I know, the adorable little jerks :)
Elocin, big hugs babe.
 nic. these early weeks are so challenging. actually, there are always challenging times (imo) but it's tougher at the start because you don't know exactly what might be bothering them. i always try to tell myself that they spent so long being carried inside us & constantly fed etc that it must be so tough to adjust to 'life outside'. i think C would be coming up for a wonder week soon too - that usually means unexplained crying.
i'm with skye - i don't want to wish away this time because there is so much to love about it but at the same time, it's tough & very draining. if it makes you feel any better - i started to get teary this morning because DP had left his breakfast dish on the couch & a plate at the computer from last night. i was grumpy because the window to do the dishes is small enough without having to collect plates from every room.
skye - hope today is a better one!
buffy - love the av (yeah, i'm a bit slow to get onto these things!!). what a marathon shopping effort - go miss w & go you!! i've done my fair share of feeds in car parks & had to stop the car for a feed too :)
rosey - sounds like your DD is feeding very efficiently now, which is awesome! love the shorter feeds! do you have a new mothers group where you are? mine started when my DS was 10 weeks but some of the other babies were only 8 weeks. i wasn't going to go but decided to just go & see & i ended up enjoying it. it was also good to get out of the house to a very baby-friendly environment where everyone was going through the same things as me.
miss e - hope the adjustment to your DH going back to work is quick & relatively painless for your DS (and you!!). and that you're getting some nice quiet time with cooper today.
nickers - yay for a decent sleep!! how are you feeling today? do you think it's just general soreness?
peanutter - massive  i'm sorry that your last day of mat leave is being truly sucky. i hope it gets better.
sararose - you are superwoman with everything you manage to get done!
lct - your little man sounds just perfect & very cute!! how was the mchn appointment?
razz - sorry to hear about the reflux :( i hope your DD going to daycare on a friday gives you a little bit of respite.
hi to everyone else!!
afm, it has taken me literally hours to do this post  but both DS & DD are asleep at the moment so i thought i'd come & finish off the post even though i should really be finishing the dishes & getting out of trakkies & into something decent - i've promised DS we can go to playgroup this arvo. we haven't been in about 6-7 weeks. before DD was born he kept sleeping all afternoon & we'd miss it but he's having an earlier nap today so i'm hoping we will make it - i'm conscious that he needs some stimulation outside the house - especially at the moment as i'm pretty boring with the feed, feed, feed that's going on!
DP went back to work yesterday & day 1 wasn't too bad. lots more accomplished than today, that's for sure!! i still get frustrated that i can't get things done but, unlike last time, i know that it ends & so i just need to go with the flow for now. i'd forgotten how independent DS had become!
I have tidied and organised all (and I mean all) of the toys in the house - baby, presently used, gifts waiting age appropriateness times and my old ones.
The backroom and both boys' rooms are now tidy.
I am feeling slightly better.
Nothing that was sucky is resolved, but I'm in a somewhat better frame of mind, and am determined to enjoy the last of my last day off ...
Hugs to all others having a rough patch - and a massive huzzah for those who are having a nice one!
In other news, I totally forgot to mention that DS2 rolled two weeks ago. Yes, rolled - from tummy to back. WTF??? He hasn't repeated the performance, so I think it was a fluke. But he does end up on his side really frequently ... cheeky monkey!
IM CLEAN!!!!!!!!! Happy dance lmao
hope everyone having a sucky day gets a better one tomorrow
skye hooray for showers :happyforyou:
peanutter cant believe your little man rolled, H only rolls to ehr side then flops back
sloane enjoy playgroup, i find its worth the effort as it really helps keep DD2 entertained and her behaviour is much better on days we have something onoutside the house in the mornings
nickers hope R has a better evening tonight, H was like that the oter week, I put it down to a wonder week but who knows? Great sleep though, sounds like it was needed
Elocin
Helena had another decent sleep last night but had her vaccinations today so I think the poor little thing might be unsettled tonight. Poor thing screamed and went purple when they jabbed her :( my older girls didnt scream nearly as much, I felt so sorry for her but glad its out the way. Her 6 week check up went well
Im being lazy today and watching TV and messing around on the computer while dd2 is at family day care, should be doing something constructive but meh. We did walk from the Dr's to the shops as I didnt want to put H in and out the car too much and risk bumping her sore legs so I did do some exercise but that is about it! I also fell back asleep after I turned the alarm off this morning, luckily dd2 came in about 10 minutes later or we could have had a terribly rushed morning. My dog wont stop barking today grrr driving me up the wall!
Helena is doing that cute Im going to hug your boob really tight incase it dissapears when feeding. So cute, love it when they are snuggly like this
i used to always have morning showers but i have found i now need to have night time showers. just dont get the time to in the morning and after i am dressed etc then i'd forget about it, so i try and have one after dh gets home or after dinner, if Ryker is carrying on dh has to just have him for a few mins while i get my couple of minutes alone time (although half the time one or both boys come running in telling me something or fighting so aint really alone time lol)
Nic- i say your lack of sleep is making you feel more emotional than normal, and rightfully so, but like Skye said (it is true it doesnt last forever) i remember ppl telling me about the majical 12week mark when things get better, they can be awake and be "happy" etc, but going through it seemed like it would never end. And i also seem to recall their crying and needs can increase between 6-12 weeks so i think your in the mix of probably the toughest period right now.
my chiro adjusted me and boy did i need it! i do also need a massage but hey dont think thats about to happen any time soon. was nice to show Rykie off to my work mates and then i had a cofffee with one of the girls and fed him. I had a gift voucher from xmas to use at a shop near work so went for a stroll and bought some cool electric candle things, they have a remote control with it too, awesome around kids cause its not real flame but they look lovely
Today is my "baby" boy's 3rd birthday! I can't believe he's already 3. My little boy is growing up so fast! He starts the Montessori toddler program in less than a week. It's 2 hours once a week but its the first time he's going to be away from me (besides a couple of times with my parents). I'm feeling anxious about it, but I think he's going to go really well and cope fine. His birthday started with a lovely huge meltdown when I tried to give him his "mumma milk" on the couch instead of in my bed because Arlia had just fallen back to sleep in the bed. I tried to just ride it out and be nice, but once he pulled over the big toy wooden kitchen I popped him in his room for a couple of minutes and he came out a different child, lol. Since then we've all had a lovely day playing playdoh, baking a cake, playing with toy animals etc. Once Daddy gets home tonight we'll give him his presents which include a bunch of lovely wooden toys (learning type ones), a helmet and a BIKE! It's a balance bike that turns into a normal bike once he has the hang of it :)
You ladies all talking about how the bub's sleep at night got me curious, so last night I had a look at my phone each time Arlia woke. I fed her around 11.15pm then she woke around 1.45am (so 2 1/2 hours since last feed). Then she next woke at 5.45am-ish (so 4ish hours later). I think those were the times anyway. I just pull out a breast for her and go back to sleep, lol.
When I express I used to just store all of it in the one bag, so I had a whole bunch of bags with 180ml and above. Then I realised that when it came time to use them I would never use that whole amount at once and the extra would go to waste. So since then I only ever store about 60-80ml per bag. I've never actually used it for my own kids though. It's been donated to a couple of other babies that were in need. Oh, I lie, I forgot that there was a stash that was getting old so when Shayla was a newborn and had nasty hormone rash and heat rash I gave her a couple of baths in EBM :)
Shayla in a milky bath
Mylitta- Happy 3rd Birthday to Kyson!!
wow that milk bath looks so inviting lol! and Shayla is so gorgeous, was that entirely ebm or mixed with water?
i hate this time of day....wish i could hir someone for witching hour lol from the moment we get home from school its on with all 3 of them... if i dont have dinner already done or started before this time i swear no one would be eating
speaking of eating are you guys hungry? Far out i am always looking for food and what i would normally eat just doesnt even hit the sides now :)
need to start eating more healthy snacks as ive been finding myself going for the biscuits or whatever is just easy access. this arvo intead of going to the cubboard i went to the fridge and ate a bunch of rockmelon....need to do that more often though i dont wanna put on any weight
skybie - woot for showers!! I love that fresh feeling, when you've been able to wash/shave/condition hair/brush teeth/clean ears/moisturise - whatever it is that makes *you* feel brand spanky new ... love!
mylitta - nice work on the EBM bath! I could just about do that with my boys - I've got about 28 litres in the deep freeze now ... my boobs are always feeling so full, and while I'm trying not to pump too much (because I'm back in the office tomorrow, and won't just be able to pump whenever I feel like it, as will have meetings, train trips, appointments and other out-of-the-home-work!) I'm getting good amounts most pumps. And a great big happy birthday to Kyson!!
sararose - yay for snuggly times ... and yay for a relaxed day!
nickers - umm, not hungry too often, but am trying to grab a banana/apple/raisin toast/yoghurt etc when I get a mug of water and a decaf, when I get ready for each feed. If I eat something which is healthy (or healthyish!) when I do a feed, I'm ok - even if I then don't end up having time to make a proper lunch, or if I lose track of time completely or just forget ... my "best" easy healthy snacks are trail mix, plain yoghurt with a piece of fruit, or my fave is corn thins with a generous spread of hummus with tomato and a little good quality cheese (mersey valley is my favourite at the moment). I'll have 2 or 3 of these, with a huge mug of water as a bf snack - it's got carbs, protein and natural sugars all in one tasty and filling go. If I have more time and want something hot, I can't go past good old oats - I've got a great big homebrand bag of oats, sultanas, and a jar of honey all together in the cupboard, and I put 1/3 cup of oats and 10 sultanas in a big bowl with some cold water, microwave for 90 seconds (while I boil the jug) and then put in a teaspoon of honey, and it's just perfect on cold mornings for a healthy but filling brekky, and it also makes a good lazy snack if I don't want to be cleaning tomato and cheese off the chopping board later ;) so no, I'm not getting hungry, but I do often forget to eat - but I try to make sure I catch up the next feed ... DH has been really naughty in buying me nice things to eat (blue cheese, chocolate, icecream, neenish tarts etc) because he knows that bf can take it out of you physically - but I don't want to replace it with stuff like that!! I'm also going to the gym, so I've lost some weight since DS2 was born (and I actually lost some weight during the pregnancy ...) but I don't know overall whether it's from eating well or exercise or breastfeeding or a combination ... as I'm back in the office tomorrow, I've made all those pre-cooked lunches, and some sugarfree jellies with fruit in the bottom, and have also taken oats, sultanas and honey, corn thins, etc, and I'll take some salad sticks and chopped up fruit also so I can behave while I'm at work, rather than getting too hungry and grabbing something unhealthy from the cafe downstairs or whatever ...
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGHHH! Maternity leave is over in a few hours.
And tomorrow I already have a breakfast meeting, a lunch meeting (where I may have to give a speech), a team meeting (which I'm running) and I expect to have to meet formally with at least 2 of the Directors I report to ... and I'm anticipating needing to express at least 3 or 4 times tomorrow, given that I'll be on a train before 7am and I don't expect to get home before 7pm ...
Pray for me ladies ... please!
Good luck tmrw peanutter! Sounds like you'll be right in the thick of it from the very start.

good luck tomorrow peanutter. nothing like bieng thrown in the deep end :)
Good luck tomorrow Peanutter!
Thanks for the love ladies xo
All the best for tomorrow 'nutter :goodluck:
Hi ladies!
I'm a terrible baby buddy, I can't keep up with all your chatter and always find myself on the phone, so hard to follow the thread!
Finnian is 7 weeks tomorrow, where is the time going!? We had our paed checkup today and our little piggy is almost 6kg and a picture of health - except he's diagnosed silent reflux :( paed has put him straight onto Losec to see how he goes. With any luck it will sort out quickly so we can get our happy boy back!
He sleeps great, normally 7pm - 3/4am. I have oversupply of milk which is a bugger as I usually have to get up to express some each night to be able to sleep. I did a complete express at 10pm the other night to 'reset' my boobs, as suggested by the ABA and i got 550mL in total! Hoping it settles down soon!
Absolutely loving our little man though! His big sister adores him and was very upset today when I had to leave her for the day for Finn to see his paed. I think she thought we were giving him back to the doctors!
Also had my ob check up and smear test. Was a bit sad to say goodbye to my amazing ob, especially since we don't know if we'll have another baby.
Hope everyone else is doing well. Will try and keep up from here on and be a better baby buddy :)
550ml HOLEY MOLEY KEL!!! my best i have done so far is 200ml and thats the first morning time. I average expressing between 120-150ml each time.
almost 6kg for Finnian too no wonder with all that liquid gold he is getting :) hope the losac helps his reflux
Good luck tomorro peanutter i will be thinking of you and your busy busy day, hope u get some time to express, ahve u got a place to store it and transport it home with you> Being the super organised person you are i am sure you do. thanks for the food suggestions mmm i have got oats in the cubboard might have to make me some for a snack, im just easing myself back into yoghurt i used to have it for breakky every morning with fruit but totally turned off it during pregnancy couldnt stomach it.
ok bed time, night ladies i hope all the little critters give you all some well deserved sleep tonight xxx
Righto, its official, I reckon some of you ladies need to start wearing capes, and your undies over the top of your jeans, cos you are SUPER HEROES!!!
Peanutter – 28 litres of EBM :o I wish you all the best for tomorrow, but sounds like you have it under control. Take care of yourself on such a long day, there’s no easing back into things slowly huh?
Mylitta – Happy Birthday to your big 3 year old – what a beautiful looking chap! His cake might not have taken long but it still looked amazing! I bet he will be so excited when he sees his balance bike. P.S. what was that cute tub Shayla took her Cleopatra bath in?
Elocin, you are doing great honey, just keep trying to roll with the punches. And don’t worry about DH and DSDs, I am sure they understand that you are tired and under a lot of strain at times. Connor is a star, he will make it up to you in gummy smiles tomorrow x
Skybie – yay, you smell sooo much better after that shower
Buffy – Dying to know what you bought for W’s winter wardrobe?! P.S. Thanks dude, I saw your tip on FB a little while ago, and have now switched to Beaujois (sp?) foundation, its awesome! Using the 'healthy mix' one atm. (By the way, at Priceline at the moment if you spend $19 on the range, you get a free full size mascara and lipgloss!)
Nickers – I hear you on the appetite thing. For the first 3 weeks after Yves arrived I had so little appetite I had to force myself to eat… now, I have to remind myself that custard creams are not a staple food group! You are so lucky having a team of chiros to fix you up, glad your back is feeling better, and hopefully you can wrangle a massage as well somehow.
Sararose – Hope Helena pulls up ok after her vaccinations, little trooper.
MCHN appt was ok, Yves is now 4.45kg, so has gained 550gm this fortnight. He had a great night last night, slept 11.30-5am, then 6-9am. We also had a bit of a day-sleep breakthrough – after reading some tips on BB, I recognised his tired cues earlier and put him in bassinet quietly before the crying started, swaddled him, and he was asleep within 10 mins, for 3 hours! Here’s hoping we can repeat that tomorrow…
Nurse wasn’t too worried about my section scar, apparently the tender-to-touch pain is still ‘normal’ for 4 weeks, and there is no infection, just a few raised stitches at one end which haven’t dissolved yet. Will keep an eye on it… all I know is, it is definitely still too painful to vacuum ;)
Uh-oh, better get my boobs out, Yves-il is getting restless. Sorry I haven’t got to everyone tonight, will check in again tomorrow. Big hugs to all those who were up and posting in the wee hours this morning – it was obviously a very funky night out there. Hope the ‘adorable little jerks’ behave a little better for everyone tonight (good one Buff!) x
Nice work kel!! My personal best is 540ml ... you win!! But it makes me sympathise with women who struggle with expressing ... :(
nickers - yes, I expressed for about 8 months after coming back to work after DS1, and I have it down to a fine art!! But as I seem to be producing more this time, I'm taking breastmilk bags, with a view to transferring the milk from cups to bags before taking it home, as I'll be able to fit a lot more into my little esky thing. I use an office which noone occupies, which has basically floor to ceiling blinds, and no windows to outside. I just use the kitchen to clean the pump etc, and the milk goes in the fridge or freezer until I take it home ... I pop it right at the back, just in case anyone is grossed out by it - but I've never had any negative comments. I have however had some really funny reactions, particularly by younger people, who have asked "What's that?" when I'm cleaning my pump, or when seeing me put "my milk" in the fridge ;)
as for my glorious return, I'm actually waiting for one of those home visiting doctors to get here ... I've had a sore throat for over a week, and had actually gone to the GP last week and was told my throat was red but fine (no pus etc) but now it's even more sore and swollen, and my ear and glands are hurting too, and the glands appear to be swollen, so nurse on call said to see a dr, so seeing a dr I am ... I hope that it's not contagious - I'm now all ready to go in tomorrow!! But I'll have to wait and see. No point storming in to the sound of magical trumpets and giving the whole office strep throat or something ... !
sounds like lack of sleep is common atm, I think Sam is having another growth spurt... she was pretty much up for the last 24 hours, yesterday, but then slept for most of the day today, which means she hasn't settled tonight (although slept from 1-3am so I have a couple of hours sleep under my belt). Yesterday I went to bed at 9am after her long stint...
As for food, I am getting more and more hungry as the days go on, so really need to have more healthy food in the house to snack on. Although I seem to be having breakfast and dinner as after being up all night settling Sam, I tend to get out of bed just before lunchtime...
DH is keen to DTD, and I would probably be up for it, if I wasn't so tired, so he will just have to miss out for a little longer.
Peanutter, I hope you aren't contagious although it could be a sneaky way of prolonging your maternity leave.
What bags do you use when expressing? And where do you get them from?
Kel, awesome weight gain! Great things are going well, bummer about the reflux though - poor little thing. Hope the losec sorts things out quicksmart.
zilly, sounds like you have a very alert little girl there - W is too.
peanutter, what fabulous timing to be feeling unwell. Take care of yourself, and if you did make it to work today - hope it goes well.
lct, I chuckle every time I see your description of Dr Yves-il! He's growing into quite the character. Great news on the eating and sleeping, especially the self-settle. Go mum! We've been trying it too, works sometimes but not others - as we speak W is wide awake in her bassinette staring around. Gah! Glad you like the foundation, it's particularly good for sleep-deprived gals methinks :)
Nickers, how was your night hon?
Morning to the other ladies.
AFM: my little upstart was up for six hours yesterday arvo and screamed the house down; finally fell asleep around 8. When she gets worked up holding her in our arms just makes it worse. Wonder if she's having a growth spurt too, as I was up for feeds almost every hour. Poor bbs!
Had another nice sleep-on together in front of the heater this morning though, actually dozed off with her in my arms for the first time ever.
Heading to the coast for the weekend tomorrow for a family do. We're staying with DH's mum as well as his two SIL and their kids. I'm a bit nervous about how W will go, especially at night - man, it's going to be loud. Wish us luck for the first road trip.
far out man, was on my way home from mums group and litterly 1min from home and school rung me to pick up Nixon who had a temperature and vomitted :( (not totally unexpected he woke me at 3am to tell me he had a sore throat but seemed ok thismorning)
ive booked him into the gp at 4pm just cause im thinking its the broncitis coming back, he might need more AB.
poor thing if he misses school tomorrow its grandparents day and 3 of his grandparents were going to his school in the arvo then my parents were gonna bring him home and stay for dinner...
Good luck on your road trip Buffy! Lots of stops and take plenty of snack and drinks for you & DH because if W is asleep, you don't want to stop for a coke!
Aw Nic, I hope he feels better hun. There's always something isn't there? I hope he's right for GP day tomorrow.
Peanutter, how is work going love?
Aahhh... Baby just woke up! Be back later x
im lukcy dh can come home from work so he just rang to say he is on his way so will pick up ds2 from preschool then i can just take Nix up to the doctors and not drag all 3 of them around.
Peanutter - thinking of you today, hope you feel ok and get through your first full on day at work.
buffy- have a great weekend, you'll be right im sure your SIL will understand having kids of her own!
so yeawent to mums group today and the group went from 4 last week to 13!! heaps of mums and bubs and was excited to hear one other mum has a 3yr old too so im not the only non first time mum. bubs range from 5months old to 12 days old so a real mixture....
i hate my head and how it thinks some times, i had to feed Ryker there so got out my ebm, thermo with hot water etc but i just felt crap that other mums would be wondering why i was bottle feeding my child and i felt i wanted to tell them all its ebm not formula :(
then the clinic nurse was talking about the differences poos of a breast fed and bottle fed baby and i just felt like screaming out well no bottle fed babies poos arnt different if they are still on breast milk.... is it society that makes me feel like i need to justify myself all the time or just my stupid head.
ofcourse i said nothing thought.. im pumping around the clock and its exhausting, Rykers nose must smell the good stuff the min i start pumping like trying to do it before he wakes, he wakes and wants me,(i always have 2 feeds in fridge though so im ahead of him
sorry if i am always ranting about i just feel nothing worked out the way i had imagines, in the fact i can just bf easily, have to have caesarians blah blah blah
Hi girls
Can I join in :-) We have been home from hospital for 3 weeks this Saturday and I am wondering if I should go in the "corrected age" thread or this one ?
:hello: Bengal and welcome, how early was your little one, I'm sure I read your BA but can't remember off the top of my head. Congrats for being home now :)
ETA just saw your ticker Bengal congrats on twins, 32 weeks I hope your NICU stay was good as possible. How big were your bubs? Dd1 was born at 36+2 and DD2 was 35+6 I'm lucky this was the first time I made it to term at 37+4.
Nickers what a pain little R is waking while your expressing, I'm sure they time these things just to keep us on our toes. my BF had been expressing and was worried that other mums would judge her on 'bottle feeding' her baby too but she realised she didn't care how other people were feeding their babies so they probably werent thinking about what she was doing. We are sooo much harder on ourselves as mums compared to what everyone else thinks, I bet anyone who knew you were full time expressing would be in awe of you like I am, it's a hell of a commitment
Peanutter hope you and your family survived your first day back at work
Buffy enjoy your weekend away, I wouldn't worry about the noise too much anyo e with kids asking people with a newborn to stay would be well aware of how noisy the little mites an be :)
H has been doing well today, still a bit sleepy after her vaccinations. I've started the house work but abandoned it as I can't be bothered and I'm sure it will still be there later! My project for this weekend will be to bake some bread as I have never done it before, off to get the cookbooks out.....
Nickers and peanutter as you are both using/going to use a lot of EBM out of interest do you use a bottle warmer or hot water to heat bottles of EBM. I kinda wish I had got a bottle warmer with my other dd's as I went back to work a lot earlier, but I can't justify the expense just for occasional use this time around
There was an avent one for $ 15 on a buy swap sell site, can see if its still available if you want hun, I had one but lent it to someone and cant for the life of me think.who
Nic, what SR said hun. Honestly, it doesn't matter how you feed your baby.
If I was in that situation, I wouldn't blink an eyelid at someone who cracked out a bottle and feed their bub.
We are always harder on ourselves. Always.
Big hugs my dear. Whatever you do, we are holding your hand x
have just msged who i think i lent it to, if she has it i can post it to you SR

bengal great birthday your little ones have ;)
also if anyone wants to add me on facebook who hasn't already pm me, I love seeing pics of everyones beautiful bubbas and how much they are changing everyday!
Bottle warmer located, its all yours hun just pm me your address :)
nikkers - i agree with the others that most people wouldnt even notice. and if they did & they're a parent then they should know that there's diff ways ppl feed babies & we all have our own reasons. you're doing an amazing job with the expressing - i have no idea how you do it!
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
 Nikkers, I get where you are coming from on this, I sometimes have similar thoughts in relation to my CS's. But like all the others have said, most people wouldn't give it a second thought, and those that do would be full of admiration - full time expressing is a mammoth task. It just shows what an amazing mumma you are!
Welcome Bengal - great to have you in here. How's it all going now you're home, have the twins settled in well?
Peanutter, how was the first day back? Did you manage to squeeze in expressing amongst all those meetings they had lined up for you?
Buffy, have a great weekend away. Like Sara said, I'm sure nobody expects a newborn to be quiet all night. Don't stress yourself out worrying about disturbing their sleep, if you're lucky you might even have someone be kind enough to bring you a cuppa while you're up.
Sara, you'll have to let us know how the bread baking goes. I've always liked the idea of baking my own bread but never actually had a go. I've often thought I'd like to buy a bread maker but don't have the kitchen space, hopefully our next house will include my dream kitchen ;)
ZIlly, I hope Sam was a little bit more settled for you today. Sound like she certainly kept you on your toes yesterday you poor thing.
lct, that's great weight gains for your little man! It's great that you've worked out his tired signs, I'm really struggling to identify Coopers at the moment and as a result struggling to get him to sleep. What are Yves giveaways?
AFM I had the morning from hell today. DS1 is still being really difficult with the CC drop off and is delaying the whole thing as much as he can. Getting him dressed is an absolute nightmare and the last two days he's gone in shorts and a tshirt (it's been freezing in melb). This morning I'd had enough and had a little temper tantrum before we left the house, thankfully DH took over and sorted things out. Cooper has also been incredibly unsettled the last few days. This morning I thought I'd try him on Infacol and see if that helped with his wind. It seemed to at first, but within an hour or two he became horribly unsettled and almost refluxy in his behaviour. The poor thing was screaming in pain. I finally got him to sleep at around lunchtime and he had a good 3 hour nap (I also had a much needed cheeky nap). Thankfully, after he woke up he was much, much better. Then I picked DS1 up, and that went relatively smoothly, as has dinner time... Just bed time to go...
I've also been meaning to say that if you'd like to add me on FB send me a PM, I'd love to add those of you who I haven't got on and see the pics of your gorgeous little people.
