Candy I didn't have to do anything, just put it in his mouth and he started sucking. Lol. I do have to hold it there most of the time, he can't keep it in himself all the time yet.

Kimmi I have the closer to nature ones (orthodontic sp?) but I heard the round cherry ones are better.
