Happy Birthday to Noah and William - hope you are both having lovely days.

Rainy - Sorry you and DH are fighting a bit. We do more when I am tired, I get more snappy. Would probably have had a big one this morning over her sleeping bag if we hadn't had people over! Can you sit down and have a chat later? And I want to know the sex.

Noni - Congratulations on planning your wedding. I'm sure it will be a lovely day.

Christening went well, she was ready to hop into the font, I think she wanted a bath! The house is a bit of a mess and I am pretty tired (she woke at 4:52 this morning and even though she went back to sleep after a feed for 1.25 hour, I didn't) so am glad the weekend is over. Although it does mean that my return to work day is looming closer (tuesday week)

R: we had MASSIVE fights; mostly in the first tri, then we had a beauty just before our 1st ante natal class so was in the 3rd tri...the first ones were def me getting all insecure and narky. and in the 3rd it was DH. in retrospect i think he was a bit scared of going to the class, but we had this yucky fight IN PUBLIC!! and of course i was a blithering mess...

    i soooooo wanna know!!!!

Noni: CONGRATULATIONS!!!! how exciting! i wish we had of waited a bit longer after L was born, just so we could have partied more! ohhh we need piccies of the dress!LOL

    sorry vent over...

also went to baby bunting today. had to buy summer sleeping bag. and also L's trick of dropping the cot side is becoming perilous, so also checked out cots. am looking at simple, small ones that convert to beds...soooo, we both like the leander and the stokke. anyone got these??? and what do they reckon??? i think i'll ask in the nursery thread as well....hhhmmmmm

aaawww thanks for all your support guys. glad to hear i'm not the only crazy psycho preggo woman- i just seem to get a lot more upset and angry. prolly doesnt help that i haven't had a full nights sleep in almost 12 months- not even one night!
everything is working out much better today. dp just doesn't respond well to drama. trying to get sympathy or compassion out of him is like trying to get blood from a stone. i love his hard manlyness in someways, iykwim? but sometimes i hate it...

now.....about the sex....we need to have a consensus that you all want to know .....i think you should all start putting in your guesses now and i'll let you know whose closest

Happy birthday to WILL and NOAH ! I hope you've both had a wonderful day with your families!

Rainy, I soooo want to know as well. Like Arte, I'm living vicariously thru your PG, only it's not to tide me over, it's forever. We had a little 5 month old visiting today for Miss E's party, I held him and snuggled against his gorgeousness and felt this big 'AAAAAAH I'm never going to have this again moment'. So it's all up to you hun. PS you can tell us the sex but keep us guessing names if you like . BTW I'm totally with you about the whole preggy raging emotions thing. I think you're probably well justified but you feel the highs and lows so much more when you're preggy.

Noni - wow how exciting about your friend coming up and even more exciting that you are planning for your wedding!! I was cracking up when I read about A wedged in the telly cabinet. DD1 used to sit in her bookshelf reading books.

Arte - Oh I soooo love NZ! We spent time in Wanaka, Queenstown and I still have my Puzzleworld photos LOL. I'd love to take DD1 for a holiday around the place, I think she would really appreciate it at this age, and now we have our friends over there near Dunedin (which I also loooove) all the more reason.

Cally glad the christening went well. I'm feeling a bit weary now too.

Well E's party was a roaring success. We had a ducky birthday cake, little ducky pattycakes and ducky biscuits, and we decked the loungeroom out with millions of balloons in pretty colours. I had bubble blowers for all the kids and everyone had a ball, young to old! I taught my friends 2 yo to blow bubbles (classic moment!) and E followed him around like a friendly little shadow. I even remembered at the last moment that we should have champagne LOL and rang my friend to bring some. Not sure if I got a good photo of E's party outfit, she was dressed in yellow and white to reflect the general ducky theme LOL. I'm totally pooped now though.

MD- party sounds like a hit, great job!

Rainy- i am with you love. I get massively insucure and jelous when preg and i am NEVER normally like that. I think the first tri sux, as well as the out of control hormones making you feel tired and like rubbish you start putting on weight and it's hard to feel great about yourself.
DH and i had a huge fight on Sat morning too. Still only just talking to him! I know i am being rediculose at times but can't help it. I think the fact that i feel so crap and as a result there is not much action in the bedroom also makes me feel in secure and unloved.

We were at a girlfriends birthday yesterday and i was holding Lu, for one reason or another she decided to throw herself backwards suddenly. I was talking to someone and not really paying attention. Anyway i half caught her by the calves but she wacked her head on the coffee table and started screaming. She was ok but i felt terrible, and i felt like the whole room was thinking "OMG what a terrible mother" i was really embarresed.

Hi Cinta, I was wondering where you had gone. Good to hear C's party went well. If the mini tantrums you are asking about are the sit down and cry when they don't get what they want ones then yes, we have them here quite a lot! With concieving, do you know your fertile signs? You can usually tell when you are about to ovulate by checking your cervical mucous (so glamerous lol). Head over to the TTC forums and I am sure there will be some info. Are you breastfeeding? I know that BF is stuffing up my baby plans, my cycle is not behaving like it should and I am getting AF too soon after ovulation so no little bubba has time to implant

Ange, thanks for the offer re the nappies. The site I have been using sells a 6 pack for $170 NZD (about $140 AUD), not sure what they sell for over there? I have just got a Monkey Doodlez bamboo but I got the high rise and I think I will send it back for the normal medium. I am becoming obsessed, DH is sick of me talking about nappies lol Hope L is o.k. Yesterday DH and I both stood and watched as W fell off the deck and went face first on the stones. It was like a slow motion thing, he sort of slipped on to the next step and then slid down to the ground. He now has a bruise on his forehead, the second one ever.

MD, the party sounds fantastic! Bet E was a cutie. H would be at a great age to enjoy a trip here. We have the tacky (but oh so fun) photos from puzzleworld where you stand on the lawn with your hand out and it looks like you are holding the leaning tower lol

Rainy, my bets are on a little girl. I would love to know the name too, but I guess I could wait if you choose not to share. How is Lewis sleeping?

Cally, glad the christening went well. Not long now until you are back at work! Seems like a lifetime ago since I was working and actually had to think lol. Did you sort out the BF for when you go back?

Ozstar, that would be great if you could pm me some courses (when you have time)

William has decided he is scared of one of his toys. It is an ulgy round dog thing that has a horrible giggle when you shake it. He picked it up yesterday, looked at it then threw it away and started crying. He saw it in the hallway today and came over to me with his arms up crying. It is an awful toy though, we named it Evlor because it looks and sounds evil.
