Ahhh, I didn't get a notification for your last post, Mo! Have the coughs gone, or easing at least?
I'd love to meet you! Wonder what mischief our girls could get up to
We went camping on the weekend, DD went flying and smashed her mouth on the table in our camper. I totally freaked out, thinking that there was no way she was getting out of that without a missing tooth, but she was okay and I cried for longer than she did! We had news too that someone we know is pg and I was sort of pleased to feel a bit of jealousy rear its head. I guess that means I'm somewhat ready to try again. But not entirely. Want to give it a bit more time, my body's been a bit warped after the m/c.
Hope you're all going well and starting to get those beautiful round pregnant bellies, or enjoying having little bubs.

I can only imagine the kind of trouble 3 little girls could get up to lol.
Glad your DD is ok that must of been so scary.
Maddi still has a night-time cough but we can now control it. She goes back again today for a review.

Happy Birthday for yesterday Mo!
Sorry to hear your little lady is still having trouble with the cough but glad it is improving
We have had a toddler in the wars this week too PR! First she split her lip kicking a ball around and slipping on it and then Friday night I had to run her to the doctor (had no car) which luckily we have a late hours drop in up the road because she hurt her arm and was crying everytime it moved - it happened when she was just putting a jumper on so I was pretty sure it wasn't broken but something definitely wasn't right. Doctor takes one look at her, asks if it is a sore arm, I said "yep" and he goes "ah yeah, I know what it'll be" and pops it back in; apparently the elbow joint just got loose or something, really common in toddlers he said. I'm guessing she just got caught up in the jumper the wrong way but I'm pretty shy letting her dress herself now.. letting her but watching like a hawk to swoop in and help because it was terrifying seeing her in such obvious pain and having no idea what was happening. As soon as he popped it back in she was fine though, started using it again as we were walking out the office door so that was a huge relief. I'm glad your DD is okay too PR, toddlers are such daredevils!
I think I might have a little soccer star because her new thing is to spend hours and hours just kicking the ball around the house and periodically chucking both fists in the air yelling "goal". No idea where she even learnt that because I don't watch sport but it is very cute and I love kicking the ball around with her. I can still count her proper words on one hand but not really worried about it as such.
Get to pick up my car today!! After almost 6 weeks without it, it will be weird driving again. Just in time too because me, DP and Imogen are going away for the weekend and it would have been a bit of a nightmare without it.
I'm just over 11 weeks now, it is going really, really fast. Haven't even got a referral for anything so need to get onto that. I didn't have an NT scan with Imogen so not sure what I want to do this time. Haven't really decided where I want to give birth either! Completely disorganised but I'm sure it will all work out.
Belated Congratulations MrsC, hope everything is going well for your little family!
And hope the same for everyone else too

Yeah we are going along okay its much much harder than i ever thought having 2!
Ella has had a really hard time adjusting to a baby in the house - she can be so mean to him hitting/kicking/pinching then loving the next minute i cant leave her alone with him or put him anywhere she can tip him out as she will :o
she has regressed in her toilet training back to nappies!! where she was in undies before
I take her out on her own for special trips and we make sure she gets lots of time
she hates me feeding him and then shes really naughty as she knows i cant get up
she tells anyone who is holding him to put him away
im hoping as he gets more fun for her she will come around
any tips on helping her adjust greatly appreciated
Jayden is a lovely baby very easy going - he has started to put on weight hes just a slow gainer. The health nurses stress me out so i haven't had him weighed for a few weeks now. they wanted him on formula but he hates it hes a booby boy. Hes growing out of his clothes hes just a long skinny thing.
I barely have time to come on here anymore i am reading just cant sit down to post alot.
sorry for the selfish post  but its feels good to vent it out

Congrats again Ange she is perfect & i can't wait to meet her x
Kell the first few months are hard but it does get easier, doesn't help that E would be going through the terrible 2 stage.
Just keep doing what your doing, she will adjust x
Have you tried having special feeding time toys for her? Make it so she will only get them when he feeds.
Great news about J gaining weight, Kodi was a real slow gainer as well.

Hi girls,
I haven’t been on BB in ages, we have been super busy. DF starts a new job in a couple of weeks, we are moving around the same time, I have applied to start studying next semester and we got a BFP this morning! We are expecting a bub in Feb next year!
Mo – Hope Maddi is feeling better. How are you going with your pregnancy? Has your sickness settled down? I am jealous that you and PRMG are close enough to meet up. There is noone from BB close to me, although I did randomly see another BB member in the food court in a shopping centre a few weeks ago. We have each other on facebook and were both looking at each other smiling as we recognised each other :)
PRMG – Yay for your DD’s sleeping, is it still going well? I will keep my fingers crossed for you that when you are ready, your TTC journey will be unadventurous with a nice sticky bub
Kell – Jayden is such a cutie! I hope that Ella adjusts to having him around quickly. My cousin’s little boy who is 3 has started asking if they can take his baby sister back and he doesn’t want them to take her when they go out. It’s heartbreaking.
JF- Yay for getting your car back! How is DP’s job going? Have you guys found a rental? That’s scary about Immy’s arm, I’m glad it was reasonably easy to fix.
MrsC – Congrats on your new baby girl!
Tanya – How are you and your boys going? Have you guys moved to Sweden yet?
-
Congrats to you FW :D
Kinda settled down, but nausea has come back.
Only 15wks left, so i can suck it for that long :)
-
Wow congrats FW, what great news! You aren't far behind me :) DP's job is going really good! No rental yet but still looking, hopefully soon.

Not much happening here, but i did have some bleeding yesterday so went to the hospital & Bambi is fine. They don't know why i had the bleed but as long as i don't get any contractions then i've just got to rest.
Which would be way easier if i didn't have 2 kids to look after, but it's only spotting now & she is still moving around heaps :)
This pregnancy has not been easy for me, with the severe m/s & all the bleeds i've had. I've not had a chance to enjoy it.
I haven't brought anything for her yet as i'm a little afraid something will happen.
Only 14 and half more weeks....
Hope everyone else is well :)
-
Hope the bleeding settles down soon Mo so you can relax a little bit!
Everything seems to be happening all at once for us. We took DD over to the new house and she loves it. She seems excited about her new room but I'm not sure that it will equate to her wanting to sleep in it after cosleeping for so long. Keep your fingers crossed for us :) We get all of our stuff out of storage in 2 weeks, I can't wait to sleep on my own bed!
-
Mo  hun. It's horrible when you simply can't enjoy being pregnant, so many worries and scares. I hope the next 100 days fly for you.
FW - Hope the move goes well!
I'm kicking myself this morning. Last week IO bought DD a potty book and we've been reading it to her, trying to get her to understand. Anyway, she'll shout out that she wants the potty, but it just means that she wants me to read the book to her while she sits on the potty. When she did it this morning, I was on the phone. hung up and realised by the lovely lingering smell that she actually wanted to use the potty! Bless her! And stupid mummy :(
We finally put her new bed on layby yesterday, it was on sale so got it for $150 less :)
-
Is anyone buying anything out of the toy sale catalogues? I had a quick look through a couple online and nothing really jumped out at me. I think we'll get a few little knick knack things to do up DD's room and make it pretty and special for her.
-
I've gotten some things from Kmart for DD. She loves getting in the kitchen with me, so we've gotten the toy oven (the small one), some craft tubs, the doodle mat with pens (because the pens don't work on anything else and I don't want her to continue drawing on the curtains!!!!), and a doll.
We also put scrabble and jenga on the layby for us
-
M is getting a TV for her birthday, yes i know she is only 4 but it's not like she'll be sitting there watching it all day.
She also want a butterfly doona cover & i'll probably get her a craft tub & maybe a bike if she learns to peddle sometime soon.
For Christmas we are getting them a Trampoline & maybe a wooden kitchen for inside the house plus some small items but i'll most likely get them closer to Christmas.
MG you reminded me i want to lay-by some games for me lol
-
LOL Mo, the prices for the games are great! Scrabble and Jenga were $18 each. I haven't seen Scrabble under $35 before! I was thinking about hungry hippos too for when DD is older, but didn't do it :)
-
Still nothing interesting happening here.
I think M will be an artist when she gets older, she loves drawing! She draws people, dinosaurs, rainbows, with grass, sun & a tree with a swing.
You can actually tell what her pictures are most times, she also tries so hard to colour between the lines it's so cute.
Kodi is doing well, tho she is well & truly going through the terrible two stage & making life difficult.
We took the girls to the city on Sun, we caught the train in & both girls thought it was great. We ended up going to the Museum so M could see the Dinosaurs, She is obsessed with them at the moment. We have read that many books & seen that many movies about them it's not funny.
Hope everyone is doing well :D
-
How is the toilet training going PRMG? We are going to get serious about it once we move
Mo - we love drawing and dinosaurs here too. DD still talks about the tyrannosaurus that we saw in Brisbane museum even though it was a few months ago. She also loves gardening, digging and watering the plants :)
