I hope your night improves Rosey. Sounds difficult. Is your husband able to help?

I have lots to say but too exhausted to write

Did you have a better night Rosey?

Is anyone else's baby exceptionally rashy/covered in pimples? DS has had shocking acne for the last 1.5weeks. I thought milk pimples don't start until 4-5weeks. I wanted professional photos done but his having an ugly skin week

I think its safe to say my bleeding has stopped

Shocking night. So tired today. Gosh I'm hoping this is an age thing and not a personality thing. I do have a few carriers from my DD and have been using the HAB for DS.

DS has pimples on his face and ears, has done for the past few days.

My husband went back to work 2weeks ago. His really not that helpful with DS yet. His much better with the older kids. Better than I am. As I am fully breast feeding it makes it hard to do to much as DS yells pretty well unless his in my arms or boob. He walks him every evening so I can have some time to feed my horses and water the garden. Although he usually seeks me out with a crying bub pretty quick.

Joining in here too My DD2 was born 8th December - Her EDD was Jan 7th.

I feel so lucky and blessed as my husband has been amazing!! At 4 weeks PP I became unwell and spent 3 nights in hospital. He looked after the 4 kids by himself for that time, and the first few days I was home he continued doing all DD2's feeds as I wasn't able to lift/carry her. I've been expressing and bottle feeding from birth, but since I've been sick my supply has dropped quite a bit, so we've been doing 1/2 EBM and 1/2 formula bottle feeding.

    Babies Born ~ December 2014

    Hi Mummas.

So glad your first day went well TT40. I hear you on the TT. I think my DD may be successful if I could really commit to it but with the noisy little koala attached to me - makes it hard. Your DD is almost 3 yeah? Same as my DD.

Mildez yay for a helpful hubby in other areas. How are your older children going?

Hi peekaboo. Your hubby sound very supportive that's fantastic. Hope your feeling better now.

As for us - well I continue to have an unsettled baby. No sleeping off me bar around three hours of an evening. He seems to cry a fair bit with what I think is belly pains, I feel so anxious, which I'm sure isn't helping. I wonder about my milk or if there's something wrong. My DD was very unsettled also and didn't sleep, she had silent reflux. I don't think he has reflux though - it seems like wind pains. My hubby is home of an evening atm which I'm so thankful for, he's been doing so much. I'd be a wreck without him! Anyways sorry for the ramble. I thought round two would have been easier , maybe with time......

He literally spent all night last night trying to get wind out. Finally did four massive windy poo's at 7am this morning. I'm going to make an appointment with my midwife this week, talk to her about it.

Poor darling boy Rosey. He sounds very uncomfortable. Did you get hold of your midwife? Does your DD go to child care or play group?

How are you recovering Peekaboo from your latest surgery?

TT I hope the feeding is going well with your DS.

TT40 hope this week has been good with your DH back at work.

We are going for our first trip away this weekend since DS was born. I am a bit nervous about it as he travels terribly although DH will be with me so atleast I can sit next to him.

Re: Babies Born ~ December 2014

Hey girls, things are good here, Quark was insane yesterday, screamed all day =( no idea why. She got her needles too (was screaming before that though) she seems better today, but nothing worked yesterday, thankfully Spock was at daycare all day though so I could just focus on Quark.
We are toilet training here too, so that is fun... spock has had insanely runny poos too though, so I'm very much over it...
Quark gets her hip ultrasound today too (being breech she is high risk for hip dysphasia) her rolls don't line up either, so I'm very keen to see what the ultrasound says.
Mildez have a great trip, where are u going?

We are off to Cootamundra. Just to visit an old friend of DHs. I have not met them before. DH was going on his own but they want me to view something down there that I have a strong interest in. BBL I struggle to write on my phone.

Rosey, did you catch up with your midwife? I hope she has some answers or suggestions to help with your DS's wind pains.

TT, how did the hip ultrasound go? Did you get the results or do you need to wait to see the doctor? My DD2 has a hip ultrasound next month as she was breech too.

Mildez, enjoy your trip away, hopefully DS is fine for the drive for you. Feeling much better now - thanks I'll still take it easy for another week or so, don't want to do any damage.

All is good here. DD2 is in a good routine (thanks to her 8 days in the special care nursery), she feeds every 3hrs.. occasionally does a longer stretch ~4.5hrs. She is starting to become more alert, it's lovely to sit and talk to her, rather than her falling asleep mid-bottle. We have her first clinic appointment on Tuesday. Will be interesting to see how her weight gain is going as I'm sure she has stacked it on! Definitely doesn't look like she was ever a premmie!

TT40 - best wishes for the ultrasound. Sorry to hear your DD had a bad day . Screaming days aren't fun for anyone.

Peekaboo - yay for a routine! How long ago was your DD's last weigh? I love that they are more alert now too, I love the open mouth when I talk to him and that he follows my fave.

Mildez - good luck with your drive. Hopefully little man sleeps well traveling. Does he take a dummy?

We go to playgroup usually but probably won't until we've had DS's needles. We went for a walk and ride the other day, made us all happy. I see my MW next week. He was better last night as I slept him on his side, I know i shouldn't but... Gotta do something the poor man was so uncomfortable. Still no down time of a day.
