Oh LCT, get yourself to a dr babe. My boobs are sensitive to touch and I still have to be careful when I'm drying myself after a shower, but that pain you're describing just doesn't sound right. Maybe an LC would be the way to go?

I think some of Yves' fussing would come from him sensing your pain and discomfort as well.

Definitely wait until you're both calm to do his nails. I can usually do C's when he's feeding, or DH bites them.

SaraRose, that's not a bad routine for H to be in. I hope you're doing ok with your DH not being home... I still don't know how you girls with more than one do it - totally amazing!

Rosey, you have to become a platinum member to get an avvy. There's a thread about it, but I can't link as I'm on my phone. Housework? When I can put C down, I try and get bits done... Luckily my DH and DSDs' are awesome and do most of it. The drier seems to be used more when I'm doing the washing - its just easier to chuck it in there!

Hi to everyone else!

All is well here with my gorgeous chunker. I weighed him at the shops on Tuesday... 6.49kg!!! Holy chubby thighs Batman!

Getting heaps of smiles now... Big gummy grins that send all of us into gooey messes. He doesn't really know what's happening if I clap his hands, he looks at me as if to say 'WTF was that?!'. He smiles at his little bathroom wall stickers and at my dressing gown that hangs next to the change table... He's a bit of a flirt this one!

Parents were good. I felt a bit bad because C seemed to cry every time dad held him... But would settle on mum straight away!

I've got my check up with my Ob on Friday and DH has decided to take the day off which I can't wait for! We're going to go out for an early Mother's Day breakfast beforehand. Not doing anything on Sunday, but we're having a nice dinner with my DSDs' on Monday night when they are back at our place. No pressies though, I'm going to order some books from the States next week, so that's my present from the family.

I have had my chest shredded by little hands, the sleep suits with buikt in mittens are great, H normally wears one after her bath so i she is fussing in the evening I can cover her hands and I always put them up at night to keep her hands warm. Sounds like a lactation consultant is the way to go and from riends experience the sooner the better. I get vasospasm when its cold and its a stop me in my tracks sharp pain, where as for me thrush left me with sore nipples and occassionally shooting bb pain after a feed but everyone is different. A LC could check your attatchment and make sure thats contibuting. You always hear breastfeeding is natural but you dont often hear that its not always easy!

Fuzzy, Milana must love her sling. So many poops! :o Had a big laugh at the shower explosion (sorry - I had one of those yesterday!), lucky it happened where it was easily washed off! Uni must be keeping you busy, what are you studying? Did you enjoy dance class and boxercise? I must start getting fit again.

Rosey, how are things going? Have you been able to put your snugglepuss down today? We usually do our groceries online too, so much easier; though we like to get fruit and veg from the market. RE: tummy time, W likes it first thing in the morning but gets cranky if we attempt later in the day. She prefers to be up on our shoulders and peer around. RE: domestic chores, I'm ashamed to say I do very little bar washing and tidying, with the occasional meal thrown in. My DH has been home for the past couple of months and has been doing everything! He usually does most of the housework though, he's a clean freak. I know, I totally lucked out :)

Peanutter, thanks for the tip about naps - that's a good idea. She's a pretty regular feeder but I might need to cluster them more in the evening to tank her up. It sounds like you and your DH have a great arrangement on the home front. Nice that your colleagues missed you.

Skye, hurrah for big smiles! She's a happy little camper, your Miss A. Have been clapping hands here but W just looks confused!

Nickers, how was your OB check? Everything ok? Great that Ryker is improving on the zantac, what a relief. Hope his chiro appointment goes well too. Your mother's day will be a blast and nice one on the new wallet. My DH has apparently bought something that he's quite excited about, and will be doing the first morning feed so I can sleep in, woot woot! That's present enough for me :)

sararose, great that H is getting into a bit of an evening routine. Love the cooing! Did you have a better time with the girls last night?

lct, so sorry the BF is causing trouble for you :hug:. It's rotten when you dread feeds. I highly recommend calling the ABA for some advice and maybe seeing someone in person if you can, you don't have to live with pain. Not sure what it could be but thrush is a possibility as it can be a bit different for everyone. I have itchy, sore nipples and W has a few little white patches in her mouth. In terms of fussiness, I agree it's probably a separate issue - he might be having a growth spurt perhaps, or a few off days...? Big, big hugs for you. You'll get through it, I promise.

Elocin, Connor is growing beautifully! Man he's cute, his cheeks are edible - probably even more so with those smiles, hey? Glad you enjoyed the visit from your parents. Hope your check up goes well tomorrow and you have a lovely day with your DH. RE: mine going back to work, I can't say I'm thrilled about it but feel so much better than in the early days that I think it'll be ok. I've been doing lots of outings with just W and I to get ready. It'll be good for DH to go back in a way, he needs some adult time and actually loves his job - so we can both start getting into a bit of a 'new life' routine. But ask me again on Monday!

AFM: thanks for the thrush tips gals. Started Nilstat and Daktarin yesterday, W hates the Nilstat so have been putting a bit of Daktarin on her dummies as well. Hasn't been affecting feeds but it's uncomfortable and I really don't like seeing her with it, so fingers crossed it clears up quickly. Had a rough day yesterday, the little muppet got over-tired in a nanosecond and only had a couple of short day naps. She was impossible to settle, holding her just gets her more worked up so there were hours of putting down, picking up, putting down, dummy in, shooshing etc - not even a walk in the Ergo helped. Finally conked out for her long sleeps at 8:30pm and then went through til 12:30, 4:30 and 7:00. DH had her for three hours (with a couple of bottles of EBM) in the afternoon while I saw The Avengers with a buddy, it was amazing! It felt really weird not having her with me, first time we've been apart since she was born. Needless to say I checked in on DH constantly, but of course he totally handled it despite her being very fractious. Thought my boobs would explode by the time I returned, LOL.

Took W to the GP today for her six-week check and immunisations. She's put on another 500 g in the past fortnight, so that's fantastic; hasn't put on anything length-wise but GP wasn't concerned, said it could be error in the way they measured, different stage of growth spurt etc. Bub also had a mild rash on her torso which seems to be viral, she has been a bit snuffly/coughy the past couple of days. The immunisations were horrid, my darling girl screamed so hard she couldn't breathe and I had to hold back the tears. She's been conked out in her bassinette for the past hour, though I found it very hard to stop cuddling her after that hideous experience!

great idea, think i might ask dh to do the first morning feed on Sunday and let me have a semi sleep in for once. he is ALWAYS the last to get out of bed every day of the week, school/work days and weekends, think i deserve 1 day a year hey :)

My ob check up went well, was gearing up for the dreaded pap smear (even tidied myself up down there lol) but didnt have it today. I have made another appt next month to get contraceptive sorted and he will do it then... now i just have to decided which one to go with.
i dont want to go on the pill, i havent been on it since before Nix was born, and even pre kids i was shocking remembering to take it so i would have no chance now, we dont want to go down the tube tie or snip track so the other options are the IUD in the uturus or the arm one... gotta read up on both and check side affects, etc etc......
in the mean time he gave me a script for the mini pill.... we havent even dtd yet since so i think if we do we might just use a condom cause you have to take the pill the same time each day and if u dont u arnt protected so id end up prob never being protected!
I had to leave my mums group early to go to the ob which was a shame, nice group of mums we have. the cafe we go to is huge and the clinic suggests it to all of the mums groups they start, we had 12 prams there today, and another mums group next to us had about 8 lol the guy said last week they had 22 prams at once!!

lct- how are you going you poor thing sounds horrible. breast feeding is with out a doubt for me the biggest challenge, its definatley not easy for a lot of peple and your doing a great job trying to persist with it.

You definitely deserve a sleep in nickers! You should be spoilt :)

Glad the check went well. It's hard to sort out the whole contraceptive thing, I quite like the pill as it does wonders for my terrible skin so mini pill is on the cards I think.

Great that you have such a lovely mums group and a good place to meet too.

I have a very sad baby on my hands. She woke crying and limp, whimpered through her feed and cried until she fell asleep in my arms again. I gave her some Panadol, hopefully it helps a bit. Her eyes just kill me, poor little mite. Stupid shots, I know they're for a good cause but geeze.

Mr R doesnt like being put down at this time of day, i have just very carefully put him down after falling asleep in my arms for the 3rd time, we'll see how long that lasts....

he had soccer training then come home had a shower, when he got out he was in hysterics with saying his bottom on the inside was sore and itchy, he couldnt sit still and was getting really distressed. i was begining to think it might be worms and dh took him to the medical centre. after a 1 1/2hr wait they were home with combantrim. so dh and i took some aswell and waiting for ds2 to wake so he can have some. its like chocolate lol so no difficulkties getting them to have it. you only need the one dose to kill it
now i will have to keep a close eye on Rykers bum/poos to make sure he doesnt have it...
apparently its common in schools and kids 5-10yrs and the female worm come down the bum at night to lay their eggs thats why it itches as night....its super contageous so i spent the night washing towells, disinfecting toilets door handles etc etc:rolleyes:

Nickers :doh: on the worms, very common, I was going to dose our family this week as dd1 said she was itchy! A facebook friend who is an anaesthetist, recently posted a pic of an appendix that had to be removed due to worms, very, very rare hence the pic so dont worry, but oh so gross, the fun of being a nurse with dr friends. Plus The joys of kids, just waiting for nits next. Hope R settled for you eventually

Buffy hope miss w is feeling a bit better today, maybe one day they can make all vaccinations oral, wouldn't that be nice. Girls were much happier the last two nights thanks.

Another good night here :crossfingers: it's going to continue, bed 8.30, one feeds out 2.30 then in bed with me and has only just woken now at 6.30. I woke before H it was so cute watching her wake up and stretch and wriggle :). Playgroup this morning then my cousins baby shower. Big girls have colds so I'm hoping to avoid it but doubt I'll have that much luck

She didnt, i ended up taking her to bed with me at 1130, had a really unsettled night and of course DD2 wanted to be up at 630 ergh brain fried!!!!
She's got a cold poor bubba and keeps gagging on phlegm.

Oh nickers worms suck!! we've just had it go through here, i was telling DF about the whole they come out your bum at night and lay their eggs and a way to tell is by sticking sticky tape on your bum for a bit and seeing if theres anything on it, he didnt didnt believe me at all till we googled it, showed him! then he kept asking if id do the sticky tape thing to him to see if he had them, was like HELL NO! just drink the medicine, you'll survive lol

Skye, boo to the cold - and long, unsettled nights too. Hopefully you both have a restful day today. Nice addition to stir fry, LOL! I keep finding dried milk spray on chairs and occasionally, the car console. It's funny and a bit gross at the same time.

AFM: W seems to have slept off her trauma, barely saw her awake yesterday but the sad face only made an appearance once more in the wee hours for Dad. Panadol to the rescue. She woke up smiling at 6:00am which was a joy to see! Has an upset tummy, I changed three poosplosions in a row (should have waited, silly mama!) but otherwise seems ok. Will see what the next few days bring. What's everyone up to this weekend? We're seeing a buddy and her new bub tomorrow and then big family do for Mother's Day on Sunday.

we're seeing DH's family for brekky and my family for lunch ...

had a reasonably good night - 9pm, pumped at midnight, bottle of EBM at 2am, fed at 7am ... yay!

has had two little feeds since then, but not a proper big one ... about to pump now for a little relief.

he settled great actually! I put him to bed about 8.30 and didn't hear a peep out of him til 2.30am! He was only up for about 45 minutes and then slept til 6!

honestly who droved the germ train into this house...... i just had to pick tyron up from preschool as he was laying around and high temp, as we were leaving he vomitted, thank god that didnt happen in the car... waiting for gp to open again to see if i can get him checked, just cause its the weekend now so if its not just viral will need to start AB. (he is prone to tonsilitis so want to make sure its not that again)
Since Ryker was born i have not yet got through a full week of school without one or both of them off sick...................

I know the feeling ... once I have kicked this bug, provided that DH, DS1 and DS2 don't get sick, it will basically be the first time since DS2 was *born* that we've had a healthy household ...

I've only actually had one day back at work, since he was born! I've been off sick, otherwise ... and the one day I was there, I left early because I was feeling so unwell :(

afm, things are good. earlier in the week ds had some hideous tantrums that left me feeling like a crap mum but he's been better in the last day or so. i was beginning to wonder if there was a bigger issue than just being an almost 3 yr old. but miss k had a mchn appt yesterday & my awesome mchn told me that she thinks it all seems like 'normal' behaviour & that it's just his personality. on the other hand, things with miss k are pretty cruisy! she's now 5.28kg & had put 550g in the last 2 weeks & has gone into 000s this week.

Hi everyone! So sorry I've been MIA the last few days. I have been reading, but things have been crazy here and I just haven't had a chance to post. Sloane I hear you on feeling like a crap mum, I've been feeling a bit the same in regard to DS1 and my parenting. I actually spat the dummy today and had a little tantrum myself, complete with jumping up and down 3 year old style. I almost started a thread to see if others feel like they have become a worse parent after having their second child. But, instead I just keep reminding myself that this too will pass (hopefully soon).

Cooper's been going pretty well the last few days. I've started giving him Gripe Water which has made a huge difference with the wind and we went back to the Osteo again on Wed too. But I think I over did the caffeine today (both boys were up a couple of times last night so nobody got much sleep) because he's barely slept today. That combined with some not so likeable behaviour from DS1 and no nap either made for a pretty cruddy day.

Anyway, enough of the pity post. I hope everyone else is doing well and looking forward to a good weekend.

urghh we have now all woken up with sore throats, and I have AF! Not fair breastfeeding full time and this is the second time since having H, seems to be back to a regular cycle boo!

I hope the tantrums are on their way out girls. I think my kids feralness may have been partly due to them getting sick, now I feel guilty about having so little patience with them :(

Miss E how was Cooper after the Osteo appt?
I took ryker to my chiro yesterday and he was the most calm he has ever been! his usual grumpy time he was a melon little lemon!! he did want lost of cuddles but instead of screaming the house down even while we try to sooth him he was just chillin.....i am holding him off the zantac for a few days after his chiro treatment just to see if it has made a difference we know it was from chiro and not meds.

Sarah- AF oh that sucks, after ds2 i think i got them at about 3months and even though i wasnt bf i was pumping around the clock. over the last week i have had af type pains but no af as yet, wouldnt be surprised if she shows up any day though.

Ryker did his first shop with me thismorning while dh and the boys went to soccer. he slept most of the time :)
ive been busy busy trying to get everything done today so i dont have to do as much tomorrow and i am buggered......still got more stuff to do though grrrr

We went and got our shots on Wed, Sam was pretty good throughout the injections and only cried while being jabbed (and slept through the rota virus one). Took her to the docs for the 6 week checkup on Thurs and he said she is looking healthy. After getting her home it was constant crying and screaming, I think the affects of the vaccines were taking effect.

DH has come down with a cold (it doesn't seem to have manifested into manflu yet). Do you try and keep your little ones away from sick family members? So far it looks like we have avoided it, and as long as we keep our sleeps up we should keep it at bay.

For mother's day I am hoping to get my dog to dog obedience as I haven't gone since Sam was born

Hi girls, sorry havent been on, A has been an absolute nightmare of a child the past few days, absolutely REFUSING to sleep at all unless held, very very draining let me tell you!

Just wanted to wish all the new mumma's a very very happy first mothers day, and for us mums who've had mothers day before, i hope you have a great day with all your beautiful babes, hope we all get spoilt! im excited DD1 had her first ever mothers day stall this week, keen to see hwat she picked out for me :)

Happy mothers day everyone! I hope you've all had lovely, loved up days.

Nickers, we're really seeing a huge improvement from the Osteo. He slept for hours after his treatment on Wed and has definately been a lot more settled since. It was actually quite amazing to watch the treatment this time. Cooper's hips tend to lean a little to the right when he's lying on his back (I never would've notice if she hadn't of pointed it out). This time he slept through the entire treatment, every now and then he would stretch and reposition himself while she was treating him. Over the 15 minutes or so that she was working on his sacrum I saw his body respond to the treatment as he went from being curved to the right to lying perfectly straight - it was actually quite amazing to watch. I really hope Ryker gets results from his treatment. My only advice would be to allow a couple of treatments for him to start getting results. After Cooper's first treatment he was like a different baby for a couple of days, but then regressed back a little. After this second treatment the response seems to be even better and we haven't had any regression.

Zilly, how is Sam doing now after her vaccinations? I really hope things have settled down for her (and you). Is your DH any better or has it become full blown man flu yet? Personally, we don't bother quarantining sick family members, but we are extra vigilant with hygeine (and hand sanitiser). But, people outside of the family unit are different story.

Sara, big :hug: for you. Having AF back so early would truly suck! How are the girls doing? Any better yet?

zilly- i think your dh would be different to sick kids, he wouldnt acidently sneeze or cough on her or wipe his nose with his hand and touch her with it. when my big boys have been sick i have been extra vigilent with hygene, sanitser is all around the house and i didnt let them have cuddles with ryker, but they were still in the same vicinity as him.

Happy mothers day lovely mummies! i had a lovely day, dh fed Ryker at the 630am feed which allowed me to express, ds1 was already up and in with us and hanging for ds2 to wake up. i got a lovely wallet and slippers (which i bought myself lol) and ds1 got a nice coffee mug (actually is really nice!) and key ring from the mothers day stall. the best pressies were the kisses and cuddles and little drawings they did :)
then i got brekky in bed, then my and dh immediate family came over for lunch. I almost felt like i didnt own a baby as the 4 aunties were all clucking over him and 2 nannys. after lunch the kids and males went off to the footy and wow the house was so quiet! thats when i really got to sit down and relax and chat.
Ryker was an angel baby all day but when the fam left after coming back from the footy it was 6pm and he didnt take long to put his grumpy pants on. he is wriggling around in his bassinett now trying to go to sleep, sure i'll be in there again any moment.

Hi sweet ladies, hope you had a brilliant Mother's Day.

Apart from one glorious five-hour sleep, Willow has been feeding every 30-90 minutes for the past 48 hours. She also goes from happy princess to screaming seagull (gah...gah...raaaaaaaaaaaaa!) in five seconds flat. I'm exhausted.

Can only assume it's a growth spurt...? Please god, let it end soon. She's like a little succubus, draining the life out of me!

lol 6 weeks, yep you can put money on it that its a growth spurt hun! its very very draining but should only last a few more days. Big love xxx

AFM, WHY cant my baby be as good as she is in the mornings at night time?? every morning she sleeps until its time to go to school, then we get home, change her bum and have a chat and play, then she has her breaky, gets wrapped up, put her in her bassinet and she toddles on off to sleep for a few hrs, everyday its the same, but come night time she's this clingy, whingy little monster that will eventually go to sleep only to be awake 20 mins later!!! GAH, sorry tired and emotional today.
she seems to know that being wrapped means sleepy time now which is good and she's learnt if she not hungry to refuse the breast, we we're having major issues with her over stuffing herself and then spending the next few hrs throwing up and getting annoyed. i stilloffer it to her for comfort when she's crying even if i know shes not hungry, but now she'll say no to it.
Not much on today, its freezing, im tired and the man is home playing shoot em up games on the play station, joy!

zilly Im keeping my DD's from getting too close to H to an extent as they have issues putting fingers up their noses at the moment (like most kids their age) and I dont want them giving H their cold germs, but DH and I are both crook but both looking after her, hopefully DH knows better than to pick his nose! (or at least he might wash his hands before holding H lol)

We had a busy but nice mothers day. I woke up to my first present of the day from Helena which was a number three that went out the nappy, through her PJ's, through her sleeping bag and onto my quilt cover so I had to clean her and strip the bed at 7 am but I did get my DH to remake it for me with clean sheets :) then tthe girls made me toast and OJ which I got to have in bed, I got a charm for my pandora bracelet from each girl H gave me a the letter H :) and a new pair of slipeprs, the girls had to tell me what was in each pressie before I had a chance to open it lol. Had BBQ lunch at mums then the extended family popped in to her place in the arvo and we went to the IL's for a light dinner.

Well we all have colds and I have absolutely no voice which will be testing today with the two bigger girls, DD1 is home from school as she has a croupy cough not terrible but didnt want to send her to school sounding like a walrus and it means we dont have to go out in the cold in the morning. Fx Helena is still well, although sleeping a bit more than normal this morning but Im not going to wake her incase she needs the extra sleep to fight off any bugsMy cousin is visitng this arvo as she hasnt got to meet H yet I warned her about our bugs but she said she is so desperate to see H she would almost risk the plague, hopefully she will keep the big girls entertained for a bit too

I hope everyone had a fabulous day yesterday.

C isn't well this morning, he's either been asleep or crying since DH left for work at 7am... Snotty nose, bit warm, he is really fussy on the boob and doesn't seem to be drinking much. He just doesn't seem himself, barely any smiling or chatting. He seems happy just to lie on me and stare into space. We must have worn him out over the weekend, poor love.

After a couple of awesome nights, we've made up for it with some shockers... Up 3-4 times between midnight & 6am. C and I have been up for the day at 3.30am the last 2 mornings so I'm freakin exhausted.

I slept for a bit yesterday and DH tried to give C some EBM, but he wouldn't take the bottle so my nap was cut short. Looks like I can try and sell my pump!!

Catching up with some friends tomorrow and Wed & ABA on Thurs. My bestie is having her bub on Friday... I wish I didn't live so far away! I thought about driving down next week, but I don't want to do 4 hours by myself with C. Will have to wait til July to get some newborn cuddles!!

Nic - gah up since 330am thats rough. i hope you have a nice catch up with friends but dont fall asleep on them ok!!
Skye - ive resided to the fact that no matter what i do or try Ryker is a grumble bum in the evenings. i know i wont get anything else done, he wont be getting put down and he will be screaming for most of the time,.... its so frustrting but i dont know what else to do, and like sarah im thankful its not in the middle of the night.

i went to a friends place today (who also has 3 boys),got rykers pead check up tomorrow and another gf is coming over for a catch up on wednesday.

Morning to the other ladies.

AFM: first day solo yesterday and the feeding-no-sleep frenzy continued. Had our paed check, all fine ('normal female infant - lol). She has an umbilical hernia which should go away on its own, and he confirmed her behavior is likely a growth spurt (she put on over 100g since Thurs!). Arvo was hideous, she fought every nap and as soon as I put her down she was wide awake, so got more and more tired. When she gets like that it's like she's afraid to go down and will be so close and then squirm and jolt and get really upset. It's so frustrating for both of us. Anyone else's bub do this? DH got home while we were napping and cooked dinner, bless his cotton socks.

buffy - good news on the paed appt & sounds like your first day solo went ok - despite the frequent feeding. K is similar - it's very hit & miss as to whether i can put her down for a nap or whether she'll only stay asleep if she's being held. sometimes i'll just hold her because they're just so much harder to settle if they're overtired! i reckon my ds was about 5ish months before i consistently put him down for every nap (but i am a bit of a sook for cuddles & so is he!! :o)

skybie - that must be so tough in the evenings with 2 other little people as well. i try not to wish time away & i love nb babies but it does get a bit easier when they're happy to be put down!

hi to everyone else!

it's great hearing how everyone's nights & days are shaping up. we seem to have lots of feeding from about 6-9 and then she sleeps on my lap till i go to bed around 10. then i take her into bed. she wakes for a feed around 1ish/ when dp comes to bed & it usually takes anything up to an hour for het feed & resettle. then she goes in her nasdibet. she then wakes up anywhere between 4-5 for a feed but is often unsettled - ds was exactly the same, i used to park the basdinet in another room because the grunting at that time of day was so loud! when she gets up depends on ds - if he gets up at 5.30-6 then often she has to get up because i dont get a chance to resettle her properly after her 5am feed. it would be good if ds got past his mummy only phase!!!

how was everyones mother's days? ds spent sat night at dp's mum's house so i got to stay in bed till 8.30! that is the latest in i cannot remember how long! i took dd to the supermarket & dp picked up ds. my mum & dad came over for morning tea & then we went to dp's mum's for fish & chips for dinner. it was a nice day.

Yep, Connor does exactly the same thing! It doesn't matter how asleep he is, as soon as I put him down he'll jerk his body or squirm and wakes himself up. He gets distressed and overtired... It's a vicious circle.

C is marginally better thanks Hun. He is no where near as fussy today and is much chattier and smiley. He slept from 8.30-2.30 last night. Settled perfectly and I was back in bed by 3.15am. He was kicking his legs around and grunting & snorting so I didn't sleep great because I was just waiting for him to wake up.

Buffy, C has an umbilical hernia as well. My dr said as long as its not causing pain when touched its fine. Wowzer, she's chunking up nicely isn't she? How much does she weigh now?

Sloane, oh a sleep in!! Your Mothers Day sounds great! I'm glad you had such a lovely day!

Nic, Connor used to get really cranky of a late afternoon / early evening... Would scream if anyone but me held him and was generally just unhappy. But the last week or so, he seems to have changed and is much calmer. He hangs out with DH more and I've been cooking dinner and showering without DH knocking on the door asking how much longer I'll be!

I'm sitting on couch with the heater going, a blanket over me and C & one of the cats cuddled up asleep on me... What a lovely way to start the day!!
