Lolpigs I am looking at those ones, can I ask which one you have? Mini, freestyle or swing?

Edit: ignore that I just found an old post of yours in the breast pump review section

Subbing. DS has an ear and chest infection, DH, DD and I have colds. Falling through the days ATM!

Lolpigs - like the others have said, don't be hard on yourself. You can only do what you can do. I always think that no one asks me what I was fed as a baby, so try not to stress.

Jules - Sounds like things are tough in the sleeping department for you. I really can't complain, I'm only getting up 1-2 times a night (second is usually 5-6:30ish. If its 5 I'll sometimes go back to sleep), but I was just wingeing as I would rather sleep, but who wouldn't? I also am lucky as DH feeds DD2 a bottle of expressed milk at 10-11ish each night so I can get a head start on sleep, so I really shouldn't complain at all.

Well we had a nice day. We went to a park this morning. This afternoon whilst everyone was sleeping (DH included) I had an hour to myself to do some craft. It was great to have me time. I should make more of an effort to have it more often. We went out to dinner tonight to celebrate FILs birthday.

Thanks all I really appreciate it. Just sooo disspointing and UGH the MCHN and the rest with their criticalness.. /hides

I'm glad to hear everyone is doing so well however. Since adding the formula top ups Emily has been sleeping in 4 hours blocks around the clock. She isn't a fussy eater, has no reflux problems like her sister so is a dream in comparison in these early days. Feed me = happy. LOL such a nice change.

Chody: I would love to have some time to do some craft. That sounds so nice! I've been hanging out to make a blanket for Emily as I made one for DD1 as a keepsake but haven't had a spare moment to get on my sowing machine!
Kit: That sounds awful I hope everyone is feeling better soon!
Joeve: Hehe no worries, it is a brilliant pump. Do try and get the soft cups they do wonders and are kinder on the boobas.

Joeve - I'm hugging mine more than ever today. I didn't even mind (too much) being up from 3-4:30 this morning! Good luck with the pump! Don't be disheartened if you don't get much to begin with.

A group is a great idea Jules. DD2 is putting on good amounts of weight, but not that much. Last week she put on 300g, the week before 200.

Susan - I'm so glad Indi is sleeping well for you.

Yes happy to join fb group no idea how though.
I literally ripped the box open of my pump the minute mum dropped it off! Ok I got 50mls approx 75 mins after I had bf. Is this good or bad? I have no idea!
My nipple on the left side is so grazed it was sweet sweet relief to express lol

I'd say that's good Joeve! Well done!

Edit - I tried to make a private group but I think I need to directly add people (ie you need to be my friend or the friend of someone in the group first). I'm not sure how to add my Facebook link. How do you find your facebook URL?

I had to express today. My Rt breast particularly was hard as a rock with rocky prominence's too!

I also took Kisty to the Dr this morning as her stump has been smelly and is a bit reddened> It is difficult to keep clean as she keeps doing these poomamis that shoot up the front of her nap and cover her stump. Dr said to add salt to her bath and use betadine afterwards and allow to dry with the air, which is hard as Kisty gets upset with her clothes off! We did that tonight but of course i'm nearly out of salt!

Ouch tillie! That is why I think I have hormone issues that never happens to me. Man poonami's something I haven't had yet this time around! Makes sense with the salt and betadine. Can you get a non coloured one so you can keep an eye on the redness? I can't remember if you can with betadine.

Emily hates being naked too, even changing a nappy will make her get upset enough to cry sometimes.. such a princess LOL

To find your FB url go to your wall and it will be in your browser
