It's near the end of March, Miss Dee - I was the first to post (I'm not the welcoming committee, just the only one to look for and find our thread ) after a whole birthing month has just about passed. It would have been nice to find even just dates of when you guys popped.
I've been in buddies groups with loss twice before and it didn't spell the end of our groups - it's the way it often goes that some members will have an adverse outcome, and that is part of the value of sharing that time together. Not to mention the joy of sharing with them their next pregnancy that goes to term and when they follow the rest of us in our baby buddies groups from time to time. It's a forum that deals with the whole gamut of pregnancy and fertility.
I'm well within the T&Cs to feel disappointed that it was all taken off a forum I can use (I don't have a smart phone or tablet and I spend time at a laptop using programs for other tasks) and have been using since 2005
In addition, I wish you girls the absolute best for you and your babies and your friendship circle, even though you've left BB. I do feel like the kid who got left out of lunch time play for not having the Cabbage Patch Doll, though
This isn't the Mummy Wars and I'm not going in for a peeing competition about how much busier we are than the next person. I realise you girls have left and my post was actually more for people who might come across the thread who weren't in the Belly Buddies to please not take it off BB. Because, though you may think it was personal against just you girls, Miss Dee, it has happened before to other buddies threads and that is why I qualified my post with the 'general "you"'. I really meant that, it wasn't an empty disclaimer. You girls have a new reality and I'm happy you found a great dynamic. I've been burnt by doing FB with people I don't know from BB and it was far too soon for me to do a FB hook up in belly buddies. Hence, sticking to BB. Hence changing my username and stripping my signature of the details I used to have.
Meanwhile, you don't have to have been a belly buddy to be in the baby buddies and if anyone else out there uses a computer interface anymore, then I'm here!
