I have my family but they aren't the most supportive unfortunately.

Made 3 weeks with breastfeeding so far, next goal is a month.

Also starting to think healthy, I'm a junk food addict and extremely lazy. Was thinking of doing lite n' easy now DH isn't here to help with kids/cooking but their food didn't look appealing to me on their website :-( also looking at zumba (at home) for my own health (mental & physical) I need to lose weight.

Hope everyone else is enjoy snuggles.

We must all have busy busy bubs. Hope everyone is doing well.

Oliver was weighed last week and he's now 6.4kgs that's up 2.2 since birth and grown 6cms. Still boobie fed but today seems to be comfort sucking alot.

We had an ultra sound on Tuesday and it confirmed reflux although they were checking to make sure it wasn't anything else and just happened to see it. Still on 20mg of losec and up to 15ml of mylanta a day (5ml at a time).

    Hope everyone is well.

    Hi danielle!!!!!
Glad all is well with oliver. Yes we are all busy i think

Not sure if you know we did a private facebook group whilst we were also in belly buddies group? As alot of us had facebook on i phones or i ads it worked really well.

Do you have facebook? As its alot more active in there. I think KR (pumpgirl) can add you to join.

I also started a private group called 'getting rid' fir those with excess bby weight/weight to lose, where we support each other and check in etc.

Anyway, Archie is good, eating well, sleeping well and is my most content baby yet.

    Shar xx

Glad to hear bub is doing well. Oliver's reflux has been playing up the last few days so mixing formulas at the moment.

    Any tips?

    Hi all!!
Hoping someone can relate or give me some tips.
My daughter is now 17 weeks old, born 6th April!
Since she was 7 weeks old she no longer takes decent day sleeps
She does her sleep cycle of 45minsn that's it! She will
Then only stay up for 1.5hrs max before going down for
Another 45mins. She feeds every 4hrs so I pretty much get
X2 45 min sleeps between feeds.
Hence by the time 5pm comes around she is exhausted
& crashes thinking it's her bedtime. We used to let her
Sleep then wake her at 7pm do the bath & bottle.
She would then sleep til 2-3am have a bottle n then back
Down but for only 45mins at a time, having to stick the dummy
In constantly & getting her to 6am (with difficulty).
Since this week we now don't let het crash buy instead
Wake her after 45mins. Keep her awake n do the bath n bottle
She's then in bed at 7am sleeps til 3am but goes straight back down
Til 5-6am without waking, so an improvement

She really needs a lunch sleep so she sleeps better
At night n can stay awake longer but I can't for the life of me
    Figure out how.

    Any suggestions??

    Hi LC85,
My boy is 17 wks. It is a normal thing to happen for them. they change their routine a bit every few months. some more then others. Some dont at all.
Keep doing what your doing and she will work into a routine you want. Remember it will take up to a week to get into a routine sometimes longer. My oldest and my youngest are the same. They dont want to miss out on anything so power nap during day. Today I got him into his bed and he slept for 2hrs. I didnt know what to do with myself.
