Shell - Enjoy the wine...I have tried beer and wine...I was having a glass of light beer each night and Soph got windy...then I had a glass of wine instead and she got spewy...so now I am doing more like Bree and a small amount every now and then for my sanity! I too and praying for an all nighter...haven't experienced it yet..Until about 5 days ago Soph was feeding every 4 hours but I have been lucky and getting through to 3 or 4am...until last night!!!LOL... I co-slept alot with Soph early - not so much now...I lie on my side and put Soph on her side so our tummys are facing each other. She rests her head on the crook on my arm...that way I can't roll and neither can she. I researched co-sleeping with my son and this was a recommended way whilst they are still younger and can't roll around the bed like a big boy or girl.
Cass - how the growth spurt going? Soph had a sleepy day today...was lovely!!! She just went into bed and slept big chunks!!!
Deedles - Soph has nearly grown out of her basinett too...very sad...
Stacey - Gr8 idea re basinett in the cot...might have to try it soon..
Lisafire - We have a sleep positioner...love it and used it with my son until he was really rolling around the bed at about 9mths.
Bree - Congrats on the first client.
Can't believe our car looks like it has packed it in...so have to talk to bank re mortgage to get new car...was hoping it would last a few more years until I am working more...always the way!
DH on hols for two weeks from tomorrow arvie...going away for a few nights next week - gr8 to get away and a change of scenery...
Better go - toddler not going to sleep by himself tonight - so might have to go and have a lie down with him..DH downstairs chatting on phone (supposed to be his job!!).

I get so much more sleep with him in bed - I just roll over and pop out the boob when he's hungry and then (must be in my sleep because I rarely remember doing this) I slide him back up to the top of the bed. The only downer is I have to sleep right on the very edge of my pillow so it's right away from Toby. Luckily we have a king sized bed so there's lots of room. I LOVE having him in bed - so snuggly and we get so much cuddly time during the night and in the morning as we wake up together.
Have you cracked open the bottle yet Shell?
I've found that the days I was home in the morning Toby slept for at least 1.5 hrs in our bed. This morning he had a 3 hr sleep
I need to get back on some multi vitamins I think. Will have to come and taste the Mummy Shake Stace, to see if I can stomach it.
