    Congrats Noni!

Read through but don't remember much else. I was distracted by nonis news. I'm now down in Brisbane for a week visiting family and friends so might not be around much.

I'm sort of in the TTC boat. Waiting until after Christmas to really start.

Very short one for me here....Having lunch with my sister and Aunty so will try to get back on tonight. Although I haven't had a really nice long soak in a bath for 2 months so that might beat out the internet tonight. MILs place had no bath so had to wait until got to my mums. New house has a bath so will christen that next week.

happy and healthy vibes to everyone esp Noni

Hi ladies - Yay NONI!! !!

Cally I know she's fantastic. I don't know if i tell her often enough what a great help she is to me. She has her non cooperative moments though...

Trill oh DH and I were both cracking right up at A sitting on the kitchen bench hooking into your muffins! What a clever little monkey you have (stealing temple food and everything LOL).

JG - big big hugs - hope those BH settle down. I know how painful it can be. xxx
BTW I like Carter and Tomas - not keen on Izack spelt that way. But there again I'm one of those anally-correct about spelling type of people (ie why I work in a library) LOL so if you like it most then go for it!

AFM - Am going in to see Drs to find out if there's anything I can do to expedite surgery - even if it means delaying our move. Had another episode last night, I still feel shaky from it, I can't live like this!!!

MD I hope they can do your surgery earlier those episodes sound terrible

Kate oohh a long soak sounds wonderful. We are the same TTC, trying but not really until after Christmas.

Noni I will send you a PM about catching up. The sat after Christmas works best for me though.

Today has been hellish. Once Hamish woke at 11am he refused to go down again. He was so active, climbing the stairs constantly and learnt a new trick (how to climb into his sister dolls house roof) - excellent !!

I was struggling when my bestie phoned and offered to come round - thank goodness I for once was not stubborn and accepted her kind offer. Her daughter (9month old) amused Hamish enough so he stopped climbing everything. Bestie entertained H most of the day letting me veg out a little. She is such a good friend.

It's almost time to go pick Joel up from work so help is near. Yippi. If the pain doesn't settle down soon I will call the hosp for some advice. I know deep down that this is normal for me but geez the pain is unbearable at times and makes life difficult when all you can take is panadol !!

katie - Are you taking photos of friends, or have you got yourself some clients?

lol i had a dream i had a boy if that counts for anything haha probably just because thats my preference.. altho i do feel horrible saying that!
science wise tho i dont think it would have been overly close to o tho i cant be sure on that so that makes me think girl .. i think we might have 2 girls and then a boy or possibly just 3 girls lol coz im not prepared to have more than 3 lol..

Maybe you were just a few weeks out with the 'girl' prediction Rainy and it was meant for Noni instead........ well we'll find out one day I suspose.

Joel is home - what a relief, he has done the dinner thing and now bathing hamish. I had a long hot shower which seems to have helped the pain a bit. I know Im whinging like a baby but fair dinkum if this is what the next 15 weeks will consist of I tell ya I'll go friggin insane. I feel like Ive been in early stage labour all day - but I know very well that it's not going to go anywhere and I won't be meeting my baby soon...... very frustrating indeed.

Yep. Had preterm scares from 28wks due to painful contractions that wouldn't stop for days, thankfully I never begun dilating though. Finished work at about 30wks I think and was on lots and lots of bedrest til the end. So please cross everything you have (The TTC girls are excused from crossing legs though ) and pray that it doesn't get that bad this time.

I don't think my body likes to carry big active baby boys - especially after all the surgery I've had in the past........ well that's my take on the situation anyway.

Just heard some horrible news - A mother in my mothers groups lost her 5 month old daughter to sids on the weekend. How devastating - my thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. I've only recently joined this group - but they seem so very close it will be hard on all of them given many have bubs of similar age.

Off to have an early night. What a day !!

Oh Cindy what terrible news, just makes you want to hug your kids so tight doesnt it. My fingers are crossed that you dont have to go through what you went through with Hamish.
