Hey ladies!

I haven't been getting any notifications for some reason, so have lots to catch up on!

Con & Meercat - good luck to getting your DH's to help out a bit more, or be more helpful with the bubs. I was a bit worried that my DH would be like that as he's never had the slightest bit of interest in anyone else's bubs until they are old enough for him to play with. I was sooooo wrong, as he is so good with Fraser. He's working heaps extra at the moment to help us out financially, but when he comes in, he's straight over to Fraser to spend some time with him and asking if he needs a nappy change, etc. It's so good!

Jelly - do what is right for you. Just remember that it's not always as simple as just deciding to bottle feed - I have a friend who desperately wants to wean but her DD will only take the boobie.

Nat82 - glad you found a house that's more suitable. I know what it's like not having any family close - mine and DH's are all on the other side of the world and haven't even met Fraser yet.

Beata - I'd def recommend seeing a physio about Cam's neck. You may need a referral from a paed. Fraser is fully turning his head to both sides now, with no preferred side. The damage is still done as he does have a large flat spot, but we did everything that we could to prevent it. I'm not going to beat myself up about it any more.

Hi to everyone else!

As for us, we've had a few unsettled days. Fraser has now decided that he wasts fed on demand, which is sooooo not good. Saturday and Sunday, we were out trying to get DH a new ute (a dual cab so Fraser can go in) about half an hour from home. About 10 mins into the journey home, he starts screaming and I mean really screaming!!!! We're on the Freeway so it's not like I can just pull over and feed him. Plus we're only 20 mins from home! It was awful - he was so upset that he could hardly breathe. On Friday, he was only taking dribs and drabs of a feed all day. I was chatting to my mum on Skype and I had to keep stopping to give him 30-40 mls whenever he felt like it. We went through this at about weeks 6-8, which we put down to a growth spurt, so I think this may be the same. The other sore point is that he was only getting up once through the night to feed (at about 1-2 am) but he has now reverted back to waking three times a night! It's exhausting! Fingers crossed it won't last.

On a positive note, Fraser is almost rolling over. He brings his legs half way up over his belly and rolls from side to side, laughing so hard! It's soooooo cute! He's also properly full-on grabbing everything now - usually his toys, my hair, my clothes, anything that is beside him while he is getting his nappy changed (so have to get rid of the nappies immediately now!!). It's so funny how they have the instinct that everything goes to the mouth!
