Ange, I'm a bit anti-pest spray and went for years in Darwin of all places without ever using it, but spiders are the one thing I make an exception for. This house was infested when we moved here, I was literally finding and killing 2-4 spiders (of every horrible description, whities, blackies, redbackies) EVERY DAY (!) So the landlords sprayed and it was good for a few years, only had it done again last year when we started to notice the numbers creeping up again, including finding a redback inside the house, not a good combination with a crawling baby. So get it done now and you'll find it's good for a few more years, you soooo don't have to spray every year, esp if they do under the house and in the roof cavity too.
Wooweee about your new brazzies. I've been on a bit of an underwear junket lately, got myself a few nice ones (wired), but still wearing the dready old mat bras every day. I suspect we're fairly close to weaning, it just doesn't seem worth going out and getting an entire new set.
Andie, Oh i know how wearing it is when you don't get your time out. I am feeling for you, sister . Hope they're recovered quickly and back into care! We're not doing anything for halloween, DH and I are going out tonight for our FIRST grownup nighttime date since my birthday LAST year (nearly 14 months) so the trick or treaters will be knocking on our door in vain. We've told DD1 she can have a halloween themed sleepover next weekend, she has a cookbook with all these cool things in that she's desperate to make for it! I don't think they'll care that it's not actually the date!
E had her needles this morning, seems to be pulling up ok from them, I could be eating my words tonight though,
AFM - well BLERGH at the moment, really struggling with waving DH off every morning to work, I just need him here and I need to have a holiday from my domestic responsibilities. SAHM burnout. Add to that my blood tests have come back with something wacko on the liver function tests so have to see the dr about that, hoping it's not something spectacular like hepatitis or more likely fat liver issues, like that huge enormous dead man that weird bald german sliced open on the show that Jamie Oliver did. Might explain though why I'm wide awake at night when I should be sleeping (!!!)
