Cally, I hope you can get K to have a decent sleep tonight - she needs a good sleep as much as you do.
Arte, LMAO at you putting the wrong date on the calendar, I would be tempted to leave it and go along with the 7th, but knowing my luck I would forget and say it was the 10th and bring me unstuck. Cross it out and blame baby brain
Gracie WTG on L getting another catalogue - seems like he will get a bit of work for spotlight. How are you *feeling* today though?
Gosh, can't remember what else was in the other thread now.
With the eye thing, Lindsay was born with it apparently, which is what caused his left eye to turn (it turned as he had to strain so hard to focus as a baby when he was developing hand and eye co-ordination etc). We have until age of 9 as that is when they eyesight is fully developed, so what it is at 9 is as good as it is going to get. At this stage he wont ever get to be a pilot at all and can legally drive with no glasses on. He can have lasik surgery when he is 18-19 to fully correct it though. DH's sister is short sighted and it wasn't picked up till she was 9-10 when she started having trouble at school etc. Her eyes are dreadful and she can't see a thing without her glasses or contacts in. Oddly enough though Dh is the only one in his family that doesn't wear glasses. I did ask Lindsay's opthamologist if we would have a problem with the other kids and he said it was unlikely. I have perfect vision - I can read the writing on the $10 note LOL.
Sherie, I am glad that L's eyes are getting better. It is such a pain to always have to wear glasses or contacts. I can't even read the time on the alarm clock next to the bed without a heap of squinting. Back at high school when I didn't wear my glasses full time I walked past my mum in the street because I can't make out faces (I needed to but I was nerdy enough without wearing glasses too LOL).
I still feel like a d!ck about the wrong birthday, I have no idea where the 7th came from, he was due on the 14th and born on the 10th.
Cally, hope K is not too blocked up and is feeling better soon.
Just quickly jumping on to say hello. I have had a great weekend with my sister and was very sad to see her go. I am absolutely buggered and will try and catch up tomorrow.
