but hey, the positive is that he will be back after that and i will have done the hardest part - and then he has fridays off from then on!
Thanks also MD for the passover wishes.
MD I was hoping you could post the semolina pudding recipe for babies - I think N is getting sick of purees so hoping to expand the selection! he also had a few bites of scone yest and LOVED it so I am thinking i will make some mini scones or muffins for him next week (with hidden goodies) so if anyone has ideas i would love to hear them!
-
Just a quickie to let you all know I'm still alive .....:)
-
Ok, here goes, this is peach semolina, but really you could use any fruit (I added apple puree) or none at all and a drop of vanilla/Tbsp of maple syrup.
I cup of milk (I used rice milk)
1 Tbsp of semolina (find this in the breakfast aisle)
1/2 tsp of sugar (I added this but it was a bit too sweet with the ricemilk)
1 ripe peach
Bring the milk to a boil, add the semolina and sugar (or vanilla or maple syrup) and heat, stirring constantly until the mixture coats the back of the spoon. Serve with mashed, sliced or chopped fresh peach.
It's actually a nice sloppy texture, I remember DD1 ate it happily for months. We tried sago pudding (tapioca balls) but she was never very impressed with that! The other thing you can do (if you're having dairy) is junket - it has a culture that sets the milk and is very easy to digest. It sets a bit like a pannacotta. You can get the sachets in the dessert aisle.
The other thing (if you're looking for ideas) is pikelets (with mashed banana, grated apple or whatever else you want to add) made with egg yolk not whites, or veggie fritters (grated zucchini, pumpkin, sweet potato bound with some egg yolk and corn flour, pan fried). I think the scones idea's great, how about pumpkin scones, you could shape them into fingers instead of rounds.
Hey Sherie, good to hear you're still holding up in amongst the school hol madness.
Leanne, you poor thing, hope all of your fam is better soon.
Jazmum, I'll be thinking of you tonight as DH has just left on a 2 week trip so we're having Chinese soup tonight ;)! I'm going to the shop to find some fabric for E's taggie. Found some nice ribbon today but it was a minimum cut of a metre (!) so we'll have to go elsewhere I think.
Hayley I hear you on being worried about her intake. Sometimes they just eat a lot less (this is something that some toddler's mums really struggle with, they seem to exist on nothing) but actually you'll know about it when they start growing again cos they'll eat everything in sight. If you're really worried, though, talk to your MACH nurse or GP, it could be something simple like constipation or iron levels a bit low, that can affect their appetites. And if it's nothing to worry about you'll know then too so either way you've got it covered, KWIM?
-
MD - Thanks for your reassurance. Today she has still been having small bottle feeds, but I'm just going to keep an eye on her as we are off to the doc next week for the flu injection and I'll speak to the doc then. Unless it gets really bad then I'll go sooner. I had to laugh when you said maybe she is constipated, as she has been doing HUGE whoppers once a day every day, and they are sooooo disgusting lol. BTW never heard of semolina but it sounds delicious so I'll be giving that a go. Also good idea with the pikelets.
Sherie - Hi!!!
Pregpan - Good luck for starting work next week. I'm sure you will be fine and get yourself back into the flow of things.
Clare - I'm the same with collecting Maddie from care, as soon as she sees me she smiles and waves her arms around. Makes me melt!
I've had such a busy day at the shops buying birthday pressies for people. We are going out for dinner tonight for my mum & sisters bday as my mums is today and my sisters is tomorrow. Maddie doesnt sleep when we are out and got really overtired. I just managed to get her off to sleep now in her cot so hopefully she will have a nice long sleep seeing as we have a night out tonight. No grumpy bum babies allowed
-
Hey guys just wanting to let you know im alive too LOL! Ive been keeping up with all the posts but just have not posted myself.
Booking myself a Drs appointment ASAP, ive had black/blown bleeding & cramping (Mid cycle). Posted a question regarding it in the Periods and Cont forum but havent got any replys yet. *shrug* dont know whats happening.
Rory, Dwayne & I are going to stay with our family on Saturday night. Hope im okay by then.
Hope your all doing well xoxox
-
MD, thanks for idea of pikelets and fritters. Is there a reason that we aren't supposed to give egg white besides allergies? I made some corn and cream cheese muffins a while ago and he loved it. BTW, not surprised your DD1 wasn't impressed with Sago, it is vile and my mum used to try to pass it off as dessert!
Haley, hope Miss M has a good sleep so she is nice and fresh for the birthday dinner.
Pregpan, doesn't seem like that long ago when everyone was planning their maternity leave, can't believe that so much time has gone!
Renee, hope you get some answers about the mid cycle bleeding, it must be a pain (and a worry)
Gracie, did you go back to swimming?
Sherie, I was wondering where you had disappeared to but then I realised it is school holidays so you are probably a very busy mum at the moment. And yay for getting your wiring fixed.
Noni, good luck with the nappy cover tonight. I keep thinking I should use cloth but it is so expensive to set up, it puts me off.
Leanne, hope Olivia is feeling o.k
Nothing exciting happening here. Will let rip a massive fart and then clapped lol, such a boy. I thought there were swimming lessons on today but it turns out it is just a couple of mums with no instructor so I went later with DH (he gets friday arvo off)
-
Howdy ladies,
just popping in to say hi. We have had a very busy day today and another one tomorrow.
Have a great weekend everyone.
-
Went to the dr this arvo. The dr was late so we waited for almost 1.5hr thank goodness W was quite happy over there and even smiled to the other patients. The dr suspected viral infection since he had a fever the other day and we've also found some rash over his body. Tonight I need to catch his urine and bring it back to the dr tmrw morning.
Sorry for no personals, hope everyone is well.
-
hello lovelies!!!
went shopping today and got some really nice clothes for myself and Asha to wear to the christening.. gosh they cost a bit but they were curtesy of my mum lol.. its nice to get one really nice outfit too since i have lost a bit of weight.. i got grey feintly pinstripe pants and a vest that matches them and a long sleeved top for underneath it probably sounds awful lol but its really nice.. Asha got a little blue dress its really hard to explain so i will just post a pic when she wears it lol with some blue tights and a blue long sleeved top for underneath and the cutest little black dressy shoes lol we got a little carried away!!
md - your recipes inspired me to look up pancake recipes and i found a really nice one that dp Asha and i are going to have for breaky here it is if your interested..
Ingredients
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rice milk - we are using normal milk
1 tablespoon peach puree (or jarred peach baby food) - we are using apple
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger - we are using cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
Directions
1Combine flour, baking powder and ginger.
2Add the rice milk and peach and mix till it resembles pancake batter.
3Dip slices of banana in batter and cook on a heated and lightly greased pan.
4Absorb some oil on a paper towel and cool slightly before enjoying!
agnes - i hate waiting at the drs its soooo annoying!!! lucky W was well behaved though phew!
arte - i have just put the nappy cover i bought over the sposie the set up cost has put me off too :( i was just gonna go with the old terry towelling nappy squares but then we would have to go up a size in most her clothes and she has just recently got a whole heap of new ones :(what a classic with him clapping his own fart!!!
renee - cant help with the bleeding and cramping but hope its all ok!!
pregpan - asha loves rice pudding that i made for her.. its just wholegrain rice cooked until really soft, whole milk powder, water, and i put apple and cinnamon in mine and then blend it sometimes i add in extra fruits as i defrost the portions too to make it different if ur looking for a puddingy porridgy type food
haley - i had soy milk alot as a kid because i had problems with my chest and dairy products would flair it up apparantly i didnt mind it then but i cant stand it now either!!! my mum feels that way about cloth nappies because she found them a real struggle and came to hate them lol..
-
Are any of the other babies still not back to normal wake up times after the daylight saving change? We're still about 30 minutes earlier in the mornings than we used to be.
I can't decide between the LoveNCare Techno or the Infa Seville high chairs - anyone got either of these?
BBL for personals - someone doesn't want to have a nap!!
-
Noni, wow what a haul at the shops. That looks like an excellent recipe Noni and no egg too (:D)!
Cally, my top 2 criteria for deciding would be - what is their footprint (cos if it's too big you'll be gritting your teeth everytime you've got to steer it around or climb around it) and which one's the easiest to clean. Hard to tell now that they're all nice and new at the shops but you'll forever be excavating concrete-hard food out of all the gaps and crevasses! Especially on the seats and legs. There's a reason the ikea ones are so popular, it's because there's no gaps for the food to get wedged in LOL!
Arte egg white is one of those highly allergic things that's best left until a bit later to introduce...you can pretty much cook with yolks until then and get the same/similar results. We'll be trying some yolk probably around the 10 mth mark (restricted diet), but a teensy bit in cooked food (bickkies, etc) shouldn't be a problem before then.
Renee, hope you get some reassurance about the bleeding. I've had lots of weird bleeding too but I'm BFing so I kind of expect it. If you're on a low dose pill sometimes they can cause breakthrough bleeding as well, your Dr might change the script your on.
-
Hi Girls!
MD: thanks for the info on the eggs. i have been reading that we can introduce yolks now, but Leila is still fairly sensitive to dairy, so i might also stretch that introduction out too.
Noni: totally green with envy on your shopping haul!! sounds like it would have been fun LOL! dont you just love the tights for babies?? they look so cute with them on!!
Our shopping score today was an antique abacus (sp?) for Leila. it is absolutely stunning and only cost $1!! our street decided to join forces and hold a street garage sale so have been wandering up and down and meeting the neighbours and being totally shocked at the auction up the road where a run down terrace just sold for 1.3 million!!!!!!!! I guess we wont be buying in this street anytime soon
Also need some tips for Leila. the poor wee thing was up every hour last night and I have taken her temp twice today and have readings of 38.5. she is pretty dopey and doesnt want to eat food or drink water so i have been trying to get her to BF pretty much all morning. she takes that but not for long. hhhmmmm. I just gave her some panadol as i felt that the fever was going on too long, so hopefully that will give her some relief. at what point do you think it's worth while going to the drs?
oh and her legs are freezing! is that normal with fevers?
sorry for the bizillion questions!!
-
Hi Girls, I have been extremely slack with posting in this thread since we got back from Perth.
Hope you are all well!
Hope the daylight saving bubs are back to normal soon too. Perth is 2 hours behind us and Charli adjusted quite quickly to that time and since we got back she's got back to QLD time in the mornings but still on perth time at night
Noni, I am envious of the shopping expedition too
Not sure if I have mentioned this before but Cheeky girl has said her first word. Bubba!
And she's nearly there with sitting on her own and crawling. I've got a bit of a lazy bubba, but that's okay as I know it's going to be fullon once I have to start chasing her around the house :)
-
Clare I always take my little one to the drs unless I think it's something really obvious like a head cold that everyone's had. Especially once there's an ongoing fever since it could always be something like an ear infection, or tonsilitis that isn't apparent from the outside. Most drs are happy to give your baby a once over because it's not like an older child you can tell you where it hurts, KWIM?
Well done Charli on saying Bubba.
I forgot to tell everyone I sprung E doing a commando crawl last night - saw her travel about a foot. Haven't seen her do it today! Sneaky Betty!
-
hello ladies..just a quick one from me
dp has done his back in at work and is acting like he's just given birth or something. i mean, i know it's sore but i think he thinks he's close to death or something. why are men such drama queens? he's lying in bed right now and refuses to lie in the loungeroom for me (then he could watch lewis play on the floor/jolly jumper so i could actually get some stuff done). no, he has to lie in bed and call out to me everytime he needs something and i have to sit in here and watch lewis. seems highly inefficient to me......anyway...he refuses to go to the doctors but was more than happy to walk around last night in the garage drinking beers.....hhhmmm
sorry for rant!!
arte- yes we went back to swimming yesterday, thanks for asking. it was much better, mainly because 5 people were away! i think they were all jacked off from the week before LOL.. have you been going to swimming? i like it when i'm in the pool but i find that it makes lewis really exhausted and it's a bit of a nightmare afterwards getting him home, bathed, fed and asleep....you can't really do anything afterwards because he's so tired that if you don't get him into bed he turns into a monster!
md- are you saying that E is actually crawling???
-
Hello strangers! ;) yes the school holidays have been keeping me busy, that's for sure. All the power upgrade is finished now too.
I have spent the day tearing my kitchen apart trying to find dead mice LOL. We put some poison out as we noticed there were a few getting about inside and the little buggers aren't going outside to die. I found one in the loungeroom the other night that just came out from behind the buffet and just dropped dead, so that was fine, I just chucked it out, but the kitched reeked of dead mice, so this morning we had to find it. Turns out there was one under the fridge and one inside the back of the deep freeze where the motor is. So now my kitchen smells domestos fresh LOL. Plus I had to take L to Auskick registration today too, so I have been very busy.
There has been far too much happening for me to do personals sorry :)
I have uploaded some new pics of my boy too https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...cat=540&ppuser=
